We visited Friday night on a double date. The restaurant is still in soft open and not fully staffed, which caused the service to run slow. However, our server Nick was super polite and kept us informed. Other than that we had a great experience. Prices were very reasonable ( forgot the take a picture of the menu) but this is our receipt as reference. We even got a 10% discount for the slower service. The menu was small, which I love. Yet it had something for everyone. The cocktail menu was amazing. The food quality was just good, but the presentation was great. I think they will improve with time. The restaurant has an awesome industrial look. On the other side of a glass wall decorated with wine bottles is the bar and lounge. After dinner we moved to the bar for drinks and Karaoke. The Bartender was very charismatic, he had us laughing all night long and the drinks were perfect. He even brought out chocolate milk as a joke to my husband who wasn't drinking. We will definitely go back. This place is great for groups. Order the Kale salad, probably my favorite thing in the menu.

We went in for dinner and stayed for drinks! Started off with a great waiter named Nick he was very friendly. we had the Kale salad the dressing was really good, we had the Calamari and boneless wings also great. We shared the Hanger steak it was seasoned perfectly. No room for dessert maybe next time. After We went to the bar area to have a drink. the area is very cozy, they had great music and a large screen playing the game. The bartenders were great and made perfect drinks. West Orange needed a place with great food and service. No need to travel to Montclair anymore.

    Cold Brew Martini-delicious!

Went to Grill 350 with 6 other women to celebrate a 50th birthday. We were comfortably seated. The restaurant is fairly new and nicely decorated. All of the staff was very friendly & accommodating. We all chose cocktails and, speaking for myself, the Cold Brew Martini was not only delicious but just strong enough. We ordered some apps to share including Calamari and Wings but the Handmade Chips & Dips were by far the favorite. The portion sizes are generous, if fact some of the ladies shared meals and had plenty of food to eat. Two of us had a fish special that was good. Another had the Eggplant Rollatini that she said was average. There is a bar in an adjoining room that had live music. There were about 10 interesting beers on draft. My only negative comment is that we waited too long for our cocktails. Otherwise, I would say to give the new place in town a try.

Nice enough staff and the interior is great. They have two small flat screens and one was off tonight. The Moscow Mule was meh. The Paloma was okay. The Bees Knees was a no. The calamari was no. The crab spinach dip was the best thing. Three drinks & 2 apps; $50 + tip. I won't be back.

A great addition to West Orange! The decor is beautiful and very inviting. I have been here 4 times both having dined in the main dining room and in the bar area. First time in dining room our waiter Nick was professional and great at recommending things to try. When I've sat in the bar area, waitress Jocelyn is amazing and so friendly. Each time I've returned I was personally greeted and felt right at home. The owner Travis is such a nice gentleman and always asks about my experience. You can tell he has a lot of pride in this place and really cares to make it a success with the customers. I've had the Kale Salad, Calamari, boneless wings, hanger steak, chips and dip and the arepas. All of my food has been delicious and with great flavor. My favorite drink is the Honey Fig. The dining room area is perfect for a date night or group dinners. The bar area is fun for drinks with friends and light bites (you can also get the full menu here as well). Having music weekends is a nice treat and there are also tv's to watch sports. I look forward to coming here and can see myself becoming a regular. It's a fairly new place and they seem to still be working some of the new restaurant kinks. That being said I have had nothing but a fabulous experience here. Reading some of the reviews I can see that people need to have more patience and give the place a chance.

I felt like I found a hidden Gem! I live further south of the place, but it was definitely worth the drive. The vibe of Grill350 definitely gave me a warm & cozy feeling the moment I walked in. The bartenders were nothing but amazing, very nice, attentive, and nice to chat with. The food was delicious. I ordered Penne Vodka, it was delicious... I wish I had more of it. I will definitely come back again & again! My new frequent place to watch the games!

    Cool vibe with exposed ventilation.

