Had lunch here today & was extremely disappointed. The service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress disappeared and a "new" waitress asked if we needed anything, I asked her for a to go cup for my drink and she never returned. After waiting for more than 10 minutes we left. Went Here today. I expected better service. Unlike the other sizzlers, the salad bars were okay. However, it took long for a waitress to assist us. And they just slammed the black tray thing which has a reciept with mints and toothpicks thing. We werent done at all. we just started on our meal. The manager here is always very friendly and helpful, involved in his business and interested in his customers. Staff is attentive; salad bar is good. Temperature of hot foods on salad bar is unfortunately too low, resulting in unpleasant gastric effects on several occasions. Steaks are sometimes gamey. Wow, delicious steak. But beware, this place treats it's quality food like fast food. Menu at the front that you have to stand and look up at before ordering (before even being seated!) And pay ahead of time! Not exactly a relaxing restaurant experience. Your food will be prepared immediately, no sitting and enjoying a drink before you order. Even though food was good the experience stunk. I suppose if you're used to the drive through it will satisfy your desire for a dinner out, but you could do better for the price. read more

My wife and I ate here on a date night for dinner. Our server Yessenia was attentive to our needs, spot on when we needed anything, and just had a great attitude. She made us feel welcome and at home. The food was fantastic the only bad thing was that I stuffed myself. The way I look at it is if the only problem I have at a restaurant is of my own doing then your doing a stellar job. Before they remodeled the food was very good. Now May 2014 the food is terrible. The steak was like shoe leather. Rice tasted as if had been cooked and sitting in rice cooker for several days. Salad bar shrunk. Help is nice and friendly. Manager so so. Think manager has been getting lots of complaints. We will not be going back for long time. Maybe in a few months they will get better kitchen help. People won't spend their money on bad food even if it's served in a pretty place. For a Saturday the place was not busy. Beautiful!!! And delicious! The service is great, and the portions are big. You get your own plates, and , the salad bar is in the middle of the restaurant. So, everyone is close. They also have many different hamburgers that I haven't seen in other ones. One of the best Sizzlers that I've seen. read more

The remodel has made this a beautiful, cool place to eat. Excellent job on the decor. The manager and staff were wonderful, nice, quick, efficient. The food was great. The salad bar looks tasty but we didn't order it this time. The traditional cheese toast was delicious as usual and the new hot rolls with sweet butter are tasty, and they brought us as many as we wanted. WE LOVE that they use large cups for soft drinks and iced water, so you aren't waiting for refills. The waitress did bring us refills on our drinks quickly before we even finished our existing drinks which is much appreciated!!! Great food, gorgeous restaurant, will be back soon and will order salad bar next time. We have almost NO restaurants in Perris but at least now we have this! read more

I had my first Sizzler experience here, just after the reno. I was very impressed! Awesome salad bar, many options to choose from. I also made a second trip here not too long ago, and had the most delicious steak ever, as well as veggies cooked to perfection! I am diabetic, so its difficult to find a place with a menu with something for me, so I was very happy impressed. Excellent service, as well! read more

Customer service was very good but can't overlap the review from the food. I know, It's Sizzler but come on, I do still expect better. The steak was burn't, the ribs were dry to the bone, the shrimp was okay. Now in the past I have returned an item when extremely bad like this but was crunched for time and the fact is, We should NOT have to point out what is obvious. the cook had to notice, the waitress had to notice, so come on and just say Hey this is unacceptable and let's redo this for a customer. The one time we got the steak and lobster my wife's looked great and mine looked like crap, I had to actually point out the diff to the waitress (that brought it to us) and she replies Oh My, that is unacceptable, But couldn't have noticed and solved it before even bringing to us??? Need to train better and/or give permission to return prior to waiting to see if the customer will do it. read more

Just left this place about 45 minutes ago... horrible service... it took a good 10 mins to get a cashier to take our order. Once we were seated the server took a good 15 long minutes to come and confirm our order, it took about a half hour to just receive our drinks... then another 30 minutes to get our dinner only to receive half , left my children waiting for their food, not once did our server stop by to ask if we needed anything; we had to flag him down to just ask for a refill on drinks and when we finally got that... it was time for us to go... there wasn't even a manger walking the floor checking on the customers ... to make a complaint to. read more
