First of all, I should have had a red flag when I called 13 salons on a Saturday morning trying to get in that afternoon to get a fill and finally found a place that has an opening and said I could come right in... Linh was friendly enough but was very slow, an hour and a half for a fill. Mostly, it was from when she was putting on the layers of gel and I had to keep my hands under her light for several minutes over and over. I asked her why, if her light was old (weird looking one). She assured me it was not, but still kept saying to keep it in, time after time. I've had my nails done for decades and have never experienced anything like it. The next day (less than 24 hours) I noticed my nails were bubbling up! It was horrible. It was just peeling away. On Monday, after having to go through work all day with ridiculous looking nails, I called her to come in for a refund. Of course she offered to redo them for free. However, I had no desire to sit under the torturous light again. I told her I just wanted a refund. She said she would only give me $10 back for the gel polish. I asked her what about the hour and a half of my life I'll never get back? And now I will have to go somewhere else to fix it... (Which ended up costing me another $22 because the lady had to take off and reapply gel, reshape the nails... (Her words..."Do you want oval or rounded? Because right now you have both!). And another 45 minutes later I had beautiful nails. Overall terrible experience. I would not have posted a bad review if she would have had good customer service and handled it the right way. I can't say enough.... Don't do it! This was the owner. Also, I saw the practice of her talking to people on the phone, saying they could come right in and she would get them in. Two ladies walk in and ask if they can get right in. She says yes to both. She's only 1/2 way through mine, and only had one other guy there. People are waiting, thinking they're getting right in. We were happy to get in right away for a tandem gel pedicure, and they were very nice! Sadly, the quality was not great: my previous gel pedicure was peeled off which ruined my toenails and peeled the whole nail on my big toe very far down and ruined the shape too. I won't be going back. read more

If I could give this place zero stars or even negative stars, I would. CAUTION- DO NOT GO HERE. We came to the salon on the day of re-opening since COVID-19 and this was the only place in town with appointments for that same day- that should've been our first warning sign. Prices are not clear and the signs are inaccurate. The woman who did my nails claimed that she knew how to do dip nails, even though there were only 10 powders and no sample colors, and yet it was clear that she didn't. She tried to tell me that the dip color nail would match my toes, but would be more expensive. I agreed because of the benefits I've heard of dip and I wanted my toes and hands to match. The woman has no knowledge of her products and the colors. She insisted it would look the same and when it didn't, she then put a different color dip powder on top of the previous one. My nails were too stiff and thick. When I told her I was not happy, she laughed and told me that it would take too long to remove it. Instead, she put gel on top of my dip powder. I should have walked out. It hasn't even been two days and my nails are coming off today. I was able to take them all off within 5 minutes. Clearly it wouldn't have taken her that long. My pedicure was also terrible and there was polish all over my feet. I had to use my own nail polish remover when I got home. It's clear that these people don't know how to properly paint a nail. My mani/pedi ended up being $60 for a terrible job- $10 over what my mom paid. How does that even make sense?!? DO NOT GO HERE. read more

First time here for a pedicure. Very impressed with the service and the care. They are a quiet couple and don't converse much, which is not a negative. I feel they gave me one of the best pedicures I've had since moving to Oregon and the cost was extremely reasonable. Will definitely come here again. read more

I recently got a pedicure here and overall I really liked the experience. The employees were very friendly and did a very good job. They were also very gentle, which is important to me because I have ticklish feet and I dislike the rough cuticle pushing/cutting and filing that a lot of other salons tend to do. Like the other reviews say, the pedicures do include paraffin wax for free which was nice. It felt and smelled amazing. Overall it isn't the absolute nicest place I have ever been, but I would definitely go back because of their friendliness and the great jobs they do. read more

This was my first time getting my nails done and I decided to try out Linh's! I got acrylics w gel polish and I could not stop looking at my hands after I got them done! Linh was very kind, paid attention to detail to make sure my nails were even, and she also told me the price before doing my nails so I knew what to expect. Another thing was when I went to pay with my card her chip reader wasn't working so she willingly trusted me go to the bank to get cash. Had a Mani Pedi done here twice, and both times I was very disappointed. Although the staff is very friendly, the inside of the shop is unorganized and dirty. My first visit I was able to get in right away. The staff was very pleasant. I got a French pedicure and the polish on my toes started coming off within a week. My French manicure lasted two weeks. I went back a second time to give them another shot. Second time I went in I was able to get in right away again. I had an acrylic fill and a pedicure. I chose red polish for my toes.A red flag went off in my mind when I saw the gentleman using pliers to open the bottle of red polish. Within one hour the polish on both of my big toes had smudged.....very dissatisfied. I will not go back. read more

Linh and Alfred are a couple who have been running this salon for 11 years. They are super nice and it was great talking to them when I went to get my nails done here. I do not live in Corvallis but was visiting and wanted to get my nails done for a wedding in Corvallis the following weekend. I got the gel manicure and regular pedicure. The manicure was good and dried so quickly. However the pedicure took SO long to dry and dried really unevenly. Because it took hours to dry, there are a couple spots that smudged/rubbed off as well. I was quite surprised at how long it took. When I called to say it was messed up, Linh was very nice about saying I could come in to fix it but I was unfortunately on my way out of town so asked if I could do it the following weekend when I was back for the wedding. Unfortunately timing didn't work out so well and they could only squeeze me in about an hour before I needed to leave for the wedding, which I just didn't want to risk considering how long it took to dry the previous time. Another thing was that the color of the polish is completely different on the hands than the feet, despite them using the exact same color for the gel and regular... how does that happen?? Overall, they were super nice but the experience didn't go well enough for me to go back. I mean, paying $50 for the pedicure to turn out worse-looking than what I would have done myself just felt like a huge waste of money. I hate to leave bad reviews but also want to be helpful to other customers so they feel informed going into it. Hopefully other people have better experiences here! read more

Linh is a true professional and takes a high amount of pride in the work that she does. She did a very high-quality job at a very fair price. I got a shellac manicure it and a spa pedicure and it cost me five dollars less than the last place I went. Also, she adds paraffin and hot towels to the massage portion of the pedicure. A lot of places do not do that. The place is not chaotic like a lot of the strip mall type nail salons. This is the first time that I've been to a strip mall nail salon where I didn't feel worried that I might get a nail infection. Her sanitation standards are impeccable. She is super clean and friendly. I work in the cosmetology field so I know what I'm talking about. read more

These pedicures last and are not a bad price point ($25). They always do phenomenal job. The spa pedicure includes a new nail file and a paraffin wax which is extra at every salon I have been to. I loved my experience with Linh. I wanted to try out a lowkey nail salon because after years of getting acrylics done in busy nail salons, I was tired of feeling rushed through the process. I wanted someone who would take their time to make sure I was happy with my nails. I didn't want to feel like the nail artist was rushing through just to get to her next client. I can safely say this was a calm and polite experience. I arrived late to my appointment, but Linh still painted my nails and assured me that my nail length was adequate for the shape that I wanted. This was my first time here. She is a very busy women, it is only her and her husband. So i didnt mind the wait. She did a great job on my pedicure and she was very nice:) i never felt uncomfortable. Also i got the wax for free and the price of the pedicure was only $25 to begin with.
