There's a reason it's rare to see an airport rental car service rated above one or two stars.. i've been in the same boat usually airport. Rent-A-Car places are miserable experiences. I am glad to say this is that rare exception, Fabulous service, fabulous people, and everything worked like a charm. It's obvious that customer service is a top priority, and the entire process was incredibly easy, from picking up the car to returning it. They even checked in along the way to make sure everything was going well. It's very obvious everyone here is trained precisely to give great customer service with a smile not one person had a bad attitude What a great experience from start to finish. Keep up the fantastic work! read more

Warning: Take very good photos of any dings or dents and be sure to be very clear about the insurance you have. During a recent visit -- and, importantly, this was days after major June storms had come through the area -- we rented a vehicle that had minor dents in the hood. It was raining slightly the night of the rental, so we couldn't see any issues clearly with a very wet vehicle. The remaining days were sunny, with perfect weather and we had no issues whatsoever with the vehicle. Upon return, an associated walked up to the car and begin evaluating damage without any acknowledgement. Then she claimed there was new hail damage and I needed to fill out an incident report. I indicated that there was no hail whatsoever during the sunny days of travel and, furthermore, I had coverage for damage and didn't need to fill out an incident report. She pressed the issue and got assertive in the process. I refused to sign and asked to speak with someone else given her lack of professionalism and clear lack of knowledge about the company's own policies. I explained the same to the manager who took the time to actually look up my record to see that I, indeed, had full coverage, did not need to fill out any incident report and was clear to go. Thankful for him, but highly disappointed in the experience with the earlier agent. So, yes, get the coverage. Know the policies. Take the photos for evidence. read more

3.5 stars Easy to walk up and rent from and reasonable prices. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I got charged a week and a half later for a toll road that I didn't use. 2026 #36 read more

Rented with them for 11 days. Fast and easy shuttle to location, quickly got car and at end of trip had no problems taking speedy shuttle back to airport. Had a problem with the vehicle partway through the trip. Not only did the manager keep in touch with me and ensure open, respectful communication, he also took care of the problem and more than made up for it. When I returned, I found that his staff at the return center were as customer-focused and supportive as he was. All in all, a fantastic experience. read more

We chose enterprise again for our return trip to Denver. As it was last time our whole experience was uneventful. The only downside was I had trouble getting the vehicle I requested. I chose a Ford Explorer which just happened to be out of supply. They substituted a same size Dodge which was very difficult to drive as well as difficult to set the controls and GPS. It was the worst vehicle I've ever driven and will absolutely refuse to accept one in the future. The check-out and check-in folks were as nice as can be. I'll continue to rent from Enterprise in the future. read more

We are actually better off dealing with AI. These people do not care about anyone and their la k of customer service is like a nail in caulk board. First the entrance was blocked by a random car. When I ask the attendance he asked me to wait? Half my car was hanging out on the street. Then the person at the counter NEVER once looked up. He spoke so fast and soft it was uncomfortable. WHAT is wrong with you people??? Broadway location in Denver. Avoid this place. read more

Great experience here. I use a lot of rental car agencies at airports and this was quality and quick. I was in and out within mins. Friendly young man as the agent, walked out to my car and on my way. read more

I got good service here at Enterprise. I rent from them often on my trips. This Enterprise location services incoming visitors from Denver International Airport. The car rental agencies are just outside of the airport terminal. The airport has a courtesy shuttle service outside of baggage claim that picks up every ten minutes. Just follow the signs that say "CAR RENTAL SHUTTLES". I got in early and was one of the first ones here when the building opened. The process is smooth and the service was nice. Thanks Enterprise for getting me in and out quick. read more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Nissan Sentra - Car Rental Near Me - Denver, Colorado

I paid more to rent from Enterprise thinking I would get a nicer car, but the car we received was awful! It smelled like cigarette smoke, the seats were filthy, and it had a concerning thumping sound coming from the rear and underside of the car. By far, the worst car I have ever rented. After my rental ended, I received an email from customer service asking how my experience was, and I told them how disappointed I was, only to receive no response. They pretend to care if you had a positive experience, but if you communicate a poor experience, apparently, they can't take the time to address it. The last car I rented with a less expensive company, was much better than the Enterprise car. I will never rent from Enterprise again. They are overpriced, have very inferior vehicles, and are unresponsive to complaints/concerns. read more

Place some bullshit you need 400 for an deposit no debit cards just to rent a car for a day like who the fuck got 500 to drop plus insurance on a car for one day and pay for the gas read more

