I wanted to try this spot for some time now and finally got the opportunity. When arrived I was lucky to find parking right away. When I walked up there was indoor and outdoor dining. I chose indoor and the nice gentleman, I believe was the manager, sat me with a table for 6. I ordered baja fish tacos and a lemonade. My friends ordered different things all around. I didn't particularly like the tacos but it was filling. Everyone enjoyed their drinks. As it got busy the service got slower and we had to wait a bit here and there. I went last week. I was craving a cocktail and a appetizer. The waitress was kind enough to seat me at a table even though I was not having an entree. I didn't feel like siting with the young people at bar. My drink was made well. The only issue I have is the price for three baha tacos. It was $18 and there were no sides. This is highway robbery. I will give stars for the taste, the drink quality and the waitress. I still I'm annoyed I paid for tacos. I also paid 10 for a a small amount of truffle fries. I went back yesterday and just had a drink. I can't justify the price of food. read more

What a great little neighborhood bar/restaurant we were there on a Sunday. The games were on. It can get a little crowded have some patience. The food is worth the way I had a delicious pumpkin martini. It was very tasty. We had a lot of food from burgers to sandwiches everything was cooked well and the french fries were crunchy, they have a very nice menu with a little bit of everything. Stop in with a friend for a few drinks, the bartender Zach was awesome! As soon as we sat down he greeted us with a smile. He made our drinks in a timely manner and checked on us often but wasn't too overbearing. Will definitely be returning to try some food. read more

So happy to have this pub in the neighborhood. Really good food, good beer and service, but most of all it has a really nice atmosphere. What the Irish call craic. The clientele is laid back, diverse, and friendly. This is the kind of place a woman feels comfortable going to on her own. A neighborhood place, you'll likely run into a friend or two. Eating? Came here for happy hour and was a little disappointed. My friend and I each got a cocktail and the chips and dip. For $3, the chips and dip were quite good and enjoyable. However, we were not aware that "Mixed drinks" on the happy hour menu did not include cocktails... So we paid full price for those and it was definitely not worth it. We decided to try this new neighborhood spot for apps and drinks. Service was great, very friendly and attentive. They did a nice job distancing the tables which was much appreciated and we saw them wiping down the tables and chairs whenever a party would leave. Cocktails were "okay." I got a watermelon margarita but it tasted nothing like watermelon. Love that they offer local beers on tap. The food, unfortunately, left much to be desired. Small portions for most of the apps, considering the prices. The disco fries were super soggy and the gravy was not very good. We love supporting local businesses, especially new ones, so we will return at some point and try something else on the menu! May have been an "off" night perhaps. read more

I've tried this place like 3 or 4 times, because I truly want to give it a chance! However, every single time I go, the service is so disappointing! Last night, I dropped in around 12:30/12:45, to be greeted with a really rude and dry bartender that clearly did not want to be there. He served my boyfriend and I one round of drinks, and immediate closed us out without saying anything. We asked, "oh, we thought you were open until 2?" And he responded annoyed, "No, I'm closing in 10 minutes. I want to go home." Now I'd understand this if the bar was dead, but there was a decent amount of people in there. At least, 15 people sitting at the bar. He was super unwelcoming and was just pacing back and forth huffing and puffing. This has been my experience here a few times. I've tried the food once or twice, and was totally bummed. It's just okay. It just seems like they're lacking management, maybe? Like someone who could oversee this place and ensure that the service is good and consistent. Overall, I've never had a good experience here which sucks because I live in the neighborhood and like I said, really would like to enjoy this place more. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I love that this pub mainly serves local craft beer. They have Kane (my favorite), Icarus, Magnify, 4City, and more. I have yet to go to a bar that does this. They have a great beer selection, and it was a nice way to find out that we have way more local breweries than I originally thought. Our bartender for the night was Kenny. He constantly checked in on us to see if we needed anything and overall was a really nice guy. I'm the kind of person who LOVES bar food. Nothing is better than sitting at a bar, having an ice cold IPA and going to town on some comfort food. The Buffalo chicken sliders were delicious! Definitely ordering this again the next time I go. The chicken was crispy, sauce was mild on the heat, and the toppings were fresh. The chicken bacon ranch flat bread has "candied-bacon" and I loved the salty-sweet combination. Will absolutely be coming here again very soon. And last thing, bring back the fried pickles :( was kind of sad to see they weren't part of the menu anymore haha. read more

