I've been coming here regularly (like at least once a week) since they opened because it was easily the best pho in Davis but recently the last few times I've gone the quality of the meat has gone down to the point I have to consider going elsewhere. I get #5 every time which is supposed to be ribeye and brisket. It's no longer easy to tell which is which because the ribeye is well overcooked and now the brisket they used to provide is unrecognizable.
Our favorite pho spot! We've been coming here what feels like weekly. They only serve pho and drinks. Service is friendly and fast! Place is tidy and clean. They are very very generous with their noodles and protein quantities. Thanks Sit Lo for being so great.
The portions are huge, the broth is rich and flavorful without being overly salty, and the meat is tender and generous. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get, making it an incredible value. The service is friendly, and everything tastes fresh. The restaurant itself is pretty spacious & open. If you're craving pho with large servings at a great price, this place is definitely worth visiting. I'll definitely be coming back!
Absolutely LOVE that this is opened till midnight. Came here after a concert and was craving pho because of the cold breezy weather and soup was just perfect for the vibe. It was busy and there was a line out the door but i feel like it went by pretty quick like 10-15 min wait maybe? They have indoor and outdoor seating. I got the ribeye and brisket pho while my friends ordered the ribeye and meatball pho. Our food was delicious and i really enjoy the meat to noodle ratio. Love it love love. Keep it up. Also just a side disclaimer: bathrooms are located outside of the building and not inside. I really need to use one but i didnt know if this place even had bathrooms because i couldnt find it anywhere on their page but its not WITHIN the building.
I won't lie, I expected subpar pho due to how Americanized the restaurant felt upon immediate first impression. The restaurant's interior doesn't look bad by any means, but it's been colorfully designed to appeal the college crowd at the sacrifice of authenticity. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet (also called Pho Saigon on the menu) and the cashier gave me a confused look, asking if I could point out a photo or an item number instead. I'm glad to be wrong. The Pho Dac Biet comes in a gigantic portion size for $16.50+tax. All the different proteins that come with it (ribeye, meatball, flank, tripe, etc) tasted delicious in a well-seasoned broth. I particularly enjoyed the tendon for its soft, chewy texture. This branch in Davis offers satisfying pho for incredible value. Their Elk Grove location has now made its way on to my bookmarked list.

Metal bowls and pay before you eat. Very busy. Line to order and when we went around 6pm in January, the only available table was outside. They had outdoor heaters and the soup was warm so it was not too cold.
5 stars: delicious beef-based pho, fresh noodle option makes the whole meal feel lighter, about $15-20 per person, I would bring a friend visiting from out of town here easily Came here for lunch with my dad on a Thursday afternoon. Quick service, you order at the counter and they bring out your food to the table in minutes. There are bright red chairs with metal tables so very casual vibe. The person taking our order wasnt exactly the friendliest which was a bummer. We both got the Pho Hanoi (#14, comes with wok fried ribeye and garlic) with the fresh noodles upgrade which was a $1.50 surcharge but so worth it. Came out to about $44 total. The broth was good, didnt taste diluted, and different than the pork broths I've been used to from other pho restaurants. The meat was fully cooked, flavorful, and both of ours had a decent amount of meat. The fresh noodles were great and light, it didnt feel like I was forcing myself to eat noodles I didnt like. Standard garnishes (jalapeños, limes, sprouts) though they start you off with a small amount of make sure to ask for more if you run low. They also have pickled white onions as a garnish!!!! SO GOOD!! As you can see from the pic, I finished mine which is rare for me. I usually leave a lot of broth or a lot of noodles left over, not this time! Note, this place only serves pho as entrees so plan accordingly if anyone in your group is expecting banh mis or doesn't want something hot, soupy, and delicious. Their phos are beef broth based. I've been to a few pho joints in the Davis/Sacramento area and I would easily put this is in my top 3.
Got Pho recommendations by a few Vietnamese students at UC Davis, we came here for a quick lunch. Have to say they hit out of the park on the quantity and quality department! Every bowl of Pho is jumbo sized, broth is rich and savory, and the meats are very tender and fresh! Definitely one of the best food spots in downtown Davis.
If you are ever craving Pho and want it FAST-- this is the place to go. More often than not, your bowl of pho will be ready within 5 minutes-- you can wash ur hands, get some water, prep your sauce bowl-- and your pho will be ready. My favorite dish is the #13 and the only one I have tried. It consists of all the meats like tripe, tendon, ribeye, flank, meatball, etc. The meat can sometimes be really tough (especially if you go early in the morning) or really nice and tender, which is why I am giving it a 4/5 for overall consistency in the quality of food. The broth is slightly less flavorful than I would like but it is still very enjoyable and is a great comforting bowl of Pho, at the end of the day. I also think their menu only consists of variations of pho and chicken soup. When you first walk in, you order and pay in the front and you will be seated inside or outside. It is self serve water and hot tea (the last time I went there was no ice tea). The inside can get a little crowded and loud during their rush hours so I enjoy sitting outside. Overall, this is a solid Pho location in Davis!
So delicious! You won't be disappointed. Broth of rich and savory. Comes out piping hot, how it should be! Small menu but very tasty options of pho. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of parking.
Nearly perfect! I was greeted and seated 1 min into my arrival. The staff was very friendly. And even helped me decide what I may want since it was my first time. My order was received within 5 mins of waiting. The restaurant was clean. The tables are a little close for comfort but didn't bother me at all! The music was very calming (lau fey) I do think a television would be a nice addition for solo diners like myself! Gives us something to look at. The food itself was delicious, amazing broth. I do wish there were more sprouts on the plate! And the meat itself wasn't very flavorful but I've been told that is how it supposed to taste, for my own preference a little bit of black pepper did the trick. Do keep in mind the staff aren't very attentive but they are simultaneously very helpful and easy to get their attention. I would recommend giving this Davis staple a try and see what you think !