Not sure why the restaurant isn't busier because the good was very good. We split a cauliflower fritters appetizer, which was tasty and hot. It was a cross between breaded fried cauliflower and the Indian Gobi style. I had the mushroom burger, an 8 oz hamburger with mushrooms and sauteed spinach along with melted cheese. The meat was fresh and good. A big step above most burgers plus generous portions of sauteed onions and mushrooms along with melted cheeses. When I get my hamburger craving, I know where I'm going. The Butter Chicken Tacos were an unusual option. Based on Indian Butter Chicken, the national dish of UK along with Chicken Marsala, it was served in a naan with a side of rice. Really very flavorful and creative. The chopped salmon burger with mayo also comes with cheese, which was unexpected, but worked well. Service was prompt and friendly. The waitress and another wait staff person even moved furniture around looking for my grandson's red crayon. (He was sitting on it). Worth a visit even if you don't go have a craft bar or cocktail.

Lawd have mercy on my ears! The food was decent quality and largely portioned, but it was largely the same old Italian-American red sauce staples made by Spanish-speaking staff that you'd find at many "Italian" restaurants in NJ. - LK Caesar Salad: Eh. Limp lettuce, storebought dressing. No anchovies so not authentic, but I didn't expect any - Squid Ink Bucatini: Came with an okay amount of scallops and shrimp, and a skimpy portion of jumbo lump crab. Large, though, so I could have the rest for lunch the next day - Malfaldine Pasta: Points for the nice tomato cream sauce, but there wasn't much more to this besides the fun malfadine shape - Hen Of The Wood Mushrooms side: More like hen + shiitake. Lots of garlic flavor, but it was kind of drowning in oil. Service was okay, but like some reviewers have noted, it tended to skew young and green. Which was fine until things got LOUD and crowded--then we were waiting forever just to get extra water. I'd never been to Montclair before this dinner--but I have say I truly hope there's better Italian in this up and coming town.

The golden beets were just tender while still firm. For my main, I selected the Parisian gnocchi with truffle sauce. If I could have eaten all of the sauce with a straw I would have. Some of my favorites include Saddle River Inn, James on Main, Scadeli Felini, River Palm Terrace, 130 Club, The Hill in Closter, and Prime 94 in Fairfield. Add this to the top 3! When I arrived, it was on this beautiful estate / reservation called Eagle Rock. I went on a Sunday evening and though it was raining, there was a lot going on. Weddings, engagements, baptisms. I was told that the bar was reserved for a party until 6 and to return then. I had about an hour to wait so I found a local watering hole to kill some time at. Then I returned. The bar is 4-sided, beautiful, and very spacious. In fact, the entire place is just beautiful. I'll share photos of everything because I took so many. I have photos of the menus, both regular and bar and photos of everything I ate. I even have the check pictured. If you want to order off of both the bar and regular menus, you'll need to know that this can only be done at the bar. So that's where I sat. 2 TV's hang from the sides but watching sports isn't really the vibe here. Outside the windows you have a view of NYC from very far away. I started off with lobster tempura sushi which was some of the best "Americanized" sushi I've ever had - honestly rivaled River Palm. Then I had the crabcake appetizer which I believe was off of the regular menu only. The sushi was off of the bar menu. The crab cake appetizer was pretty underwhelming. I have extremely high standards for crab cakes and it didn't meet them. Then I had my main course - a breakfast burger with fries off the bar menu as well as scallops off of the regular menu. Both the breakfast burger and the scallops were some of the best I've ever had, in their respective categories. Honestly, everything was so delicious. I had a Peroni beer and an espresso martini. And now it was time for dessert. Good thing I asked to view the dessert menu ahead of time because there's a bread pudding with vanilla ice cream dessert that takes 30 minutes to prepare. I ordered that and a hazelnut praline appetizer. The latter was maybe the best dessert I've had in years. Looks like a simple piece of chocolate mousse pie, but it's not. I would go back just for this dessert. The flavor profiles of both desserts combined was the pinnacle of what dessert could be. Highly recommend splitting these 2 desserts. Honestly, I was expecting the meal to come close to $300 before tip but after tax, it was only like $230. I left a $80 tip because the service I received was absolutely exquisite. I can't wait to come back. 5 stars.

It seems to have upgraded its food scene several notches since my last visit so many years ago. Pure nostalgia for me which made for a very flavorful evening. TOP TIP: Street parking in this part of town is a hassle and the local cops keep a sharp eye for illegally parked cars and inebriated drivers. So park further away from the center of town where you are more likely to snag a legal spot on a busy night.
