I have medium length hair and was looking for an inch taken off. He did a great job and actually taught me some things about my hair. The cut did not include a wash though and my left and right side were really uneven. My biggest issue is with where the topic of conversation landed. We started talking about pets and he started telling me about how he dominated his tiny dog by hitting it a few times. He also went into a story that involved him telling the adoption agency multiple times that he planned on killing the dog if they didn't take it back. Pretty awkward.

The girl who did my lashes was very sweet and easy to talk to and the bed I laid on was extremely comfortable. My issue was the lashes. They weren't that full to begin with but it was ok because I figured they would look more natural. I got them done on a Wednesday, and by Friday, more than 50% of the lashes on my right eye had come off. Now, this isn't my first rodeo--I have had eyelash extensions in the past and they have NEVER come off this quickly. I am extremely disappointed given how much I paid for them. I heard it was pretty pricey, but I thought I should give it a shot. I got layers and a cut from Jen, who was a complete doll. She was super personable and did a great job with my hair. The only issue is that I don't think I communicated what I wanted very well. I wanted a trim and a slight cut, but she ended up chopping off about 7 inches (Don't worry, I had it to spare. My hair is still shoulder length after the cut). I'm livid about the whole experience because my hair is trashed from multiple color corrections now, and the most uneven "thinning" cut I've ever had in my life. Bessie complains about her significant other and takes text breaks constantly. She barely communicates to her clients outside of talking about her own negative BS. She's cold and fake, and warms up when she responds to reviews on yelp but that's about it. I'm shocked she's still in business, do not go to this salon.
