I got good service here at Enterprise. I rent from them often on my trips. This Enterprise location services incoming visitors from Denver International Airport. The car rental agencies are just outside of the airport terminal. The airport has a courtesy shuttle service outside of baggage claim that picks up every ten minutes. Just follow the signs that say "CAR RENTAL SHUTTLES". I got in early and was one of the first ones here when the building opened. The process is smooth and the service was nice. Thanks Enterprise for getting me in and out quick.

A long shuttle ride away from the terminal (they go from East/West pickup twice at long intervals to wait and then get to the terminal), they help with the luggage, and then when you get to the service center - 1) no app check-in available for me, 2) they close the business rental line leaving everyone to go to the regular lines. The staffers upfront were quick so didn't take too long once I was at the counter. No spare rentals at the time, so they had to turn away a couple that was looking for a car. Then you go out to the service counter and they help show you which car you have in the aisles. Our first car had a bad tire sensor, which was a no-go for a long drive. The second car had a small windshield crack (hail?) and a loose front bumper (they said it was ok) but was a bit dirty inside - they hadn't vacuumed very thoroughly and the seat was sandy and stained. 25k miles on the car, so probably less than a year old. Easy swap out (though it took some time), though, so staff was very helpful even if the facility was a bit far from the airport. There's a Philips 66 close, too, for fueling up before you bring it back.

Desk clerk Humphrey was perfect. Car was great, the girls in the exit shack were great. Check in was good too, I am only giving 4 stars because the bus /shuttle drive was not very helpful or clear in his communication. I was hoping to be dropped off near the checkin for Southwest. Either curb side or inside Nope. Everyone out in one spot. No explanation why we can't be dropped off closer.

Will I be charged for using the E-470 toll road?

From my experience with toll roads in general when using a vehicle from enterprise, you will be billed on the credit card you used for the reservation with a possible daily fee of $3.95 convenience fee on top.

I see that you offer a F-150 or similar with 4 doors but I was wondering do the pick-ups have a bed cover to keep our luggage dry in the event of rain?

Are full size trucks 4x4 in Denver? What class of SUV might have 4X4... jeeps wranglers are all sold…

They have all kinds of Jeeps and other all wheel drive and 4x4 vehicles. I highly recommend Enterprise over the others .. they were awesome to deal with. Hope this helps.

Longer lines, tension between the written word and the action, and a car that was possibly the worst performing car I've driven. The shuttle picked us up quickly, which was great! The driver was nice and helpful. Then, more than 30 minutes waiting, even after doing the online checkin. They needed to verify documents, so there is no benefit to the online checkin, you're in the same line as everyone. Was told I'd be charged a $200 deposit, no problem. Then, they charged a $250 deposit. That would have been ok, I just like to have words and action to match. The car was a standard SUV. The car was such a gutless gas-guzzling SUV. Returning the car was odd. I pulled up and into the line of cars. After 10 minutes, I began to go inside and a worker motioned for me to move the car over to the line next to the one I parked. I moved, he was gone. I just walked around the car and filmed its condition, took pictures of the clean interior, and the full gas level. I went to the bus. So very strange. And, the shuttle driver was great, a nice guy that was very helpful to everyone. The drivers earned the two stars.

I see bad reviews here, but my experience was better than expected for renting a vehicle at the…read moreairport. It's usually a process - find the rental car shuttle bus and ride it to the rental car agency then wait in line with your luggage a good hour and hope for the agent in the good mood. Luckily, I got an agent that was pleasant and accommodating. She answered my questions, repeated back to me the terms of the contract, gave me a complimentary upgrade and quoted me a fair price. The vehicle itself was new and in great condition. I drove it all around Denver and to Boulder. When returning the vehicle, I just drove right up in line and an agent came out to scan the door barcode and sent me on my way. That took about 2 minutes. The shuttle was there and got me promptly to the airport.

Paid extra for an AWD vehicle given the snow. When we arrived, I tried the "touchless pickup" or…read morewhatever they call it from the reservation and it said "reservation not found". Went to the counter- not sure what the agents have to do but it's a very long process with lots of key clicks. I asked the agent to confirm we had an AWD and he confirmed. Went to the vehicle and of course it wasn't. Stood back in line for another 10+ minutes and got a different agent. She said they can't guarantee AWD- even if they have a listing for such that you paid extra for (dont list as an option if you don't actually have). So she swapped us to another vehicle and said she'd comp the gas. When I returned the vehicle- they charged me for gas. So I waited in line again, and had to re-explain to another agent why I was given the discount. So double-check your statement for misleading billing.
