She couldn't find any shoes that fit quite the same as her old ones did, but she found two pairs that she thought would work. A couple hours in the new shoes convinced her that they were too loose in the heel, so we returned them and bought two different pairs a half-size smaller. A couple hours in those and she realized they're too tight to wear all day, so we returned those, too. Overall we spent about an hour and a half trying on shoes, bought four pairs, and returned them all, but every employee we met in our three visits to the store was friendly, competent, and professional.

The t-shirts are nice enough but I'm not accustomed to having to line dry t-shirts because they can't go in the dryer - weird. But nobody ever offered to assist me or even acknowledged my presence. I was disappointed to see that change.
