Be aware of scam at SIXT Denver Airport. They please you when you make your reservation and charm you when you pick up the rental car. Only to acuse you of damage to the rental car days after your rental return with no damage. Terrible phone etiquette when you call damage department. I would never use or recommend. read more

I'm just here to post a positive review amongst all the negative ones so that if someone is on the edge considering to book or not that maybe this will help tip the scales. I'm not doubting that some of these other reviewers had bad experiences however mine was great. The check-in process was easy, they provided us with helpful Highway information since we came after a snowstorm, we got in our car and hit the road right away. Something I would like to address that I saw in another comment is that they were complaining the car was shaking. This was probably due to the fact that you were in Colorado lol... snow can get into the wheel well and this throws off the balance of the cars tires, which leads to the shaking. This 100% happened to us, we just pulled over at a gas station and tried to get out what we could and then the shaking stopped. So some of these reviews are probably from people with lack of knowledge of what driving in the snow is like. So anyway, our experience was positive. We returned the car and someone checked us out right away then we took a shuttle back to the airport and we were on our way. Only feedback that I would say is they should have put an ice scraper in the car. read more

This location has a good selection of cars but the reps make commission if they sell you insurance so they are very pushy.... We prepaid a car for 2 days and 3 hours so it charged for 3 days. When we went to pick up the car they were trying to sell us on extra insurance even with the purchased insurance we had from Expedia, they said that insurance isn't 100% coverage. After over 10 min of service representative Bridget pushing extra insurance and cutting into our rental/vacation time after we said we don't need it she magically was able to knock off a day from our booking and said she'd add the full coverage insurance at "no extra cost" from what we prepaid because she couldn't refund us the extra day anyway. She cut back the 3 extra hours that pushed our booking to a 3 day paid booking to put that prepaid amount to insurance that she'd profit off of. Very manipulative company and representatives. Enterprise is much more transparent and reassuring. This is our first and last time booking with Sixt. read more

Will never rent from Sixt again for unpleasant experience at Denver Airport. We reserved a Toyota Camry for 3 days and bought rental car protection plan via Expedia. At the pickup, the agent gave us a free upgrade to Volvo and a demo for operating the car on the spot. He did not gave us a walk-thru or checklist for inspecting any damage on the car. Car ran smoothly. We returned the car by dropping it off in the car-return parking lot on time. Two days later, we received a photo with "exploded image" showing a little dot of "Windscreen (Windows) Driver side stone chip surface only." We were unaware of this damage. It is so small. I tried to download the photo for further review of the damage and the time of the photo was taken but they already took the photo offline. Be careful doing business with Sixt. read more

The negative reviews are all true. I also got charged for a supmerficial scratch that was not caused by us. We returned the car that morning and they did an inspection and signed off that everythign looked good. Then months later we get a letter saying we owed for a "collision" and sent a picture of the car obviously taken at night. I will never rent from this company again. Be careful they are scammers! read more

Seamless experience from shuttle pickup through return. Had a nice 4 series BMW that was well optioned but needed an interior cleaning (muddy). I understand when it snows it can be difficult to keep up with it but it was the only thing that kept this not a five star review. read more

