I had an amazing facial with Casey! I love the products she uses, she's extraordinarily professional and is super knowledgeable about skin care. Her treatment room is beautiful, cozy, and so comfy. She has years of experience and it shows. My skin felt great after a hydrating facial, and I will be returning soon for more of her advance clinical services, especially micro needling! Can't wait to give it a try with Casey! read more

Had a great experience, and awesome oxygen facial from Mackenzie. She was really knowledgable and walked me through the whole process!

I love Casey! I had three micro needling appointments with her, and it really made my skin look a lot better. She is super clean and fun to talk to with. I can't wait to see her for more services. Thank you Casey! read more

I came to see Casey for an acne problem. I had huge cystic pimples on my cheeks and chin, and little bumps all over my fore head. Before I came to see Casey I was getting a chemical peel every 3 weeks - even with that, my skin was not as clear as it is now that I've been seeing her. I saw results after the first treatment and after 3 facials my face was completely clear. She helped me develop a home program for maintenance and I could not be happier with the results. Plus she's an amazing person that I feel great about supporting read more

I have been seeing Casey for facials, microneedling and waxing for 5+ years. I feel compelled to review her business now after seeing the recent review from Lex D who claims that Casey discriminates against Asian people during the coronavirus outbreak in Seattle. This is patently untrue. I am Korean and Casey gave me a bikini wax - the most intimate of services - and a facial yesterday. Not only that, but I've referred several Asian friends to her and they have become regular clients of hers over the past 2 years. Please know that Casey is the consummate professional and will take amazing care of your skincare needs! read more

Just had my first facial with Casey yesterday and it was AMAZING!!! 1) Getting to her office was easy and there was designated parking which is always a plus. 2) Her space is tranquil, clean, professional and welcoming. 3) She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed and has a wonderful personality. She is great at explaining things and teaching you about your skin. 4) The facial itself was amazing. She flows through the process seamlessly and it never feels disjointed or awkward. The microdermabrasion felt great and left my skin glowing. 5) She includes a arm/hand massage and neck/head massage that almost put me to sleep. I left feeling super relaxed. I recommend doing it after work or at a time when you can go home and nap or zone out since you will be feeling really calm. Thank you Casey!! read more

I moved to Seattle from California almost three years ago and have been dreading the day I needed to find a facial lady up here. I am very picky when it comes to my skincare, especially my microdermabrasion. I found Casey on here and based on the reviews decided to make an appt. Too put it simply, she FAR exceeded my expectations and I am ecstatic to have finally found my facial gal!! Her prices are awesome, the conversation was welcoming and the environment was extremely relaxing. Casey is a gem and I look forward to coming back month after month for my facials. read more

I went to Casey for my first Microdermabrasion about a month ago (after trying everything from proactiv to antibiotics from the dermatologist) Nothing was working - until BOOM! I went to Casey. I can honestly say that I am blown away with the results! My skin is almost 100% clear after only two appointments..and I could not be more ecstatic about the future of my skin at this point! It can only go up from here! Casey is extremely nice, laid back, and passionate about her work! It doesn't get much better than that! Thanks Casey!! read more

Casey is absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend her enough. Her space is soothing and non-threatening. Casey herself is friendly, cheerful, informative and kind. (she volunteers at an animal shelter in her spare time and is a big supporter of local independent artists and crafters) My microdermabrasion: I was apprehensive, as I'd never had one before. There was absolutely no need for me to be nervous - the process was completely painless and the results...oh, the results!! I threw a dinner party later that night and had several guests comment on how I was "glowing". My face feels like it is made of the finest, smoothest silk. The fine lines that were starting to develop on my forehead are nearly invisible. After only ONE session. Two huge thumbs up for Casey! read more

Definitely a great experience for a first microdermabrasion. Less intimidating and invasive than I thought (felt like a cat liking my skin as she explained which was totally tolerable!). Casey is definitely a professional and makes for a great treatment. Highly recommended. =) read more

Casey is the best ! She is personable , does a great job and is quick! I would recommend her for your waxes !

