I love Sizzler. The food was great here at this place. All the waitresses were attentive. Steak was perfect. Good job!

Great service , loved what they did with the place . Food was good and if your watching what your eating this is the place to eat healthy . Sometimes food taste better when you don't have to prepare it yourself read more

As far as Sizzlers go, this is one of the better ones. Clean location and attentive waitstaff. If you're looking for a Sizzlers, I'd recommend this one over the others in the surrounding cities. read more

My wife and I ate here on a date night for dinner. Our server Yessenia was attentive to our needs, spot on when we needed anything, and just had a great attitude. She made us feel welcome and at home. The food was fantastic the only bad thing was that I stuffed myself. The way I look at it is if the only problem I have at a restaurant is of my own doing then your doing a stellar job. PS: Dear Sizzler if you read this let Yessenia know she did a fantastic job and keep it up. I will definitely be returning with my family and Thank You!! read more

Great customer service from Maria M. she has a great personality so friendly and outgoing definitely my favorite Server. Food was delicious as always. The place always looks clean. Will continue to come here as it is obviously ran by a great staff/ management team. read more

The remodel has made this a beautiful, cool place to eat. Excellent job on the decor. The manager and staff were wonderful, nice, quick, efficient. The food was great. The salad bar looks tasty but we didn't order it this time. The traditional cheese toast was delicious as usual and the new hot rolls with sweet butter are tasty, and they brought us as many as we wanted. WE LOVE that they use large cups for soft drinks and iced water, so you aren't waiting for refills. The waitress did bring us refills on our drinks quickly before we even finished our existing drinks which is much appreciated!!! Great food, gorgeous restaurant, will be back soon and will order salad bar next time. We have almost NO restaurants in Perris but at least now we have this! read more

I really love the food. The steaks are extremely tasty! I have not had any bad food here. I will be returning millions of times more!!!!

I had my first Sizzler experience here, just after the reno. I was very impressed! Awesome salad bar, many options to choose from. I also made a second trip here not too long ago, and had the most delicious steak ever, as well as veggies cooked to perfection! I am diabetic, so its difficult to find a place with a menu with something for me, so I was very happy impressed. Excellent service, as well! read more

I have to say; good work on the remodel, but stick to the salad bar! The mango lemonade was off the hook and you can't beat bottomless!!

Food is delicious. Had steak and chicken meal. Very clean and updated. Staff is very helpful and nice. No wait either. We paid before we sat down to enjoy dinner. I had a very pleasant experience. read more

Customer service was very good but can't overlap the review from the food. I know, It's Sizzler but come on, I do still expect better. The steak was burn't, the ribs were dry to the bone, the shrimp was okay. Now in the past I have returned an item when extremely bad like this but was crunched for time and the fact is, We should NOT have to point out what is obvious. the cook had to notice, the waitress had to notice, so come on and just say Hey this is unacceptable and let's redo this for a customer. The one time we got the steak and lobster my wife's looked great and mine looked like crap, I had to actually point out the diff to the waitress (that brought it to us) and she replies Oh My, that is unacceptable, But couldn't have noticed and solved it before even bringing to us??? Need to train better and/or give permission to return prior to waiting to see if the customer will do it. read more

It was the 6th of March, but we have been there before. The customer service as excellent and the food was fresh. I had the salad bar my party had menu items. Everyone was happy with their orders and the service. My party are picky so if they were satisfied well you meet the bar. read more

Beautiful!!! And delicious! The service is great, and the portions are big. You get your own plates, and , the salad bar is in the middle of the restaurant. So, everyone is close. They also have many different hamburgers that I haven't seen in other ones. One of the best Sizzlers that I've seen. read more

I had a great experience at this particular Sizzler. Our server Yessenia was great and attended my family and I very well. I also got a chance to meet the manager Mayra and she was super nice. And not to mention that the food was amazing and my steak was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be coming back very soon. read more

So I usually go here and order salad bar, or the usual 8 or 12 oz sirloin but it was New Years Eve, and I was feeling like let's go all out. They had the New York Strip or Possibly Rib Eye special it was a 16 0z steak with all the fixings for $19.99. Being New Years Eve of course the place was packed and busy, the servers tried to make the best of it. A guest in the party went to the soup bar which was stocked, however with no bowls :/ They politely asked an employee hurriedly walking by to Grab some bowls if possible, stood there for 2.5 mins before walking away impatiently... Then my meal came out and the Steak was horrid! Tasteless to start off with, but just plagued with fat! :/ This steak was not trimmed well at all an was honestly 35% + Fat over Meat.. Extremely disappointing as said previously, there smaller sirloins are usually Charred to perfection! Of course, i'm one to maybe complain, but I was dissatisfied for sure and disappointed but know the golden rule to never send my plate back..Must have just been an off night, may have been because I ordered such a large steak. Nonetheless, the rest of the party was satisfied and as for me, I will try again for sure some time hoping for a better Meal. read more