MY CAR RENTAL WAS NOT CLEANED BETWEEN RENTERS!!!!! NOT EVEN A QUICK ONCE OVER. Fries are under my seat, debris scattered on all floors, debris on the seats...A USED plastic, crumpled GLOVE is seen laying on the bench in the back seat, in plain site. Under normal circumstances, one would agree....completely unacceptable. Imagine checking into a hotel room that has trash, an unmade bed, and you are unable to talk to anyone at the hotel about it. Now add the STATE MANDATED restrictions put in place, allowing companies to operate during the pandemic under strict codes of conduct. To protect the spread of the virus. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER 888-749-8227 WOULD NOT CONNECT. It would produce a busy signal, no matter the time of day. When the the company closed for the day, the customer service number suddenly worked, instead of a busy signal, an immediate message to the effect of please call us during normal business hours. HERE is the TIMELINE of the number attempts I have made so far, to try and speak with anyone at SIXT, locally and nationally. 1. July 30th 6:48 pm MDT - exactly 30 minutes after signing for my rental at 6:18 pm. I called customer sixt customer service number 888-749-8227 and was met with a busy signal (though the hours are 4AM - 2AM Eastern Time we are suppose to be able to contact a representative). I call again, and again. By 6:53 pm I have received a busy signal 3 times, I confirm I have the correct number, and I do. I am concerned as this is within the FIRST HOUR of a 4 DAY RENTAL - of which I am paying $626.26 for a Hyundai Tucson Utl 2. July 30th - 7:04 pm, I pull off the road and record a time stamped video on my iphone xs 23 seconds long, to document the current state of the interior of the vehicle. The video attached shows my sixt car rental, I have officially driven off the Denver International lot 20-25 minutes earlier. Of which I expected in a parking garage with NO LIGHTS, after flying into town because my dad died. The video, does a quick scan of the car, showing, without documenting the interior in extensive detail....Fries are under my seat, debris scattered on all floors, debris on the seats. A USED plastic crumpled GLOVE is seen laying on the bench in the back seat in plain site. 3. July 31st - 11:30 am MDT, I dial customer service again, the phone number still produces a busy signal, with no options to leave or connect with any departments. 4. July 31st - 11:33 am MDT, I contact customer service via Apple App Sixt. Under Help & Contact us - Concerns - I give my name, my email, my rental agreement number, a 4-5 sentence breakdown of the inability to get through to customer service and the reason for my concern. And I attach a file, as it is an option, to show why I need to speak with them as soon as possible and click send. No email, is sent to my own email, indicating customer service has even been contacted. 5. July 31st - 11:38am MDT - I take an additional step, insuring my message gets through, I google the customer service email which is CUSTOMERSERVICE-USA@SIXT.COM the message emailed, reiterated, I have contacted you via your websites directive for concerns, complains etc. Which included a video. etc I receive a response from sixt at 7:47 pm MDT 8 HOURS LATER which said "If you would like to speak with a live agent we invite you to contact us at +1-888-749-8227. Shortly you will be connected to the next available agent that will be happy to assist you". 6. After receiving an email directing me to contact the number that only produces a. busy signal. I CALL AGAIN at 11:39 pm - to my surprise, I am not met with a busy signal but an automated message asking me to call back during business hours. I AM HALF WAY THROUGH MY RENTAL, I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE 30 MINUTES INTO MY 4 DAY RENTAL, AND I STILL HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE. DESPITE A NEAR DOZEN ATTEMPTS THOUGH MULTIPLE OUTLETS. read more

This past July, we rented a Toyota 4 Runner from a pleasant agent in Denver. I picked up the vehicle and noticed that it had very high mileage for a rental (over 41000 miles) and that the "Oil Maintenance required" light was on upon starting it. I pointed out these things to the checkout person at the gate but was told just to take a picture of them in case of any issues which I did (see enclosed photo) We were driving from Denver to Casper Wyoming where the speed limit was 80mph on our drive. I was sticking to the speed limit but noticed a lot of vibration in the front end that I assumed meant that the truck needed an alignment or that the tires were out of balance. It was nighttime and so we continued our drive of 4 hrs. The next morning, I saw that the left front tire was dangerously bald on the inside and that the right front tire wasn't much better. It appeared that the tires had never been rotated or balanced nor an alignment done. We tried calling the rental car company no less than 10 times, were put in a cue on hold and never got through. Finally we tried their roadside assistance company and were stuck in that cue for more than a half hour with no answer. We knew it was totally unsafe to drive the truck as it was and only a matter of time before we experienced a blow out which could endanger our lives at the highway speeds we needed to drive. We called triple A (my friend Tim had an account) and they came and changed one of the tires for us with the spare. The technician for the company was in disbelief that a rental Car company would allow anyone to drive on such a dangerous set of tires (picture attached) and unmaintained vehicle (as were we) We returned the vehicle to Sixt and spoke with the manager, explaining all we did and all the time we spent trying to reach them and their roadside assistance people to exchange the vehicle. She too took pictures of the bald tire, dashboard alert, etc. and apologized saying that they were short staffed, people couldn't get in touch with roadside assistance basically verifying all that we had experienced. She PERSONALLY promised that she would send me an email so I could reach her (she never did) and that we would get a substantial discount on the rental or it would be free of charge due to all the issues and negligence on their side. (my companion Tim is also a witness to this discussion) The "substantial" discount was $120.00 off of a ridiculous initial charge of $680 for a three day rental according to the bill from Sixth Rental Car. Personally, I feel that the company put our lives at risk with this vehicle and that we should have payed nothing for it or at most, half of what they billed. I feel that the company should respond and actually take responsibility for their reckless lack of safety inspection or maintenance of our vehicle. read more