Love her! Professional? Check. Easy to talk to? Check. Comfie environment? Check. Her skin looks great? Check. Why would you go anywhere else? read more

I found out about Casey on the West Seattle Blog. After visiting the website I thought the prices for facials were reasonable and booked an appointment. A full hour of bliss! I had the Cell Renewal Facial and am extremely pleased with the results. I've already booked my next appointment. A huge bonus are the mini facials - a replica of the full service in a 30 minute version for 1/2 the price. A very affordable option to ensure repeat visits. I highly recommend Casey and can't wait to try more of her services. read more

I've had four microdermabrasion facials with Casey. She is amazing! She's great with answering my many questions, and extremely knowledgeable. She customizes the skin care based on my concerns and what would be best for my skin. She's so friendly and accommodating, and really easy to talk to. There has also been a time in the past where I emailed her for some skin advice when my face broke out, and she was super responsive and even suggested that I send her a picture of my skin so she can give some more advice. Really appreciated her expertise and going out of her way. Also, her space is really cute. Easy parking. read more

I was told male clients were no longer being accepted, unless through a referral. I haven't experienced this before but oh well, just a heads up. Update: I appreciate Casey reaching out to me after I posted my initial review. While I might not know her personally, I am certain she will continue to provide great services for her clients. read more

Casey does a fabulous job on all of her services. Casey makes you feel immediately comfortable and relaxed. The Spa is beautiful, smells lovely, and very serene. I am currently getting Microdermabrasion and St Tropez Tanning, and I will keep going and finding more excuses to go again! read more

Just moved to the area and had read Casey's reviews on Yelp and had to check her out. Loved the location, easy to find parking, the spa was small, serene and super clean. Casey is extremely personable and knowledgeable. I was so leery about getting microdermabrasion (had one bad experience) and so happy I did. I can't wait to go back again. My skin looks and feels fantastic. read more

Casey is not only super knowledgeable about skin care, has the most relaxing ambiance in her space, but is so warm and personable the whole experience is 100 percent wonderful. My skin glows after a facial from her and is so much calmer than when I first started seeing her. The microdermabrasion facial is great. I love The Serene skin care products. My skin is happy! read more

THANK YOU Casey for such a wonderful experience. I myself am an esthetician and needed a new set of eyes to help me with a breakout nightmare I had been experiencing. She completely customized my facial and educated me on what she thought was going on and her opinion on what to do. Love love loved her. I will definitely be back for round two in the near future! My skin is looking amazing already. Thanks Casey! read more

Woah, Casey is hands down one of the most top-notch esthetician I've ever been to in a long time. The spa is absolutely adorable - it's tucked away behind Alki Way in this well-decorated, welcoming little house. She definitely makes you feel like home once you walk in. Casey is super attentive and thorough. She definitely knows what she's doing and offers great service at an affordable price. Everyone deserves a nice treat and so should you. :) Make an appointment now and pamper yourself! read more

Don't hesitate, Casey will make you feel relaxed and beautiful. I bought a microderm on Living Social a year ago and just finally redeemed it. From the moment I walked in Casey made me feel relaxed. By the time she finished my skin felt like porcelain and i swear it had a glow to it. I can't recommend her highly enough. Even my eyebrow waxing was painless and the facial was so soothing I am looking at making this a regular event when i can. read more

I was fortunate enough to get a Groupon for a microderm from Casey. I was stoked because it seemed like such a screaming deal. I am usually of the mindset that most good deals are too good to be true but this truly a great deal. I saw significant reduction in fine lines and hyper pigmentation in my skin within 4 visits. I had a doctor appointment a few days before my fourth visit with Casey. The nurse that checked me in told me I put the wrong date down for my birthday. She thought I was significantly younger! Casey is not only a talented esthetician, but she is a great person. She is passionate about her work, its impact on her clients, and the community. I can't recommend her enough! read more

I've seen a number of estheticians over the years, but Casey is my favorite. I've only had a few services by her so far, but I can't make any complaints whatsoever. Her space is clean, comfortable and inviting. As an esthetician, she's really easy to talk to and super knowledgeable. Her level of customer service is top notch. Would definitely recommend her! read more

