Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. Thank you to Tatiana and the rest of the staff who welcomed me and gave me the time I needed to do what was critical for my healthcare. I look forward to continuing to work with them. A trusted partner most definitely.

This time, we were forced to find one around Temecula because of our insurance so we searched on Yelp and saw that Doctor Uhler had really HIGH RATINGS! They are all nice and beautiful folks. Cameron was a sweet heart who checked our blood pressure... DOCTOR UHLER: 10/10 He came in and just sat down with me and my husband. I mean I understand doctors are busy but, doctor uhler spared at least 45 minutes of his time for us. We both have back problems so we were speaking to the right person. He gave us some referrals for physical therapy, requests for lab work and colonoscopy for my husband... What a GREAT FIND! He was also professionally working with Olympic Champions!! Doctor Uhler is patient, empathic and humble... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Uhler

Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that approach. I came seeking help for ongoing fatigue, inflammation, pain, and weight-related concerns, hoping for more root-cause investigation and comprehensive care. Instead, I often felt pushed toward medications, chemicals, and paid programs without real answers or relief. I understand no doctor has all the answers, but patients deserve to feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for not brushed aside or funneled into more ways to spend money while still struggling. After this experience, our family will be finding a new PCP that takes the time to truly care for their patients and overall wellness.

Unfortunately, since he left, the quality of care has gone downhill -- especially with Nurse Practitioner Amber Campbell. I recently lost my medical insurance but still needed my routine medications, so I paid $200 cash for a simple medication refill appointment. Amber was unprofessional, dismissive, and failed to provide my usual two refills -- something I've consistently received for years. She didn't even notify me that she was changing this, leaving me without the refills I depend on and forcing me to pay another $200 if I need a new prescription. I didn't find out I had no more refills till I went to call in a refill. It was a mess! This isn't the first negative experience I've had with Amber, but this one was unacceptable. It feels like this office has completely shifted its focus away from patient care and toward pushing their cash-only med spa services. When I brought up legitimate perimenopause concerns, I was told that Dr. Briggs doesn't allow NPs to prescribe medication for hormonal issues and that I'd have to go through their med spa instead -- which is both inappropriate and unethical. I've been loyal to this office for nearly a decade, but I'm done. I feel taken advantage of, dismissed, and left scrambling for basic medical care. Unless this practice re-centers on patient care and professionalism, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a provider who actually values their patients.

When I scheduled the appointment for a concerning bump on my leg the receptionist said they would be able to biopsy it during my appointment. I called back asking for other referrals since I was told to get this biopsied immediately, and they said they would get back to me even though they still haven't. How am I supposed to follow their medical instructions to get a biopsy if I can't even get a g-d appointment with one of their recommended drs? I've already gone elsewhere to a clinic that actually examined and treated me. Ironically, I have been completely brushed off by this NP even though I told her how a doctor had brushed me off before.