Sixt - Car Rental Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Here we go, Sixt... I didn't want to have to write this review. I gave you multiple opportunities to do the right thing. For anyone else just skimming reviews and mine is TLDR... the negative experiences people are complaining about are 100% accurate. For anyone at Sixt who gives a sh*t, reach out to me here and I will give you my personal phone number and we can discuss your company's shortcomings directly. I'm not trying to hide behind anonymous reviews. Look at my profile. I don't review company's for fun. I chose Sixt for a family vacation to Miami. Easy to navigate and set up. I needed something that would be comfortable for my pregnant wife and 1.5 year old son. That's it. Should be easy. Sixt didn't charge a crazy fee for picking up at Miami and returning to Fort Lauderdale so I thought, great. Let's book it. Got everything set up on their app for mobile pick up. Cut to landing in Miami and time to "select my exact vehicle". Surprise! nothing available in your class. Your options are to upgrade to a BMW X5 for "only" $80 more a day (I was renting for 7 days) OR go speak to a desk representative. I'm not cool. I'm a dad. I need something functional. Not a cool car and $80/day is cost prohibitive at 7 days. Give me a break. I know you have vehicles back there and I know when I speak to a desk agent he's just going to switch me to something else. Why is this upgrade presented as the only option? This was the first negative part of the experience. This process totally negates their entire mobile check-in process and doesn't make things easier for the end user. If this had been the only thing, 4 stars... a minor inconvenience and a hope that the company would do better. Let's move forward in time a bit. Guy at the desk who is rude and hates his life finds us another vehicle. Great. No extra charge. Just a minor inconvenience. We go out to the garage and grab the keys from the guy in the booth. Locate the vehicle and get everyone ready to roll out. "Oh wait," my wife says... "we should document the damage." I'm sweating. We're in Florida, let's just go. No, of course she's right. So, I pull up the app to report the damage. There is some damage to the bumper of the otherwise flawless vehicle. I take 3 to 4 photos on the app to document the pre-existing damage. My wife takes one directly on her phone. Okay, everyone is happy. Let's get out of this garage! We have a great vacation. Thank you all for asking. Cut to returning the vehicle. Let's do this! We get to the airport with plenty of time. The lady checking in the car is super friendly and we talk about our kids for a bit. Cool. We're doing good again. Back on track. She then did something that confused me. She closed the back door (of the SUV) and circled the damage I had reported with a marker. Okay, that was odd but whatever, we have a plane to catch. Turns out, it was odd... We fly home. Everyone is feeling relaxed and happy. Two days after we left the vehicle at the airport, Sixt emails me stating, "We've noticed new damage to the vehicle you rented and we'd like to work together to resolve this matter. Damage is frustrating!" Yeah, it sure is. Well, the damage they are claiming was actually the damage I reported at the check-in process! So, they are holding me accountable for something that I reported to them before I even put the theoretical key in the theoretical ignition. OKAY. Everyone take a breath! Sixt is a big company and liable to make mistakes. I'll just go into the app and pull up those photos I took, right? No. The photos I took through their app are not accessible to me at all. Minus one more star. For those keeping track, we're down to 3. Okay... what is my recourse here? Sixt wants me to fill out their damage report. I do. The very same day. Include all the information I have about the damage and the one photo my wife took of the damage prior to our departure. Remember, I cannot access any of the photos I took through the app. I also encourage Sixt to look at their servers because I'm sure those photos uploaded to their system and they have them on file. Great. They'll see this a big misunderstanding and close the file and we'll all move on with our lives. Acknowledge they made a mistake and no harm no foul. But wait... That damage report was filed on a Monday. Tuesday, no word so emailed them. No response. Minus another star. Now we're at 2. Wednesday goes by. No word. Thursday... I email them twice for an update. No word. Minus another star. That's how we arrive at 1 star. I didn't want to write this review. I gave you the benefit of the doubt to do the right thing and you failed time and time again. You deserve this 1 star. Here is some advice: Read these reviews. Have your executives read these reviews. Stop counting all your money for one second and provide a better experience for your customer. You have great marketing and some pretty impressive tech but you're falling short where it matters to the customer. read more