So here's the deal: I'm kind of a big goof and I've been thinking forever about how to write a funny review for Casey that does justice to how amazing she is. But turns out I'm not good at being funny about skincare. There goes my standup gig at the Skin Care Society of America conference this year. Shoot. ANYWAY, the truth is, I am pretty much the ho of skin: I have been everywhere, tried everything, and heard every promise from everyone from dermatologists on down to every one of my friends' moms. My skin is trouble like your little sister's new boyfriend Butch: I've completed 3 cycles of Accutane, done the antibiotics, Proactiv, Murad, facials up the wazoo (I can even tell you the track of music some of the local places play. One place plays the soundtrack from the Princess Bride. Don't ask me how long it took me to figure that one out) and all the rest of the things one can put on one's face. In a moment of sincerity, here, though, I've had acne since I was 10 and have spent the past 16 years dealing with cysts and scarring. There have been times when I didn't want to leave the house and days when I just wanted to cry. I'm pretty tough, but you know how it is - when you don't feel good in your own skin, it's hard to hold it all together sometimes. I came to Casey to try out microdermabrasion after getting a Groupon and told her that I didn't expect a whole lot of improvement but that I simply wanted to give it a shot. I think my exact words were " I don't need to look like Natalie Portman or whatever, but...like...that would be cool and stuff..." One thing I LOVE about Casey (among the many): she never promised me that my skin would be fabulous. She quietly listened to what I had to say and said that she thought she could help. Casey was right and I've will never trust my skin to anyone else. Not only has she really helped me to see an improvement in my skin, including significantly fewer breakouts and an almost complete disappearance of my scarring, but she has become an important part of my day. When I go to see Casey (I now do my waxing with her, too),I know she's going to make me laugh, pay amazing attention to detail, talk openly and sincerely about things going on in my life, and make me not only look great, but feel great too. In short, Casey is not only very talented at what she does, she is a genuinely good human being with a great sense of humor and the ability to make you feel great about yourself. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone :) read more

I too found Casey through a Groupon for microderm abrasion (my first ever) and have since purchased a package because the results were so amazing. The sun spots I discovered after my pregnancies are fading, my skin looks younger, and I've been telling everyone I know about it. On top of the treatments being so effective and priced reasonably, Casey is fantastic. She is knowledgeable, warm, and as an animal person myself, I love that she volunteers with rescue groups and believes in giving back to her community. If nothing else, try booking one service and I'm certain you'll be amazed at both the results and the fantastic experience! read more

After 2 years of procrastinating, I finally decided to make an appointment to get my brows waxed. I have a hard time trusting anyone with my brows, due to bad experiences in the past, but I found Caseys website and read all of the great reviews, so I decided to give her a try. I am so glad I did! My brows look better than they have in years (I cant stop looking at them) and I didn't have to waste precious time this morning trying to fill in my brows to get them to match. I will definitely continue to see Casey for my brows and look forward to seeing her for a facial/microdermabrasion in the future. read more

Casey is fantastic. She is skilled and highly knowledgable in facials and skincare. She is also warm and friendly with a great sense of humor. She has me on a very manageable regimen and I've seen great results. Casey never pushes the product line she uses, which I really respect. The proof is in the pudding, so to speak, and I've been so happy with my results that I have been slowly integrating products from the line into my at-home regimen. I also love how easy it is to schedule my appointments online. I've been referred to several local businesses by other moms in West Seattle, but Casey has been the best by far! read more

I did a lot of researching on yelp before picking Casey for wedding beautifying and wow did I hit the jackpot. There is a lot of stress on a bride to be bride beautiful and the experience of getting there can be very nerve-wracking. Casey was there every step of the way anticipating issues and listening to my fears. She spaced out my microdermibrasion with my sunless tanning and did them at an intensity that was perfectly matched to my skin and for the event. I have NEVER had luck with sunless tanning even before I moved to Seattle and developed the depth of paleness only available here. I had no streaking and was glowing and sun kissed after Casey's application. I've also never had a good eyebrow shaping and only traumatic waxing. Casey picked up my style and gave me the perfect, low key shape with no reaction to my extremely sensitive skin. On top of that, Casey is personable, generous and easy to talk to. She's also located across from Prost and down the road from Metropolitan Market in beautiful West Seattle, so it was a treat to get out there. The whole experience was blissful. read more

This review is long overdue since I've been seeing Casey for my skin issues since 2012. I've always had oily, acne prone skin and by the time I was 30, my old products I had been using since I was a teenager were no longer working. After going through a bad break-up, I finally decided it was time to deal with my skin issues and decided to see Casey in hopes that she would help me gain some confidence back. Turns out, I was using so many products that were not clean and having adverse effects on my skin. After monthly microdermabrasion treatments, switching up my skincare products to the Serene line like Casey recommended, and using clean makeup brands, woweeeee!! I actually started getting compliments on my skin for the first time in my life! My skin stays moisturized now and breakouts have pretty much been nonexistent. Casey is such a hard-working wonderful person who truly cares about your skincare goals and needs. Even though I live on the east coast now, I still keep in touch with Casey and see her whenever I'm in West Seattle. Love her!! read more

