It's not often I leave a 1 star review but this place earned it quickly. They were able to get us in same day and that was exciting...until we were treated so horribly. The place is clean and big but no chairs had customers. Now I see why. We didn't care about pricing but it was brought up every time we told them what we wanted. So many extra charges. Then the owner asked if we had files. No, because my daughter and I never get our nails done. "Fine! You'll share one for $2" well that's not how it's supposed to be and they cut both myself and my daughter's fingers in multiple spots. When I brought it up I was told "if you'd relax we wouldn't have" They were so rude to us and the two people who came in after us. Like they were annoyed at having customers. Customer service matters just as much as the quality of the nails. While the nail tech does beautiful work, her attitude and overall customer service made my experiences uncomfortable. On more than one visit, she was rude to me. It seems like she doesn't enjoy her job and that's she's irritated she has to work. Unfortunately her attitude affected my overall experience each time and I will not be returning. I half-expected one instructing me on how to breathe or, better yet, wipe my own butt after the awkward hand-scrubbing ritual. Pro tip: If your salon's vibe is less "relaxing spa" and more "hostile DMV with acrylics," maybe dial back the passive-aggressive signage and hire a human to, I don't know, greet customers? The techs were about as warm as the hand sanitizer, and the whole experience left me with nails that looked fine but a soul that felt canceled. I went to Timeless nails yesterday and although they did not overall do a bad job, it's 2024 and the quality should be worlds above where it is. All of my nails are bumpy, thick, uneven, not the same length, shape, uneven French tip, thin glitter, etc. My technician answered the phone about 10 times during my service having to stop in between what they were doing. When I would try to direct him to the right path on how I wanted my nails to look they would complain and blame the shape of my nail... The person next to me kept getting told the price would be $10 more anytime something simple was asked for. No lotion or oil was used on my hands or feet the whole experience, I did them a favor by putting some on before these photos. Do better Timeless Nails. read more

Avoid this place at all costs.They first tell you one price and then if you ask for polish removal, or simply any simple basic request, it is $10 extra. They keep adding $10 and a $30 gel pedicure soon became $60. Our total was $90 for two pedicures that were listed at $30. My mom only had a gel removal and it was $40. The man (assuming the owner) is incredibly rude and unwelcoming. It was almost like he didn't want our service. Which??? We had two women do my mom and I's pedicure. My mom's technician was extremely aggressive (physically) and my mother left with an incredibly infected toe nail. We paid for a nail kit and she still got a gnarly infection. read more

My husband and I went in today for pedicures. I made the appointment over the phone and was told not to be late...strange. We were told we had to wash our hands before we could get started...strange. I have arthritis and they were impatient with me when I tried to get into one of their pedi chairs. I tried to slip out of my shoes because I have hard time bending over when seated and two women came over and insisted that I sit down first before removing my shoes. After this embarrassing display I was ready to get it over with and leave. When I said I wanted the basic pedicure another woman came over to explain that I wouldn't get a massage and should choose something else (why do they offer it). At this point I wanted to get out of there.so my husband and I left and they didn't earn the $150 plus they would have received from us. They pointed to the sign and told me to get off my phone, I had no other choice but to leave. They made me pay $40 with no treatment. I called and made an appointment and was sitting in the chair 15 minutes later getting my nails done. This was hands down the best experience I have had at a nail salon. It was clean, the ladies communicated everything to me from start to finish. They helped provide options when I couldn't decide polish colors. This will forever be my new nail salon. Let me preface this review with the fact that I HATE leaving poor reviews and am generally someone who will always give a bad experience a second chance, however this is most definitely worth exception. Our visit began with a reservation made 3 days in advance for four of us girls to get manicures and full sets. When we arrived, we were not greeted. Instead, we literally received two eye rolls from the owners as if we were inconveniencing them. Then when our 5th sister attempted to join a few minutes later, she was denied service and literally kicked out of the salon because she didn't make an appointment. The salon clearly states "walk ins welcome" and there was not another soul in the place other than our group so why she was kicked out is still beyond all of us. On top of all the disrespect, the manicurists made us feel very rushed, even told us to change colors because "it would take too many coats", and were not at all gentle with the manicure (my cuticles/skin were cut TWICE). There is not one thing that makes this salon any better than any other option nearby. A one star review is simply because one manicurist, Beatrice, was pleasant. If the owners actually read this, Beatrice is your ONLY saving grace. My suggestion is to learn to be more like her - actually welcome your guests and be at least pleasant; otherwise, you'll close due to business failure (and your salon will not be missed). read more

I am super satisfied with my recent visit, I went for an eyebrow wax and a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. The woman doing my eyebrows was really sweet and did a fantastic job, the woman who did my nails did a great job and made my nails look amazing, she kept checking with me to make sure that I was happy with my nails during EACH step (which doesn't usually happen at nail salons). They even have a student discount or $2 off. The only thing that I didn't care for was that apparently when doing acrylics, they charge $5 for any shape other than square, square round, or natural round. So almond, coffin, etc are $5 extra. read more
