We arrived before our appointment time and filled out their forms. We each had our own room/skin care specialist. The comfortable spa table is prepped with a little steamer to get your face ready for treatment. The HydraFacial machine was explained to me. She also stated that if the process felt uncomfortable, I could alert her to adjust the pressure. The procedure helped to clean, exfoliate, and remove impurities from my skin. She then applied a serum of antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. The final application was sunscreen. While the untrained eye, probably couldn't SEE a difference after the HydraFacial, I could certainly FEEL the difference. Clean, fresh, and super rejuvenated! As a follow up, I came in for the Scultural Face Lift with Buccal Massage. This included lymphatic drainage (behind your ears) and microcirculation of my shoulders, neck, and jaw area. If you've never had a massage inside your mouth, try it! This helps to relax jaw muscles and many TMJ patients use this. Honey, you are worth it! Whether a special occasion or just because. They have many options in their menu of services. They also sell products to compliment all your skin care needs. God blessed you with the skin you're in, this is a great way to maintain it :)

Kyong was gracious and took time with me before starting to hear my concerns and explain her recommended treatments. My hour and a half treatment was very relaxing but thorough. Kyong was quiet, the music was soft, and the room very comfortable and clean. The hand and scalp massage was an extra bonus. Best of all I actually saw immediate results from this one time series of treatments. Wrinkles and lines were less pronounced and my skin had a healthy glow. I highly recommend MK Skin Renew and intend to make an appointment with Kyong when we come back next Jan

She's fast, thorough, and provides additional services (like cleaning up brows and epilating upper lip hairs) for no extra charge. She asks detailed questions to understand your skin concerns and also provides recommendations on how to better take care of your skin. After she asked me a dozen question, she had me lay on the table and draped a thick blanket on me. I was nice and cozy the entire time. She got to work immediately putting the facial steamer on full blast. She went to work, cleansing, extracting, and moisturizing X2. I left the appointment glowing! You can schedule an appointment via text. Super convenient and straightforward. You will get a reminder text as well. Thanks for reading my reviews! Let me know what I should try next!

It felt less like customer service and more like pressure. When I arrived, the front desk employee took photos of my face before I was immediately sent into a treatment room. There was no meaningful consultation about my individual skin concerns or what treatment would be appropriate for me, and the photos didn't appear to serve any purpose during the facial. The facial itself was pleasant, and I was genuinely open to hearing about their treatments. I was offered a package of 12 Turbo X facials with skincare products for $1,800. I thanked the associate and said I needed time to think about it. That's when the attitude noticeably changed. The warmth and friendliness disappeared, and I was given a very dismissive goodbye. I completely understand that selling packages is part of the business. What I don't appreciate is feeling valued only when I'm ready to spend money. I was genuinely considering returning, but the way the interaction ended changed my mind

As soon as you check in for your appointment, there are forms you will have to complete and while you do that, you are provided with a warm face towel and soothe the nerves and to begin your relaxation treatment. The staff member that greeted me was very warm and welcoming. You are offered a luxurious robe and slippers to wear during the entirety of your spa treatment. I've been a patient of Dr. Yew's for many years, with only a brief break when I moved away. During…read morethat time, I tried several other aesthetic providers, and it only reinforced what I already knew: Dr. Yew is truly in a league of his own. He is professional, knowledgeable, caring, approachable, and has a great sense of humor that immediately puts you at ease. He takes the time to answer every question honestly and always recommends what is in your best interest rather than what will generate the biggest bill. There are never long waiting times, and his team consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service and the best value possible. One thing I've learned from visiting other clinics is that attractive promotions don't always translate into quality care. Many places will impress you during your first visit, only for the experience to decline afterward--long waits, inconsistent pricing, questionable treatment amounts, and results that simply don't deliver. I've seen it all. What sets Dr. Yew apart is that he combines medical expertise with artistic talent. Having a degree doesn't automatically make someone exceptional at what they do. In aesthetics, technical knowledge is only half the equation--the other half is artistry. Dr. Yew has both. He understands balance, proportion, and natural-looking results better than anyone I've encountered. Every time I leave his office, I look refreshed, never overdone. About a week later, I catch my reflection and wonder how I managed to look five years younger. After experiencing many providers over the years, I can confidently say this: if your face matters to you, don't shop for the cheapest deal--shop for the best hands. For me, that's Dr. Yew. I'm so glad to be back. Thank you, Dr. Yew!