Casey is awesome! She doesn't overcharge and cares about her clients. I love supporting small businesses and when I find a place that provides the level of customer service that Casey does - I will continue to support them. I have been utilizing Casey's services for about 3 years and have always been completely satisfied and I commute 30-40 minutes for her services - well worth it! read more

I had a facial here and Moriah was fantastic! The whole experience was total pampering. I've never had a facial so relaxing and effective - my skin looks great! Definitely a five-star kind of place. read more

Casey is very knowledgeable, takes the time to talk to you about your skin concerns, and recommends treatments personalized for your skin. I had a series of microdermabrasion treatments, and my skin has never looked better - people actually comment on it! I also really lover her facials - I always leave there with my skin feeling and looking great. My confidence in the way my skin looks has really improved. Casey makes great, affordable product recommendations. Her place is warm, cozy, welcoming, and relaxing. I never really liked getting facials before - I just did it so my skin would look better. Now I really enjoy the experience! read more

Casey is the best- seen her 5 or 6 times- professional, friendly, personable. I tend to be talkative and Casey and I always have great conversation- if I feel like being quiet, Casey seems to sense it and reacts appropriately. Her prices are great and she is very accomodating on scheduling. read more

I can't speak for my results yet (I literally left 20 minutes ago) but my experience with Casey was great. She is really knowledgable, friendly, and gentle. She explains the treatments as they're happening, and asked a lot of questions about current products and regimens I use. She knows her stuff, and she's just plain nice! She customizes everything, cares about my results, she won my repeat business. Go see her! read more

I'm going to put it simply, Casey is wonderful! Not only is she a fabulous aesthetician she is a great person. I had five microderm sessions and each one was a pleasure, my skin is radiant! Cannot wait to go back for all my skin care needs. read more

Casey is extremely professional and personable. She immediately made me feel welcome in the fantastically decorated spa. She does not pressure me into purchasing skin care services or products. Instead she provides me with information and her professional opinion and lets me decide what works for me. Casey's prices are very reasonable. The professional skin care products that I bought from Casey for home use were not much more expensive than the countless grocery store products that I have tried and been frustrated with. I look forward to going to see Casey each time and I feel like with her help, beautiful, healthy skin is attainable. read more

I found Casey through the Groupon for microderm-abrasion since last year and I have been doing that now for almost a year. I have the glycolic acid peel once every two months. The results were so amazing! I saw significant improvement of my skin tone and texture within only 3 visits. Casey truly is a sweet-heart and passionate about her work. She offers great service every time when I see her. We are just like friends. I highly recommend Casey. Call her up and schedule your first visit with her. I'm sure you will be amazed with the result. read more

My face is super sensitive (as in, I once went to the ER a couple days after the effects of a very minor facial procedure) so I'm always a bit leery of trying anything or anyone new when it comes to skincare. Casey was super understanding and also very knowledgeable. She didn't try to push anything on me and if anything was even more conservative to ensure I didn't have any issues come up later. I appreciated she asked tons of questions rather than telling me what I needed to do or what I've been doing wrong (there is so much, I'm sure). Anyhow, I'll be back for sure!! read more

Wonderful! I started seeing Casey to manage my problem skin & had been wanting to try Microdermabrasion. Casey specializes in helping people with skin like mine (prone to breakouts, sensitive, showing signs of age). I got a package of dermabrasion sessions & my skin is looking great! I do recommend getting at least 3-4 (I had 6) sessions b/c the effect over several months of treatments spaced 1-2 weeks apart is where you will see amazing results. A few other things to note, I wanted back facials which she does not list on her menu of services but will happily do, and she is a supporter of local artists, which I love! Her place of business displays work of local artists & jewelry makers just because Casey likes their work, not because she profits from it (she takes no $$ from any of their sales). All in all, Casey is great at what she does & a lovely, local, small business owner that I am happy to support! read more

Great service! Amazing space in a multiple business complex - clean, relaxing, professional. I never have to wait for my appointments which is wonderful with my hectic schedule.
