As I was about to question my order, I literally watched my meal be delivered to a couple a few tables away. I saw Cass walk away thinking nothing of it. She was soon called back to identify the order being delivered incorrectly. She proceeded to take each meal ( two separate plates) back to her work station before figuring out it was our order. She walked over to our table and proceeded to tell me that there was a mix up on my order (I'll give her that) but when I explained that I wasn't comfortable with not knowing if the food had been handled, Cass' response was "ARE YOU SERIOUS?" I couldn't believe what I heard. Wait.. it gets better. I then explain that I preferred a full refund for the meals, her response was (wait for it..) ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Hilarious and so disappointing. This young generation never ceases to amaze me. One word, CLUELESS!!!

The bartenders are awesome and really know how to work the crowd and nice people. I've also met some cool customers as well so I dig the place. There's a good band on Friday nights that does cover rock 'n' roll and they're quite good. I wish they serve their food from the restaurant they own next-door because there's more vegetarian options it is a cool place but I just wish they had more diversity in the beer they serve and maybe once in a while lower price points which I guess happens during happy hour. But, like I said, at the beginning, the staff is awesome and enjoyable to talk to. So, that makes frequent visits welcoming.

Burgers were excellent - juicy, well-seasoned, cooked just right. Finished with the Bundt cake with ice cream, bacon and toffee bits. Sounds unusual but it works so well - sweet, salty, crunchy. We also ordered the cavatelli mac and cheese which was very flavorful with the shishito pepper and parm and lastly we also had the Korean wings which were very meaty and full of flavor. I think that is something that stands out here is how much great flavors are packed in there dishes. The entire staff was friendly and the Chef was also very welcoming. There was no wait for a booth, and the restaurant had a fun, family-friendly atmosphere with TVs throughout the dining room. The complimentary bread was warm, fluffy, and fresh. The cinnamon butter was tasty, though definitely on the sweeter side. The peanuts were exactly what you'd expect from Texas Roadhouse. For drinks, we tried the blue lemonade and strawberry lemonade. The blue lemonade tasted pretty similar to regular lemonade, but the free refills were a nice bonus. The strawberry lemonade was the standout and definitely worth ordering. We also tried the Dragonfruit Sparkler, which was fruity, refreshing, and one of the better specialty drinks on the menu. For entrees, the Herb Crusted Chicken Dinner was the clear winner. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and well-seasoned, and the corn on the side was surprisingly delicious. The Country Fried Chicken Dinner was just okay. It wasn't bad, but I've had better versions elsewhere, and even with the gravy it felt a little lacking in flavor. The fries were pretty standard. Another plus was the large parking lot and the reasonable prices. The portions were generous, and overall the meal felt like a good value for the money. A special shoutout to Candace for providing friendly and attentive service throughout our visit. Overall, Texas Roadhouse delivered a solid dining experience with good food, affordable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'd definitely come back for the herb crusted chicken and strawberry lemonade.

He decided to give me the gift card this evening to enjoy a nice meal as our kiddos were at their grandparents and he was working. I ordered a $30+ meal the 6oz sirloin + shrimp and two sides. I got it to go so I could enjoy it at home. While I was waiting (I had arrived very close to the pickup time), I noticed an employee standing next to the driver's side of a car talking to the driver, who appeared to be an acquaintance. I could clearly overhear the conversation, and the employee was saying things that I found completely inappropriate to be discussing while standing right in front of the restaurant, even if it was technically in the parking lot. Two minutes before my pickup time, I went to the to-go window and received my food. When I got home, I realized my rolls didn't include the house butter. Whatever! It's not the end of the world. But worth noting as you would think this would be standard to provide. What became really problematic was the meal itself. I ordered my steak well done, but it arrived bleeding and wasn't even close to medium well. Why ask how I want my steak cooked if you aren't going to cook it that way? The shrimp was cold and incredibly salty. The potato? How do you get a potato wrong? Well, somehow they managed...it was stale and overly salty too. The broccoli I don't even think was steamed for more than a minute before you gave it "seasoning". The entire meal was awful and for $30?! Hahahaha I guess really the joke was on me for paying such an absurd amount but I really was expecting some quality somewhere. It just wasn't there all at. We still have money left on our gift card, but we'll be giving it away because we won't be coming back. I didn't even bother calling to complain because, judging by the quality of the food, I don't think a complaint would make any difference. I added a photo of my "well done steak".