The customer service was great and so were the prices!! The lines were long, but moved efficiently. Everyone I was helped by was thorough and kind. If I'd make any changes or suggestions, it would only be a bit more guidance in the drop off at a different location. I expected the booths in springs to be open late and was left a little puzzled. After some digging I figured it out just fine though! They abide by state laws, while also not being too terribly greedy. I walked over after a bad experience with the competition next door, and was surprised at how easy it was for a walk in / same day rental! I ended up saving money in the long run with them too. Awesome team over in Denver and COS! Definitely earned my loyalty for the next time I need a rental. read more

A long shuttle ride away from the terminal (they go from East/West pickup twice at long intervals to wait and then get to the terminal), they help with the luggage, and then when you get to the service center - 1) no app check-in available for me, 2) they close the business rental line leaving everyone to go to the regular lines. The staffers upfront were quick so didn't take too long once I was at the counter. No spare rentals at the time, so they had to turn away a couple that was looking for a car. Then you go out to the service counter and they help show you which car you have in the aisles. Our first car had a bad tire sensor, which was a no-go for a long drive. The second car had a small windshield crack (hail?) and a loose front bumper (they said it was ok) but was a bit dirty inside - they hadn't vacuumed very thoroughly and the seat was sandy and stained. 25k miles on the car, so probably less than a year old. Easy swap out (though it took some time), though, so staff was very helpful even if the facility was a bit far from the airport. There's a Philips 66 close, too, for fueling up before you bring it back. read more

I am extremely dissatisfied with Enterprise at Raleigh-Durham Airport and with Enterprise's 800-number customer service. I rented a car at Charlotte Airport on Wednesday, May 13, returned it to RDU on Friday, May 15 at 1:00 PM, and as of Sunday, May 17, the rental still has not been closed out and I still have not received a copy of my receipt. Enterprise's own process says receipts should be available online beginning 48 hours after return, but that has not been my experience here. I called the 800 number three times and each interaction was frustrating and unhelpful. I also have been unable to contact the local office directly, which makes it impossible to resolve a basic issue like getting a receipt for a completed rental. As a Gold member, I expected much better service and basic accountability. Instead, I have experienced poor communication, no resolution, and no apparent value placed on loyal customers. I just heard from Michelle at Enterprise. Her response was utterly useless! In my original post, I mentioned that I have contacted Enterprise customer service 3 times without a response. She suggests that I reach out to customer service thru their website. I already have 3 times to no avail!! Obviously, they don't care about their customers. read more

DIA location The customer service was wonderful from picking up to the car to dropping it off. Loved the fact that I could pick out my car from several on the lot. Returning the car was a breeze and Malik (Cain) was very helpful in showing me how to remove my phone from the Apple CarPlay. What a joyful and friendly guy. BIG Kudos to Malik! read more

Art was amazing! Very smooth and quick service. The he cars were clean and plenty selection to choose from.

Desk clerk Humphrey was perfect. Car was great, the girls in the exit shack were great. Check in was good too, I am only giving 4 stars because the bus /shuttle drive was not very helpful or clear in his communication. I was hoping to be dropped off near the checkin for Southwest. Either curb side or inside Nope. Everyone out in one spot. No explanation why we can't be dropped off closer. read more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Car Rental Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Everyone at Enterprise was super friendly and welcoming, which was an awesome way to start the trip! You can tell the team is in good spirits and trying to create a positive experience. That said, there was definitely some confusion when it came to actually getting the car. The rep told me to go down one of the aisles, but never clearly said I could just pick any car I wanted. There was another couple in front of me that looked just as confused, so I wasn't the only one. Also, no one told me I needed to hand over my reservation papers at the exit gate, I had them in the trunk and had to pull over and dig them out. So while the staff was friendly and helpful overall, the communication could use some improvement. A little more clarity would've gone a long way! read more

After a long flight, the lazy thing you want to do is wait in long line for a rental. We check in early and the process was seem less. Then Cathy (or Catherine) helped us pick out a car and was extremely patient and offer us multiple options to choose from. This location is great! read more

Smooth experience from start to finish with Enterprise at Denver Airport! Growing up I remember spending (what felt like) hours waiting for my parents to get a rental car. Not here! The process was quick - we were in our rental car about 20 minutes after arriving. All the staff members we encountered were professional, efficient, and super friendly! The customer service was top notch. Same goes with the return process. Super quick & easy! Thank you Enterprise for saving us some time due to your exceptional staff - we appreciate it! read more

Great service. Quick, no line. Super friendly employees. I forgot my license and the gentleman at the counter brought it to me. Suv was great, no issues. Upon return, it was super friendly/professional/EZ. He (Kyle) forgot to email my receipt but after writing an email it was promptly sent. The bus from the airport to the Enterprise office was kinda smoky however thus four stars. read more

