They will get you in the appropriate shoe or insole to make your feet feel fabulous. Outside of just selling shoes, they offer good form running classes to help your technique. In the case of some bad luck, they have sports med providers that assist in a clinic to see any injuries. The list she looked at to find the exclusions was huge. You basically get to use the coupon on an off brand shoe. Easy for women as they have many brands to chose from. For men, there were literally no shoes that weren't on the exclusion list. You have to give it to DSW, that's a great ploy to get someone to the cashier. I'll always buy my shoes direct from the maker or via Amazon going for. I'd rather pay more than contribute to shady marketing. Bye DSW.

Finally I had a little money saved and thought I'd hit up Kositchek's for a suit. Cards on the table: I didn't save enough money. Kositchek's is absolutely top of the line. I walked out without anything. So why five stars? Because I worked with Lad while looking for a coat (before finding out the price range was more than I had). During fitting and selection I could tell Lad wasn't just trying to put me in any coat, he really was considering how I could get as much use out of one jacket as possible. He really cared about me being a happy customer and my specific wants/needs. Upon learning my low price range he took me to their clearance section. Still a bit much for me unfortunately, but even then he helped me by guiding me through what I should look for at a retail store. He advised, he suggested brands and stores and I never once felt judged for not having enough money to spend there. If I ever do spend real money on a NICE suit, Kositchek's would be where I'd go. I moved away after graduation, but I returned from Indiana and four locations in Illinois across the decades. Many suits, sport coats, and bow ties later, I have not found an equal to Kositcheks. I even interacted with a person who traveled from California, so Chicagoland is not a record distance, but worth the travel and two to three-night stay. Their commitment to shipment is superb insofar that the tailoring and alterations are conducted expertly. I give them two thumbs up and a high five.

Usually when I come in, the few salespeople working are spread out on the floor, but each one eventually comes by to greet me and ask if I need anything, or if I have any questions. I've found them all to be friendly and doting. Their boot selection varies from shipment to shipment but I've bought two pairs of boots from this location specifically because of the service, selection, and the great prices. I realize that other western stores may have higher end boots like Lucchese, but if you're a collector like I am, then you get a lot more value here than anywhere else. I'm a fan of supporting the mom and pops (shout out to Scott Colburn and Howell Western Wear), that said, I like Cody James boots. My girlfriend bought me my first pair for Christmas.