A friend went online and reserved a car from them approximately 1 week prior to needing a vehicle. I drove them to pick up site and upon check-in, he was told they did not have any cars in the class size he reserved because their location had limited inventory. The options he was presented with was to either upgrade to another car for $200.00 more than initial reservation and drive to another sixt location to "hopefully" exchange it for the size and price he was quoted. They did not even offer to call the other site, that was 42 miles away from Boulder location, to check if they had the right size car. Or option 2 was to just forget about renting any car. Why would any company take a reservation for any service if they are not willing or able to fulfill the service. Will definitely be telling anyone and everyone I know not to use this company as this was a clear case of bait and switch. read more

Worst worst experience ever! This company is horrible. They put customer's name on block list for no reason. The manager there did absolutely nothing but asking us to call customer service which no one responded. We spent almost one hour there trying to talk with customer service over phone. Guess what? The manager was so arrogant and refused to do anything. In the end he threatened me by dragging me out of the place. I've had previous reservations and did nothing wrong. The rental agency didn't have very many cars in the class I reserved but they were able to give me reasonable accommodations for an upgrade and I ended up being very satisfied. All they needed to do is ask one simple question...and my family's life would not have been endangered. Denver, winter, skiing vacation, Denali SUV from Sixt so that we had room for people and ski equipment...so far so good. Thought I had specified 4wd, but who has ever heard of a 2wd Denali? Yup, they knowingly rented me a 2wd Denali, with summer tires on a day where the weather was blizzard conditions. Didn't figure out the 2wd/4wd situation until I was headed up the mountain and nowhere to turn around. Even with the "snow mode" activated, the car slid sideways, spun tires constantly and was sure we were headed for a ditch. Made it to our hotel, but then couldn't even back out of the parking space because of the tires. Ended up spending $200+ on tire chains. Was the only way we could even move. All of this could have been avoided by the desk dude asking one simple question...Sir, are you sure you don't want 4wd? He knew where we were going. He knew what the weather was. He knew what the vehicle was like. He rented me a potential death trap even still. Will I rent from Sixt again? Maybe. The other parts of the rental process were issue free. Definitely will make sure that I confirm how many drive wheels are on the vehicle next time read more

We've rented from SixT for the past few years with no issues. Unfortunately, our latest rental will be the last. Somehow a SixT employee loaded one of our suitcases in another consumers car. We didn't discover it until later that day. The other customer was 9 hours away (roundtrip). We called SixT customer service and they assured us it would be handled in "24-48" hours. That was 360 hours ago. Even after emailing the Denver office, emailing the corporate office AND attempting to speak with a rep when we turned our rental in...still no follow up. We decided to drive the 9 hour roundtrip because our sons medication and clothes for our vacation were in the suitcase. I booked a car through Priceline, but had to make a change one month before our planned trip. It was impossible to speak to a human being, and when I finally found an email address and requested a quote for a couple of options, it took customer service two days to respond, and they made changes to my booking without my authorization and at a much higher price than other car rentals! On top of that, they communicated that any change to that new booking would not be refunded! And if I wished to cancel the booking, I would have to pay $100 cancellation fee, even though no cancellation fee was indicated in the original booking! I spent several other emails, but their responses were always the same. Worst customer service and never again! read more

