If a trained stylists with a hair license runs out of time at your appointment, they will have the secretary at the front dry and style your hair. The girl told me, it is illegal, but not to worry about it because Carla the owner does it all the time. The staff uses language that is not professional. One of the stylists broke my hair off and when I asked her about it she became extremely agitated. Obviously this person is not mature enough to deal with the public. I've never had someone raise their voice at a salon. After the incident, she was not reprimanded and she still works there. I think they are so in need of employees that they will take anyone. Stay away from the salon unless you want broken, fried hair and a tongue lashing from some very unprofessional characters. The girl who did my lashes was very sweet and easy to talk to and the bed I laid on was extremely comfortable. My issue was the lashes. They weren't that full to begin with but it was ok because I figured they would look more natural. I got them done on a Wednesday, and by Friday, more than 50% of the lashes on my right eye had come off. Now, this isn't my first rodeo--I have had eyelash extensions in the past and they have NEVER come off this quickly. I am extremely disappointed given how much I paid for them. I wonder if they just used a glue that doesn't stick well? Regardless of the reason, I will not be returning, which is a shame because the customer service was excellent.

Unfortunately, the experience was terrible for the following reasons: 1. On the page under "Massage Enhancements - Epsom Foot Soak" the business promises an Epsom Foot Soak for new clients to enjoy while they fill out paperwork. I arrived 15m before my appointment and asked about the foot soak. The receptionist was not at the desk, so the question was posed to a massage therapist who showed up and said that the receptionist was preparing it. I was given paperwork to fill out which I did without the aforementioned foot soak. 2. When I was shown to the massage room, the foot bath was there, and I asked whether the 15m foot soak would be counted as part of my massage. The therapist, Anita, left the room for 10m (part of my massage time now) and came back to say that the foot soak would not be offered. Instead she said she would add on a paraffin treatment for my hands and feet. 3. The actual "deep tissue" massage was a lot of petting and short superficial strokes. She did identify and dig in deeper to sore glut muscles which helped relieve some tension, but it was not the deep tissue massage I had expected, and she did not address my primary concern (bursitis). 4. She ended the massage after 50 minutes (minus the time she left the room). 5. She never followed through with the promise of a paraffin treatment. Even though I was offered a discount, I left more stressed than I arrived. This is not the way to treat anyone. Never promise something you can't deliver.

The massage was gentle and wish it were a bit stronger, but other than that Lucia and Crystal took great care of us and we did feel like we had a spa experience. They offered us a second set of neck wraps mid service which was wonderful. I would love to come back and would definitely recommend Lucia and Crystal. The spa was decorated for Christmas and felt cute and cozy.

I wouldn't recommend, worst acrylics I've ever gotten:( I asked for almond shape, one of the easiest shapes.
