Great staff, good burgers. It's a cool little joint with a cool regulars crowd. Definitely try their disco fries, the are great.

Bartender and main cook are awesome. Great hospitality! Came on a slow night so no wait. Drinks off the chain. Haven't taste the good yet but I wouldn't doubt the food is great.

Have wanted to try this place so met a few friends there one afternoon, was just a few of there decided to try the food had a cheese steak sandwich with onion rings, the bartender who was also the cook was right on the money the sandwich was very good and its a nice place to go too.

    Sizzling Steak!!!

Cold beer and great food. I strongly recommend the 12 oz sizzling steak. It is just as good if not better than all the local steakhouses at half the price.

Following tonight's Knicks record setting, series clinching blowout vs. the upstart Atlanta Hawks, MRH became my #1 "go to" destination to drink & stuff my face, while binge-ing on the evening's "must watch" College & Pro sports events. The gratin was perfectly done, the broth was rich and flavorful, and everything tasted balanced and well executed. We started with a Tito's mule and a passion fruit margarita -- both refreshing and well made. The garlic and cheese Jersey wings with their house sauce were outstanding and full of flavor. The mac and cheese was incredibly creamy, generously cheesy, and finished with a golden crust that added great texture. The ribeye with spinach was cooked to the perfect temperature, and the blue cheese burger with bacon and onion rings had an amazing contrast between creamy and crispy. The mushroom pizza with extra cheese was another great choice. The menu offers Irish, Italian, and American options, so there's something for everyone. It's a family-friendly sports bar with a welcoming atmosphere -- perfect for watching your favorite team while enjoying great food. Highly recommend. We will absolutely return.

It's got that cool gastro-pub feel where you can sip a cocktail at noon and no one judges you, in fact, they encourage it. Now let's talk about the real star of the show: the Breakfast Burrtios! We ordered them, and let me tell you, this wasn't some dainty little wrap. This was a full on, two hands required, no talking for five minutes situation. Packed with all the breakfast essentials and wrapped up like a gift to humanity, it was hearty, flavorful, and exactly what brunch dreams are made of. Every bite basically said, "You made the right decision today." The rest of the menu has all the brunch classics with a fun twist, and everything coming out of the kitchen looked like it deserved its own photoshoot. The drinks were flowing, the crowd was buzzing, and the whole place had that contagious weekend energy. If you're looking for a brunch spot in Belleville that delivers great food, good vibes, and a breakfast burrito that might require a post meal nap, The Whiskey Priest is your place. It has a local/dive bar feel to it but it is redone and clean and beautiful! Better than I ever expected! I walked in to my favorite classic rock jam playing and they just kept em coming. The staff was adorable and very sweet and took great care of us. I really really enjoyed myself, my dinner, my company and this bar/restaurant! I would drive the 20 minutes there again any day. The vibe itself was enough to make me want to go hang out there. I really had a blast. The salads looked incredible. I got the peel and eat shrimp and a banging potato soup and a few cocktails. I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much when I ordered the Manhattan on their menu. And while they use a maraschino cherry vs. a luxardo, which is typically a telltale sign of quality, it was a really good drink -- not overly sweet or sharply boozy. The food was also solid. They offer your regular bar food like wings, mozzarella sticks, and burgers, but also salads made with actual mixed greens and not just iceberg lettuce. Their fries were good, as well as the quesadilla, chicken fingers and steak salad (although crazy spicy so beware). The bartenders were so friendly, it must be a good place to work. I loved the retro atmosphere, and will be back to sit out on the patio next time!