The pho came out piping hot with fresh noodles (extra $1.50). The fresh noodles are definitely worth getting and they already give a side of vinegar onions for free which is nice. The broth however was a bit heavy for me and the ribeye meat was clumped together during the stir fry process. It would've been nicer to have thinner pieces of the meat in their pho for better texture. Overall it is still worth a try but they only have beef based phos and they are fatty and on the heavier side.
The pho is so comforting that it healed me. Sit Lo never misses and remains my top 1 pho place in Davis

Dare I say this is the BEST pho i've had in the area? I think so. The broth is so flavorful and really doesn't need any other sauces to enhance its flavor. The portion sizes are well worth the cost, the environment is nice and clean. Couldn't recommend this place enough I get the premium #17 pho. it's so rare to find pho in the area with oxtails! read more

It's crazy, who knew, in a college town, that this pho restaurant is serving one of the best pho we've had in a long time. I do hope that this level of pho continues as they continue into a successful venture. I won't go into how the broth tastes, meat toppings, etc., because we all have different tastes, and probably depending on the day and who is cooking the pho. Husband rarely gives a high mark, especially anything that's considered typical food. He said this was one of the best bowl he's had in forever. We love it fresh, flavorful and steaming hot. It delivered. We ordered one #13, Saigon Pho w/default thin noodles and #16, Short Rib Pho w/default thin noodles. Both were great but we both agreed we preferred the Saigon Pho the best. It just has everything you'd want in there. Though, if you love short rib, definitely I'd recommend because it had three big ribs in there that falls off the bones. We also got the Chinese donuts and Vietnamese iced coffee. We felt the donuts were way overpriced for the size and the coffee was too sweet. They offer self service water & tea station so just ask for ice :) read more

Quick, simple, and tastes pretty good. Came back from a road trip and thought I'd give this place a try. I ordered at the register, sat down, and about 10 minutes later my food was served. The broth was very tasty but I think that if I come next time I'll get a pho without brisket. read more
I ordered the number one with the ribeye raw and on the side. My daughter ordered the number 14. It is served with bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime and jalapeños. My daughter comes here often and really enjoys it. I found it quite filling and the rib eye was very tender. read more