This is the worst car rental company in the industry. Their employees are deceitful, entitled and rude. Their online resources are intentionally designed to inhibit communications. Their in house staff misrepresents pricing and service. They intentionally don't wear name tags and do not provide customers with their names. The on-site employees intentionally provide inaccurate contact information for local and regional management teams. Check out their twitter page for a multitude of stories from prior customers. Do not use their firm under any circumstances. Sixt utilizes this website for customer service responses because it does not allow for threads - ie multiple posts and conversations. They do not respond on X and ask for emails to be sent to a generic email box. Goes back to transparency. read more

Bait and switch car company. They show a picture of an awesome car that gets you to rent from them, and then you get to the airport and they're like oops, sorry, that car isn't available. Here's a car for a lot more money instead. I rented from this location, was forced to upgrade to a larger car that I didn't want, and I got everything on it. The top insurance, the fill up the tank gas service and I also got the tolls paid for. So my car rental went from a couple hundred bucks to 500 bucks. Then, almost a month later, I get a charge on my credit card for toll violations. Apparently, the guy at the desk never entered the tolls included. $170. And $130 of that was Sixt fees. I called my credit card company to dispute and I also reached out to sixt. They showed me the invoice that states where their administrative fees were actually higher than my toll violations. This is my first time renting with sixt And also my last time. Garbage car rental company. Avoid at all costs. Oh, and the Jeep Wagoneer was filthy to top it all off. read more

Oh dear...I rarely write a disappointed review but this one, sadly, demands it. As you will see, I have waited and thought about this for several months before writing because I did not want to make a knee jerk reaction. I write this only to save someone else the same nonsense as I went through. In January I rented a Mercedes through Sixt in Denver. Okay, I love cars. I love trying out groovy cars I probably would not necessarily purchase. For example, this go-around, I am driving a fantastic Range Rover via Enterprise...it is delightful and for about the same price as the Mercedes...but I digress. Here are the issues I have with this particular location: o Upon walking up to the desk I was immediately asked if my husband would be meeting us for the paperwork...I was traveling alone...no mention of any other driver...Ok...I know some people might not see this as an issue but really? No, "are there going to be any other drivers?" Nope... o I was then asked, after he brought up my reservation, if I was familiar with driving "higher end cars"? Oh my goodness...seriously...seriously? "Yes, I am..." I said, as I twitched..."We may have a car more suitable." REALLY???!!!! This was not a "hey, this car may be new to you as I got into it...NO, this was before I was "allowed" to sign for a vehicle I had reserved a month before. As a bit of background, I am very familiar with virtually all types of vehicles. I like to say I am an "assertive" driver...doesn't that sound better than "NASCAR FAST"? And, with a clean record, go figure...but I digress... o "Well...we are going to have to charge you an additional $500.00 deposit because you...uh...you...want to use your debit card (which has CC capabilities so they could have run it as such but he disagreed with me...just saying...) Then, as an added bonus, wait for it, he asks..."do you think this will go through?" I kid you not. I should have walked away at this point, but I was exhausted, it was getting late, and I just wanted the dang car I HAD PAID FOR IN FULL THROUGH EXPEDIA. o Finally, after he went back to his "manager" (who I will note later on had magically disappeared) and after I had been left waiting for almost 20 minutes, he returned! THE ANGELS SANG! BUT WAIT! You cannot make this stuff up... o As I am waiting for the "lord of the manor" to return and find me fit to drive one of their precious vehicles, another man walks in to get his car (A MERCEDES, MIND YOU). The rental office for Sixt is a fairly large, enclosed building at the airport. I am standing at the far end, away from the doors while this man is nearest to the sliding doors (I promise this will be important). He is greeted well, as was I when I first walked in. HOWEVER, within about one minutes we ALL had a contact high. Yep, I am serious. The guy was so stoned his buddies had to help him find his wallet. o Jus read more

