She was very nice and detail oriented but for me, just took a little too long. I try to be an easy client so I like to be in & out without the extra fluff. I returned a second time and this time I saw Brooklyn. She is THE SWEETEST & I love her. She is knowledgeable and thorough. I was never worried about asking questions and/or "critiquing" an area I thought needed some extra love. She is very easy to talk to. She's done both my lips and my Botox. I would definitely recommend this spa. I love that they are also open on the weekends which is a rarity but it does make me feel bad for the girls who manage the desk. They are also all super sweet, responsive, and all-in-all this is a wonderfully run med spa.

I was told that the next available appointment with a female provider would be in 12 months, so I made an appointment with a male provider (Nishan Thapa, NP-C) instead. I made the appointment a week prior. The office called, texted, and emailed me every single day asking me to confirm the appointment. Although this was a lot of contacts, it did not bother me too much, and I can understand that they want to avoid no-shows or late cancelations. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time, which was plenty of time to give them my ID and insurance info and fill out the new patient paperwork. I was called in just a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The appointment itself ran smoothly. In the room were 2 medical assistants (both female) and Nishan Thapa, NP-C, the provider. They all made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions, and gave me professional recommendations. I really felt that Nishan was extremely thorough, literally combing through my hair to look at every square inch of my scalp. He measured any moles he found and had the medical assistants take note of them and take pictures to monitor any changes. I ended up needing a biopsy of one, and Nishan calmly told me the procedure and made me feel comfortable the whole time. All in all, the appointment plus the biopsy took maybe 30 minutes, tops. They were all very thorough and professional. I will definitely be back for my next check-up!

When I asked, the manager blamed me for not reading an email and called it a "teachable moment"--for me. I come here for self-care, not to be talked to like a child. He said the doctor's "losing money" on memberships and tried to upsell me to $179/month. Instead of honoring what I paid for, he wanted to charge me more. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing…read more Before my appointment, I completed all of the required intake forms, including disclosing that I use retinol and that I've had microneedling. I assumed this information would be reviewed before my appointment if it affected my eligibility for treatment. Instead, I received a phone call as I was parking for my appointment--after driving about 45 minutes --to tell me they couldn't perform the laser facial because I use retinol. To make matters worse, I had called the day before to ask which parking garage to use and whether parking was validated. I was told to use a specific garage and that parking would be validated. After arriving, I learned they only validate parking on weekdays--not Saturdays. That information should have been provided when I specifically asked. I appreciate providers prioritizing patient safety, and I don't fault them for declining treatment but the lack of prior notice and incorrect information about parking left a really bitter taste. the staff took zero responsibility for their oversight and said I should have read the policy.

Cherrel is equally wonderful when it comes to skincare. She takes the time to really assess your skin and creates a routine tailored specifically to your needs and goals.