This is without a doubt the best pho restaurant in Davis. The beef rib pho is a must try for first-timers, and all bowls have generous portions of meat, noodles, and soup. Usually, the soup is clean but the most recent time we came the broth was more fatty than usual. Otherwise, come try it and you'll find yourself regularly craving Sit Lo Saigon. read more
We were on the way to Sacramento when we got hungry so we looked up a quick pho spot in Davis and Sit Lo Saigon came up. We found street parking right outside the restaurant which was convenient. Solid pho restaurant if you're in the area. When you walk in, you place your order in front then pay then they'll take you to a table. My husband and I wanted to try their signature pho's so we got Saigon Pho & Pho Hanoi. We didn't think Pho Hanoi would be that spicy even know it had a fire sign lol. We were wrong and it was super duper spicy. My husband had a hard time finishing but after 25 minute or so, he killed it. He said there was a lot of chili so if you're into the spicy pho then this one is definitely for you! Noodles were also chewy and the soup was flavorful for both. The Saigon Pho was decent, it was still flavorful. The meat was big so it was a bit hard to eat for kids so definitely ask for some scissors! I don't think there was anything special but I still enjoyed it regardless. Looking forward to visiting again next time! read more

I always question why I feel the need to tip on Togo when I really get boned every time. So the pho is rich. Like grass fed beef which I'm not a fan of. I wish they had flank steak and not only ribeye. I had tripe in mine which was nasty. Got mixed in the ribeye. I asked for the picked veggies and added them two times on my order for them to NOT be added to my order. I called and the guy said, that is the bean sprouts and basil bag. Are your fn kidding me? It's pickled. Those are not pickled and are standard with any pho. LOL Then the chop sticks were moist and low and behind black mold on them. Nasty!! read more
The food was amazing! Generous portions and reasonably priced. The broth was the right temperature and very flavorful. The service was good and fast. The ambiance was clean and inviting. If you're looking for casual pho go to, this is the place I would recommend. The only downside is that there's no option of chicken pho. read more
First time here and won't be our last! Definitely going to bring some people back here to try their flavorful pho! I tried the Ha Noi pho with FRESH NOODLES which is a must try! Makes pho so much better! (additional cost $1.50) The bowls with loaded with lots of meat too! It's a order and pay first and they will seat your party. Good handful even at opening hour. Cashier was very patient with us deciding what to order as it was our first time there. It's located in the middle of Davis so it's nice to walk around before grabbing pho or after and grabbing dessert! Nice and clean place overall! read more
Came here after visiting a friend and ordered a Pho Tai, Gau. There were a lot of people and there were no seats so we were offered outdoor seating but it was 100° outside so we decided to sit inside. The service was a little bit iffy but we had to pay before we sat down. When the bowl came out, the flank was so fatty and the pieces of meat were super thick. I was in town for a visit and was craving Pho and heard a lot of great things about Sit Lo. The menu is pretty simple and straightforward. I ordered #13, the Saigon Pho, and I was very happy with this dish. I've been to many pho restaurants and I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of meat served. It was A LOT with extra to take home. The size of the soup was pretty generous and the broth was very tasty. They also served a side of pickled white onions that added a good kick with the soup. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. I look forward to coming back again to try other dishes. Definitely a must try if you are in the Davis downtown area. read more

Came across Sit-Lo whenever I'd grab Taco Bell and thought why not give it a shot. I ordered #4 (brisket and meatball) and thought that the meat was very tender and flavorful. The broth also had an incredibly good mixture of tanginess and savory flavor. It was also my birthday and when the staff saw us celebrating, they kindly played birthday music and took pictures for us out of their own will! Definitely see myself becoming a regular here. read more
I'm a little shocked I haven't reviewed Sit Lo yet after coming here 10+ times. This place is THE pho place to go to in Davis. Price for value is definitely best in town. I've been to a few pho places in town that were similar priced but you got way less stuff in your bowl. You order up front and then get seated, food comes out REALLY fast. Like I've never waited for more than 5 minutes. There is both inside and outside seating with a self serve water/tea station. Pho comes with these delicious pickled onions as well as the usual pho toppings. I always get the short rib, they come with so much meat on these giant bones. Very satisfiying if you're willing to eat meat off the bone. If you're a pho fan, come check this place out. read more