Rented a Mercedes SUV, got the keys, went over it with the associate, returned it 4 days later after driving it less than 150 miles, they tried to charge me for two deep scratches in the fender. The scratches were existing, the car was dirty on the exterior, and the service from corporate was awful. After responding to their 3 emails and 2 paper letters requesting payment for damages explaining that they will never get a dime from me, they finally dropped the claim. This location and company has a history of trying to charge renters for preexisting damaged to cars. I ignored the reviews, as it was the cheapest premium rental, however, every single one of them is true. This is nothing short of criminal. If you get a request for payment, ignore it or fight it. Denver Airport. Overall, my experience with Sixt started out great! Service was prompt, shuttle from airport was clean, and I even got a free upgrade because my model wasn't available! I DID get charged an extra $30 for gas, even though I returned the tank full. After emailing customer service, the local branch refunded the error the same day and followed up with a phone call. Annoying error, but they were prompt with correcting it, so I give them credit for that. Everything else was great! read more

Similar experience to many others. 1. Can't select car prior to arrival and have to go to counter and go through all the paperwork. 2. Sleazy trick to try to sell insurance coverage that didn't work. 3. Piece of junk car (X7) with scratches, dings, mangled rear license plate, etc. 4. 100% up-charge for higher class. 5. No discount for lower class. Couldn't have been worse. Note that I have had two prior Sixt rentals, one in Houston and one in Dallas, that were spectacular in every way. read more

This place is the WORST!! If I could give it zero stars I would. They play switch and bait and then up charge you to get what you thought you originally paid for. Please for the love of sanity go with someone else. It took longer to get this rental car than it did to fly from California. Be prepared to wait outside in the cold. We were asked to stand in a puddle tomwait for our shuttle. Edit: customer service tried to reach out but nothing came of it. Now we are returning our car standing in a puddle. Also, there is no system for catching the bus back to the airport. People just go for it and hop on even if it isn't their turn. I have used SIXT before and it was a great experience but this recent trip I had planned was ruined when we came to pick up our already paid reserved car to be told by a employee named William that we were not able to pick it up because of our card on file when last time the SAME person accepted payment and gave us the car with no issues. He kept saying the other person could have been fired when he was the same person who helped us. Very disappointed with how me and my family were treated. read more

I hate renting cars. HATE. And I was concerned with the mixed reviews, but just couldn't pass up the price quote from Sixt. Why would I pay 2-3x as much for a car from a different agency? And so it was with great skepticism and dread that I walked into the Sixt office (after an easily located and short shuttle ride). Alyssa helped me, and was very pleasant. She even offered me a much appreciated bottle of cool water. Absolutely no unpleasant surprises! No push back when I declined additional coverage, as my credit card covers rental cars so long as I do. The car type I requested was in stock. I had reserved a standard SUV, and was in a very nice Jeep Compass within 20 minutes. It had nav, bluetooth, heated seats - very nice! I did note later that evening, one of the tires was showing (on the digital display) lower than the others. By the morning, it was displaying even lower, and in red. As I was about to embark on a Denver to Seattle drive, I took it back in to the office. They checked it out, and swapped me into a Mercedes GLC (I think this was an upgrade even) quickly. One of the guys working on receiving returns was really great about showing us where some of the features are on the Mercedes. About a day later, I received a nice email from Sixt apologizing for the issue with the first car, and offering me a small discount for my trouble. Not on a future rental, as so many companies often do, but on my current. A really standout touch on an already great experience. I dropped the car off in Seattle without incident, and received my invoice a day or so later, with no surprises. At every point, Sixt was fantastic and I actually hate renting cars just a little less. If renting cars was always like this, I'd be a lot more willing to do it on trips. And the price I paid, plus no fees or hassle for a one way long distance and pet-friendly! read more