Just left this place about 45 minutes ago... horrible service... it took a good 10 mins to get a cashier to take our order. Once we were seated the server took a good 15 long minutes to come and confirm our order, it took about a half hour to just receive our drinks... then another 30 minutes to get our dinner only to receive half , left my children waiting for their food, not once did our server stop by to ask if we needed anything; we had to flag him down to just ask for a refill on drinks and when we finally got that... it was time for us to go... there wasn't even a manger walking the floor checking on the customers ... to make a complaint to. read more

This restaurant had a major makeover. However, the sanitation of the Salad Bar is gross. The lady that was in charge of the Salad Bar was wearing gloves. However, she was touching all over everything with the gloves. Then she stuck her hand with the gloves in the lettuce and was making a salad for a customer. She was grabbing hand full of salad fixing and piling them on the plate. I asked for the manager and question him about their procedure as it relates to the contamination of the food with those gloves and he stated that as long as the Salad Bar lady does not go past 2 hours wearing the gloves it was fine. This was just plan nasty. I saw one man zip up his zipper on his pant then touched the tongs. moments later the Salad Bar lady touched the same tongs then reached her hand in the lettuce. SMH This just grossed me out. I might have to call the health department if Sizzler do not change their policy. I will start with corporate first. read more

I went in tonight around 7oclock had the WORST service, ordered a steak med well was rare they took it back we ate from our salad bar, waited about 20mins for our drinks got the wrong drinks, then after we were basically done ready to go the waitress brings back the steak i had honestly totally forgot about in the first place, well i said its pointless take it back i want my money back which i got refunded but i was beyond disappointed with the experience.... read more

well, it's a sizzler, as far as that goes its one of the better ones, they do have the corn balls, but i ordered a larger sized steak and had to ask if i had gotten the right order because it was very small. the waitress never returned. they were busy and we had a hard time getting the servers attention. it's clean and kept stocked. what else is there? read more

I ordered the triple shrimp plate, disappointed, tiny shrimp and very little sour rice. It seemed more like a kids meal. My Husband ordered the buffet, disappointed, very little choices. read more

Wow! I have not been here since they remodeled. Looks great! Salad bar was clean and fresh. There was only a few people there when we arrived but customer service was lacking. Nobody filled my water cup or asked if we needed anything. I really wanted some cheese bread but never saw the waitress. read more

I have not been to sizzler in several years. I must admit that I am impressed with their total renovation of the restaurant and their menu. Came in to try their TV commercial on the summer grill specials. The food was excellent. The steak cooked to perfection and the baby back ribs just melted off the bone. Their new salad bar is really great with the new salads and fruit salads. They have really stepped up their game! I will be coming back for sure now with this new menus. read more

We are from the San Fernando Valley and although we've been to Sizzlers in the past, there are none close to where we live. We had to have dinner in Perris, and decided to try Sizzler's. We were glad about our decision, as we were pleasantly surprised by the beautifully remodeled interior and clean restrooms! My wife enjoyed the crunchiness of the coating on the fried shrimp dinner, and I liked the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with the sauted spinach. Friendly staff too! read more

9.23.16 Where should I start well by surprise my brother choose to go here for His 14th Bday go figure..lol so we got there got our order taken it was 5 of us the ordering must of taken about 15min we then get seated to a far corner table where the the waitress comes and drops off the drinks and then asks us if we would like cheese bread or Rolls? We said both well 30min passed and still nothing no bread at that poit to be honest we didnt even want the bread anymore after seeing our waitress giving good service to other tables thats when we question why are we being treated any different? So my brothers plate gets to the table he ordered a 22$ plate steak and lobster you would of thought it would be a Good hot sizzling plate but know it was a cold plate the other 4 plates still where no where to be seen. My whole point is my Family and I unfortunately will not be going there again. I rate this place a -1 oh one more thing I would recommend get more SERVERS that are experienced. Thanks. read more

I've been to other sizzler's but I'd have to say that this one is the best! The service is always top notch! My favorite cashier is Melissa she always greets me with a smile and is very friendly. As for servers, they remember me when I come in and always give the best service! It's also nice to see the managers walking around helping one another and checking on their customers, I don't usually see that at other restaurants unless there is an issue. Anyways, if you're looking for the best food and even better service, this sizzler is the place to be! Thank you guys for always making it a great time read more

One of the best sizzlers ive been too! Especially the management Rebecca was great. I'll be going back

Today I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Rebecca. She is such a sweetie! She fixed my malibu chicken without my having asked her to and it was better than what I originally received. My husband and I come here regularly even though we live in Moreno Valley. It's worth the drive every time! read more