Ok this place serves great drinks, really good appetizers and provides a cool atmosphere! My husband and I needed to kill time before Axe Throwing appt, we saw how nicely decorated the place was from the outside so we decided to give it a try. The place is spacious with plenty of room for a large group. We ate and had drinks at the high boy tables. The vibe was cool (college basketball was on). Our waiter was super chill and even the other waitress was super helpful. We ordered buffalo wings and sweet potato waffle fries - ... the wings were well seasoned and not just tossed with hot sauce for flavor! Highly recommended! The waffles fries were sooooo good. We had a few drinks and left. We loved the spot so much that after we were done with throwing, We walked right back there and had nachos and more wings. A By that time our eyes were bigger than our stomachs so we couldn't finish it, but again the food was still good. We will definitely be back! Finally downtown Bloomfield has a legit and a bar/ pub with potential! I have lived in the area for over five years. Have seen several restaurants and pubs in the area go under due to lack of quality, athmosphere, service and diversity in drinks and drafts that are acceptable for a small bar. This pub is the kind of pub you go for trivia night, your regular Sunday Football hangout. I did not notice if they had a happy hour many but certainly this would had been a good place to go for drinks for happy hour after work from the hellish compute thanks to NJ Transit. Is all about location, personality and service. Tried the Flirty French martini, nice cocktail that could rival a Cosmo for a so-called girly drink and Allagash White drought beer. read more

Me and my brother went there this past Saturday it was our first time there. And I must say the atmosphere the music and the food was great. I had the BBQ Chicken Sliders and the Mango Habanero Wings. My Brother had the Salmon Sliders and the Buffalo Wings which where great . Finally got a chance to come and check this place out and I'm so glad that we did! First of all, it's amazing what they've done with the outdoor space. For being on such a busy street, it really feels like a nice little tucked away area--lots of space for tables to be spread out, string lights and little barriers to section it off from the street. I went inside to use the restroom and it looks like it'll be great when indoor dining resumes. The bar itself was huge with plenty of seating! Our server was so nice and on top of everything, our food came out quickly and so did the drinks! The apps we got were all great, I especially loved the pickle spears and the dipping sauce it came with. Plus who wouldn't love Taylor ham and cheese on top of French fries? My burger was cooked perfectly and was super juicy/flavorful. The sauce that came on it was also great! The French fries definitely seem hand cut, too. Beer selection was good and the cocktails that other people at my table had were also really tasty. I'll 100% be back, I'm so happy to have more good bar food in the area! read more

This place opened during COVID and I've been so excited to come. They offer ample outside seating and great drinks. The menu is extensive for COVID but obviously changes daily based on their fresh supplies. I know coming to a restaurant after viewing the menu o line to find something different is hard but so is quarantine and cooking all the time so I'm SO fine with it. I've been here two times now and will continue to come back bc the drinks are cold, the food is good and the service is impeccable. My coworkers and I decided to try this place for a birthday lunch...there were 9 of us. There were only 3 other patrons at the bar when we ordered...45 minutes later there was still no food on our table and the bartender/waiter only checked on our drinks once, not even an apology for the long delay, nothing....finally we needed to get back to the office and requested the food to go and the check...we gave him 3 credit cards, all to be charged the same amount...all 3 were charged more...when we finally got back to our office (less than 5 minutes away) about 15 minutes late, and decided up the food, the only condiment was ketchup...no blue cheese, ranch, or sour cream for the quesadillas or Buffalo dishes....TERRIBLE service, I didnt even eat as there was no dipping sauce at all for the Buffalo shrimp I ordered. One of the few local establishments courageous enough to open during Covid. Cool local establishment however the service, particularly the bartenders aren't. When visiting the establishment the bartenders tend to ignore patrons that don't appear to be regulars. I stopped by on 12/3/23 around 4pm, after holiday shopping for a glass of wine. The bartender on duty couldn't tear himself away from showing guests what was on his phone. When he finally took my drink order, and after paying, I left him $0 tip. I revisited the establishment tonight 12/4/23, during happy hour. The Christmas decorations are beautiful, I feel the owners are really trying but some staff members, like the bar staff, may be undermining their efforts. Local residents want to see Six Points succeed but residents have options and poor service is not an option. However the same bartender was just coming on duty. After paying the check he mentioned the fact he got no tip the previous night. I know because he rendered poor service. He also informed me and my guest that if we come back and see him behind the bar we should turn around and leave. DONE. read more

He had the perfect balance of knowing when to check in to see if you need anything so that you don't feel neglected but you don't feel annoyed by his presence. I started going to this place because of Tuesday night trivia advertised by its host. I like that it's got a bit of a gritty feel to it and good food and drinks. I think maybe they have been short on staff but that's been true for most lately, and they are pretty attentive. It's a fun local pub - everyone of legal age should have one to meet up with friends regularly. I'm most impressed by their housemade fresh spaghetti - also cooked perfectly. I recommend the authentic carbonara (no cream, just egg, the way it should be), chicken Milanese served with salad, and appetizers from nachos to onion rings with chipotle sauce were all great. read more
