Hailey has been my lash savior. I started getting lash extensions in December, and the first 3 sets I had done (2 in California and one in Oregon) were not at all what I wanted. No matter how much I asked for natural looking lashes, they were very dramatic and also clumpy. When I came in here for a fill, Hailey fixed them as best she could with the damage that had already been done lol, and they have only gotten better from there. I finally got the classy natural cat eye lash look I had been searching for! I was stupid enough to go back to the place in California since I needed them filled over spring break, but even so, Hailey was able to fix them for me when I got back! Also, the lash retention I have experienced here is much better than the other places I have been. They still look great when I come in for my two week fills. I went to Caprice to get a Brazilian for a trip I was going on where I would be in a swim suit for majority of the time. I had never had one before and was very nervous for my first time, especially because I have sensitive skin. Caprice made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, talking to me the entire time. She also explained in detail, the after care. She explained to me what I can do by taking care of my current wax to make my next wax a little less painful. Caprice also recommended different products that would help maintain my wax, since it was my first time it helped me be a little bit more knowledgable with products I had no idea could help. I've been going to Joel for the past couple of months and have been LOVING how my skin has been looking and feeling. I honestly think it's the best my skin has looked. He is so friendly and makes the whole process comfortable. You can tell he really loves being an esthetician and truly cares about his clients and their needs. He also explains what he is doing, what kind of tools he is using, and is so helpful with any questions I've had about products and what to use and what not to use. Highly recommend Joel! They're also really great about Covid, checking temperatures, and having each client answer Covid related questions. And masks were always on! I am not familiar with esthetics and have had a bad experience before with getting my eyebrows done at Ulta so I was incredibly appreciative of Joel's patience, kind energy, and willingness to hear me out on what I was going for with my brows. Joel did such a great job and I am so so happy with my brows, they're twins now! The tint came out so great and natural, both my partner and I absolutely love them. Hey guys! I've been dealing with Caprice since looong time. Why? Simply she is the best I used to have my eyebrows waxing with her and she knows what to do and always feel fully satisfied after each visit. I did skin treatment as well and it was a real retreat for me. Starting with very comfortable atmosphere ( candles, music and nice aroma ) she dignosed my skin carefully then applied the suitable set for cleaning and purifying my skin and to get rid of any small black head. Milan is a well-maintained, clean, welcoming shop and Joel has been amazing every time. I have done 3 microneedling sessions for my acne scars, and I will keep coming back for other treatments! I had a facial + peel by Joel and I got incredible results immediately following the treatment. I have been struggling with changes in my skin being postpartum including breakouts and sun spots and Joel was able to customize my treatment based on my goals. My spots were significantly lighter right after - I was amazed. The included massage was much needed for this sleep deprived mama. I have been holding out on getting lash extensions 1) because it's an investment and 2) I didn't want to make that investment with a lash artist that doesn't do a great job. I was wearing strip lashes, but as anyone who wears them knows they get heavy and gunky. My biggest concern was cleanliness followed by the weight of the extensions. This place is fantastic for lash lift/brows. I live in the NYC area and the service here was comparable to anything I've had done in the city.
