I liked what I had. I ordered surf and turf burrito. Carne asada on its own was flavorful. The shrimp were fat and tasty. The burrito was huge and had a nice cheese crust on the tortilla. My girlfriend and I are returning customers to this location & I'm going to have to give this restaurant 3 stars. It's unfortunate to have to leave 3 stars because the food is so good, the gobernador taco flight & pork belly sliders are always a must when we visit, the drinks are usually good & the ambiance is very mellow and not usually too busy. I would give the food alone 4-5 stars. Unfortunately the service is about a 0-1 star. On one occasion we got sat and we had to wait 20-30 minutes before I got up and had to ask the hostess if they forgot about us because we never got service. On a more recent visit, we ordered water & soda with our meal but after the food came out we were never checked on again for refills or anything in that regard. On that same visit we finished eating & still weren't checked on, & had to go up to the front hostess to see if we could pay for our tab because our waiter was nonexistent. I was impressed by the huge shrimps and the taste was so delightful! I thought I ordered the fettuccine but I got the rice and broccoli which were fantastic! The tuna crispy bites were like sushi, magnificently prepared. My friends love it! Unfortunately, the pork belly sliders were out of stock and I will make sure I will order that next time to try. This is a hidden gem in Perris. I paid $56.55 for the two orders and I think that is not cheap but I ordered through a third party so there was a service fee of $6.30, tax of $3.26, discounted $1.49 delivery fee and $3.50 tip. We decided to come in again because we were in the area but the service was extremely horrible. I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this establishment. During my visit, I was a witness to someone physically assaulted by another patron. What was most concerning was the lack of response from management. The manager was present but did not intervene, or take any meaningful action to address the situation. A older woman escalated things by approaching a young woman, and she was yelling at her face and screaming . The manger that was at the scene that had authority did not do anything to take place and stop the situation. When customers visit a business, they expect a safe environment and responsible management, especially during a serious incident like this. The way this situation was handled left me feeling unsupported and unsafe. I hope the business takes incidents like this more seriously in the future by training staff to respond appropriately and prioritize customer safety. read more

Until I found this place on Yelp and gave it a try. I'm sooo glad I did!! I said they had to honor the listed price (Senate Bill (SB) 478 THE PRICE ADVERTISED TO THE CONSUMER MUST BE THE FULL PRICE THAT THE CONSUMER IS REQUIRED TO PAY), and things got tense.