I'm deeply disappointed in Sixt. I've loved renting their vehicles because of the luxury selection, pricing and awesome service at check in. However, this trip I had a medical emergency and was advised to leave high altitude and return home. I returned the car after 27 hours; I had originally planned to rent for four days. Sixt ended up charging me $296.00 for a one day rental with all of the extra charges they tacked on. I already am taking a large financial hit from having to rebook my return plane ticket home and this felt like a kick in the teeth. When we returned the car the check in attendant at Sixt assured us they would at least provide a two day refund. It appears that Sixt needed to get their pound of flesh at my expense. **Update and changed my review from one star to two. I called Sixt and they would not refund a Nd monies. However, they did provide a $100 voucher for a future rental. read more

Don't ever rent from this company. They over charged us a full day, when I reached out to customer service they said they would credit the money back to our account. It's been two months of back and fourth emails since they have no phone contact for assistance, and they still have never returned the funds. A total scam! How can you steal from paying customers? read more

You know those reviews that start with "Would give zero stars if I could!"? This isn't one of them. Because I give the lady who let us out of the gate, standing out in the cold, a star for being kind and friendly. But that's the only one they earned. We booked with this company because they advertised to, "Skip the Line!" by uploading your ID and paying online. Sweet--I've stood in way too many loooong car rental lines. As we landed in Denver, I had an email with a QR code to show the agent at the "Key Kiosk" where I could quickly grab my keys and get on the road. We were a little confused when we arrived at the lot and couldn't find a kiosk. We went inside, where there was a looooong line and several banners advertising "Skip the Line!" by uploading your ID on the app. After finally resigning to the fact that there was no key kiosk, we waited in the looooong line where an agent finally waved us up. The exchange went like this: "Sooo, is this the key pickup?" "Sure." "Oh, what happened to 'Skip the Line?'" "We can't just give keys to anybody, we have to verify your identity." *show him QR code *scoffs "I need your ID and credit card." "I uploaded them to the app, isn't that the point?" "I need your ID and credit card to verify your identity or you can't have a car." "It's kind of false advertising." "Yeah, it is." On top of the false advertising and rude service, we weren't even given the car we chose online. I know, I know--"VW Passat OR SIMILAR." Fine, but that car was sitting in the lot right next to the Camry we drove away in. read more

We made a reservation through Expedia for a Tahoe for 4 days for $260. This is like half off compared to all the other rental places. We were a little hesitant to rent from here since the reviews were either really bad or really good. But thank god we did. The line when we got there was short but there was only one rep. It was also 11pm at night. When it was our turn we actually upgraded to a suburban for $60 more. We were able to get a 2021 Suburban for $327 out the door. Good thing we came here cause we saved so much money and we didn't have any bad experience with them. Definitely a place we will be using again. read more

You get charged extra from them when I had already had gone thru priceline to rent the car. $356.41. Plus, I purchased insurance thru Alliance. Then I get to the airport@ 5:00 a.m. and they incrude more charges. I asked Elizabeth if this was going to be the final charges and she said yes. So, the following day I check my bank statement and they charged me again. They screw you every which way that they can. Beware, there's scammers everywhere. BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!! HIDDEN CHARGES!!!! Will be talking to Channel 7 about them. I even have their e-mail where they said prepaid Voucher -$345.61. I picked up the rental on 7-2-2023 and returned it on 7-5-2023 when all staff was outside barbecuing. I asked one of the guys if I needed to sign anything stating that I was returning it and he said no!!!! read more

I was charged more than $100 over what the agreed price was. When we agreed on a price they told me when I was getting ready to pay that they had to run my card for an extra $300 "for security" but that would be refunded within 5 business days and they would email me the contract. Nothing on the contract about filling up the car but I figured most companies want you to. We got back quite late and all the stations I drove by were closed and I was about 1/2 tank down so I figured they'd keep $25 or so to cover that. Turns out they kept $114. That was for gas, a service fee, and a "premium location charge". Gas- fine. Service fee? Premium location fee? I rented and returned to the same place so why was that not on the original contract. Even the facebook customer service person couldn't explain what that was and admitted that none of this is on the contract they give the customers. Please read their numerous BBB complaints before you consider renting here. I'm attaching photos of my contract and my invoice. read more
