She couldn't find any shoes that fit quite the same as her old ones did, but she found two pairs that she thought would work. A couple hours in the new shoes convinced her that they were too loose in the heel, so we returned them and bought two different pairs a half-size smaller. A couple hours in those and she realized they're too tight to wear all day, so we returned those, too. Overall we spent about an hour and a half trying on shoes, bought four pairs, and returned them all, but every employee we met in our three visits to the store was friendly, competent, and professional.

I wear an 11 or 12 in Women's (42 European) and my foot is wider so I have to try on everything. I knew I wanted Birkenstock sandals and I know I'm now a 42. Thankfully I remembered Cobbler's Bench from a previous trip. They had several Birkenstock styles that I wanted to try on and they had many in 42! I tried on 3 or 4 pairs and found a great pair thanks to the help of the woman working with me. When we came in she offered to put on a mask because she saw we were wearing ours. I told her it wasn't necessary, but I appreciated the offer. She insisted on helping me in and out of each pair of sandals and she offered suggestions along the way. She was very kind and patient. I highly recommend letting them help you find the best fit. They did a great job! The prices for Birkenstock shoes were the same as online (without specials/sales) so I picked out the pair I wanted and took them home that day. I was very happy with my trip. Thank you!

They will get you in the appropriate shoe or insole to make your feet feel fabulous. Outside of just selling shoes, they offer good form running classes to help your technique. In the case of some bad luck, they have sports med providers that assist in a clinic to see any injuries. I'm quite sure they are now offering physical therapy as well to get you back in the saddle from any injuries. This is more than a shoe store. Go check it out. You'll be amazed.