The employees here are awesome and really went above and beyond for me for my trip here, Kevin and Evon helped with fee for the car wash I gave the rental vehicle I had. Get Rent Only one day in Denver necessitated getting a car for the day, so we booked an "Intermediate Car" (we ended up with a Toyota Corolla) for ±$110/day thru Costco Travel. The Good: *Denver International is so large that every car rental agency has its own shuttle *and* their own building. *Shuttle drivers were friendly and helped load and unload luggage. *Smooth pickup and drop-off *They actually gave us the choice of which car to pick (up to a point) *One of the few places that I've seen that encourages you to walk around and do a visual inspection for damage beforehand. *The checkout guy in the booth was super friendly and helpful, as well. *Also the only place that I recall where someone was actually there to meet and greet you when dropping off--and we don't do late drop-off, usual btwn 4 - 6 a.m. The Meh: *They still try and do the upsell of added insurance, and yada, yada... The Ugly: *The guy doing the pickup was a bit low energy, which is whatever, but it didn't help they had loud music pipping in, so it made it difficult to hear him. Conclusion: Maybe the most seamless car rental to date. Highly recommended. read more

Booked a 1 week rental for our summer vacation and couldn't not have been happier with the experience here. From inside the terminal, instructions were clear and easy to get the bus to shuttle us over to the facility. I was afraid it was going to be a painfully long process- but it wasn't! I had done the online checkin and filled out all previous paperwork. Walked up to the podium, allowed to pick the car of our choice (within oir paid price range), keys were in the car and we drove off. Checking out was however long, 1 line, 1 attendant, and this did take about 30 mins to get out of the lot. Even though this took a while, still a good experience. We will certainly be back for our next rental need. read more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Car Rental Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Enterprise has been my go to rental car company for a little while now (probably helps when there are some work perks lol). I've come to enjoy the ease of use and flexibility they offer their clients and this place is no different. First thing of note, rental cars at Denver airport are not close. You need to take a shuttle (all the companies provide one) from the airport. It's about a 5 min shuttle drive. Second, the enterprise location in Denver is massive! They probably have 10s of thousands in their fleet. So with such a large fleet they're going to have lots of options. Third, make sure to check in ahead of time so that when you arrive off of the shuttle you just check in outside. They'll confirm your information, and they send you down the appropriate isle. Then all you have to do is pick the car off your choice and you're off. The experience here for my family was quick and easy, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff! read more

Great experience. The shuttle was waiting, our car was waiting and the staff was so helpful. Will use again!

go somewhere else. received a different car than i selected and they wouldnt let me use debit cards.

We used a local enterprise on Galveston island and was assisted by a gentleman named Judd Johnson, who was friendly and informative and gave us his business card if we should have any issues during the rental period... Drop off was a breeze at the airport... 2 days later we received a courtesy call from Keith asking how our experience was and if we were happy with our service... Customer service from start to finish was worth as many stars as I can give them. Thank you Enterprise for going above and beyond for our family read more

GOATs who worked here saved the day when thrifty rental was closed (thrifty says they're open 24/7 and lies about it!). Quick and easy rental. Super fast return. Everyone who works here is nice and competent. The rental was quite expensive compared to the cheaper rental places, but you get what you pay for. read more

High energy, loved customers and ensuring a great experience. Caity who checked us in was very familiar with the military and also was very conversational. The gentleman who walked us to get a car was very observant of how much luggage our family of four had and placed us in a vehicle that would fit the luggage. The gentlemen at return was excited to see us and asked to see how our experience had been. Thank you to the Denver Airport Enterprise Staff for make our trip a great memory from the very beginning. Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Thank you to the gentlemen who saw our luggage and family and said, "this will be the right vehicle for your vacation!" - Car Rental Near Me - Denver, Colorado

The vehicle they planned on renting to me wouldn't start so I was given one that ran rough and had heavily tinted windows! They sent me off across the country with a vehicle that you literally could not see out the windows at night!!!!! My 11 yr old nephew exclaimed, "What's with these windows? I don't even think they're legal" when he got in. There's no way those windows were legal and there is no way I'll ever rent from Enterprise again. read more

This issue is not with this specific location, Enterprise doesn't let you add drivers to your reservation on the app or desktop when making, changing or when checking in. Very, very inconvenient to have to go to the counter instead of being able to do this in advance and go straight to your car. Please ask corporate to add this option. Caused wait to be 30 minutes vs going directly to the car read more

Everything was flawless, checked in ahead of time and walked right up to the podium, great customer service and was able to choose the car I wanted. Dropping off our rental car around 6 a.m. on a Monday in October, the line of cars waiting to be checked in was sooooo long and moving slowly with just two staff members present. Finally, one staff member told everyone that if there was no damage to the cars to leave the keys and head to the airport. There's a free shuttle that goes to the airport. The journey takes about ten minutes. read more
