Was happy to find a Sizzler in my new area , and stopped in for a late lunch . With this recent heat wave i chose to have the all you can eat salad bar . The restaurant was spotless everywhere . The parking lot , the bathrooms , and the dining room . Wish all places paid atttention to detail like this . The salad bar was fresh and delicious as usual . Highlight of the visit was the server Leo . Watched this guy keep 20 tables happy with a huge sincere smile the entire time . He has his job mastered and should be congratulated . Brought my family to lunch after a fun soccer tournament out here in beautiful Oceanside. Found this Sizzzler nearby and checked it out. Good was all perfect and our waitress Esther was absolutely amazing. Our cups never were empty and she was super attentive to seeing what we might need next. The customer service at this location is wonderful. From the front desk to the servers, everyone seems happy to be there. We've been many times and we always come back for more. Today we went with the salad bar which was good as usual. I tried the usual fare, meatballs, carnitas with guacamole, wings, salad and a few soups (there were 4). They also had quite a few desserts today which included bread pudding, apple crisps, chocolate mousse, and frozen yogurt too. Tip: always get the Texas toast. So good. This sizzler in banning is very good. Every time I go there it is fully stocked clean and you see the manager walking around checking things out. The waitresses and waiters are very friendly and remove the plates quickly I do recommend this place as the food is very good and they always have at least three soups that are very good. read more

This is for their Thanksgiving meals. Last year (2019) my hubby suggested we go to Sizzler for Thanksgiving since we were taking a break from hosting a big family get together. It was delicious, the service was friendly and fast and we really enjoyed it. This year we couldn't gather due to Covid and I didn't want to eat in the parking lot we called in to order out food. Where else can you show up the day of and get three Thanksgiving meals to go cheap?! We had turkey and all the fixings, including a slice of pumpkin pie for under $15!!! The cashier was super friendly, the staff very efficient and the whole process was pretty quick. I'm seriously considering ordering it again next year even if we have guests over. The only reason I gave one star is that yelp won't allow me to leave zero. My husband and I just had the worst, most mind-blowing experience here. The management is definitely not of the opinion that the customer is always right. This one proceeded to pick a fight with my husband and belittled me because I am a woman and dared to speak.
