As a local i'm finding it very hard to believe that this place is so hyped up by everyone on socials. Very big let down, it is not the sister atmosphere that I was expecting. Firstly I sat at the "full service" bar and the rude bar back was the only person telling me "IM NOT YOUR SERVER" whatever they took forever to take my order and bring my drinks. (The soft serve margarita is also milk based? not sorbet like the way it's being advertised also a disappointment) When it came down to food, I ordered a Meze plate that had very hard pieces of focaccia, almost inedible, they also forgot to add my salami (+$4 add on) I also ordered an entire specialty pizza of the week which they seemed to have added random ingredients? Was supposed to have prosciutto, mozzarella, arugula and fig.... missing the prosciutto, fig AND they added goat cheese? Not sure what they have going on but I will not be returning. My total was around $80 for two with drinks and I can confidently say there are better places in Tucson. I'm very disappointed in sisters. Everything was terrible... service, food, the place was aesthetically pleasing? If that counts for anything margaritas are good for pics at best. If you're an older caucasian couple maybe you'll get treated better but AZ locals steer clear. read more

So if you order at the bar for a slice the service is friendly and prompt however waiting for a slice to be served was quite long considering it was only slightly busy. The pizza crust was flavorful but there were two pepperoni on it. Very disappointing. It tasted alright but nothing to be super excited about I'm sorry to say. The atmosphere is very nice and great for groups especially the outdoor seating. I hope they improve and get the kinks worked out this place has lots of potential. read more

Had a good experience at Sisters with my family. For a tasty drink, I recommend the espresso martini. As someone with dietary restrictions, it can be difficult for me to eat out, but I appreciated that they had allergen friendly pizza! I was able to have it gluten, dairy and egg free, and it tasted good. Wish I could have tried the soft serve margarita, but it was milk-based. Generally a fun spot for a night out! read more

This is a brand-new restaurant, so I am sure they are still ironing out some kinks. I sat at the bar and ordered ice cream, so I can't speak to what it's like to order something cooked from the menu or to sit at the tables. However, the bartenders were very friendly and attentive, and were able to answer questions since the menu is new. The ice cream with olive oil and sea salt was delicious, and considering it's winter and cold outside that's saying something! I know it does get crowded during peak times, particularly before and after a show. So do keep that in mind when heading there. I'm definitely interested in trying more on the menu and will probably just make sure I'm not in a hurry the next time I visit. read more

Went to Sisters on a Monday night with friends. Friendly staff who clearly care about the customer experience and aren't just there to collect a check. We ordered a pizza, salad, mezza plate, and soft serve for dessert. The pizza had a flavorful crust and the veggies were very fresh. Honestly, that was my favorite part..really high quality ingredients and one of the best pizza sauces I've had in Tucson. Portions were big and very shareable. Also, whoever came up with the soft serve idea: kudos. Nothing like ending the night with a big swirl of ice cream. I'm genuinely excited for this restaurant and for La Rosa (music venue attached). This combo feels like a big dream come true for Tucson and I expect many slices and shows in my future. read more

Came to Sisters for the first time to try their seasonal Piña Colada soft serves, and we were not disappointed!! Upon arrival I was immediately impressed by the ambiance and atmosphere-- great music, seating options, and decor!! Sisters Restaurant & the La Rosa Venue are such gems in Tucson! We ordered the family-style lasagna for four- six people, and it was absolutely delicious--the perfect portion size, rich, comforting, and honestly tasted homemade in the best way. It also came with a large, fresh salad that was perfect for sharing, which made the whole meal feel thoughtful and complete. Beyond the food, the venue itself is incredibly well designed--fun, inviting, and clearly well thought out. The beautiful outdoor space and bar make it such a great place to relax, hang out, and soak in the atmosphere before and after a show. We had an excellent concert experience, and the combination of great food, a chill vibe, and a fantastic setting made the night memorable. There was so much hype about this place, however, I was a little disappointed, mainly with the hostess and the pizza. Nowhere on their website Main page does it recommend to make reservations. I highly recommend this be included on the main page. We were a party of four and one of my friends was using a walker. The hostess indicated without reservations she could not accommodate and sent us way to the back patio for window service. We would've left, but we really were all hungry and my friend tires easily. The soft serve margarita spot on. The meat lovers pizza, overcooked and extremely salty. We all agreed, 3 star service. Please note, if you are not sitting at a reserved table, you will not be tended to other than bringing food out. I was keeping an eye on the main dining area where reservation signs were visible upon our arrival. During our 1 1/2 hr stay, no one was occupying more than half of the tables. I came here on a Saturday night at 6:15, with a reservation for two. We were seated promptly, at an awkward little table right at the edge of a large party. It was at last ten minutes before anyone came to talk to us or bring water. We ordered a Caesar salad, a slice of pepperoni pizza, and a grinder. And then we waited. And waited. And waited. A little after 7:00, someone brought out the salad. It had no dressing on it. Then we had to get the hostess to get our server to come and pick up the salad and (eventually) return with a dressed salad. We also told our server that we were worried about timing, because we had a movie to catch (at 7:30 at The Loft, so nearby). By 7:15, we still had received only the salad, and were getting close to needing to leave, with no clear sign of whether we could get the rest of our food, even to go. They managed to box the pizza slice and grinder for us right around 7:20, as we headed out. They comped the food, which was the right thing to do. They also assured us that they would email us a gift card so that we would go back and try it again, but it's been three days, and that has yet to materialize. I was looking forward to this place, but the service experience was poor, and the food we eventually got was nothing special. Maybe they'll get it together. But Fresco is around the corner, with better food at better prices, so just go to Fresco instead. read more

I went in so excited I've heard it's a newer place and they have the famous soft serve margaritas. The margarita was the only good thing about this place. Walking in the vibes were good it's super cool and lowkey inside but service sucked the server took forever to come over and barely checked on us at all during our stay and on top of that the food was mediocre. We got a pizza and a sandwich. The sandwich was nearly impossible to eat as it was on a brick of focaccia bread. The pizza was soggy and had little to no toppings that we wanted to add. Not to mention so overpriced. Save the trip don't go here. read more
