Just left this store. The girl stocking shoes was very rude. I told her "oh sorry about that" she replied with a tone saying "it's fine". The vibe I got from her was extremely negative. It did seem like she was some type of manager, the way she was working trying to get something done and not giving customer service. I work in customer service as a store manager, that type of customer service will scare away customers, and is a huge No no for me. I would rather go to the store with less shoes. The only person that greeted and gave great customer service was the cashier.

She listened to our needs and what we liked and didn't like based on the shoes we tried on and then gave more recommendations based on what we said.
