I can be very critical of new restaurants, especially the ones in five points but I can honestly say Sirocco deserves to stay. The service, vibe and food were all on point. We actually came here on a whim after getting engaged and the bartender Eben made the night so memorable and special. He was legitimately so happy for us and gave us champagne. He had the best energy! My fiance got the espresso martini and I got the lavender gin drink and both were delicious and strong. For food, I ordered the shrimp kebab and he ordered the kofta kabob. The quality and taste of the shrimp was perfect. It came with a zaatar honey glaze that I didn't enjoy, but they were good as is. The rice was also pretty good. Oh how could I forget the brussel sprouts?! Definitely some of the best in the city. All in all, this place will always be special to me and I hope they succeed.

Literally writing this review as we wait for dessert. It was so so good!!! Boyfriend brought me here for my birthday. We absolutely fell in love with Sirocco as the food was delicious and hot, came out pretty fast too (we are here on a Tuesday night). The vibe is sweet and low key with lovely interior design. Locally and privately owned, 100% making this a regular place in our rotation.

This place is amazing!!! The atmosphere is soooo cute, very vibey, and the service and food were great! Jessica was our server and she could not have been nicer. We had a big group and all did separate checks and she was spot on with organizing the payments and so nice about it. Would 100% recommend!! Sorry I didn't get a pic of the dinner or drink menu but they had great options! The chicken thighs were insanely good!! The seafood dip was a little too rich for me but the truffle fries and hummus were great apps!

The patio was beautiful and surprisingly comfortable even in the Nashville heat thanks to the covered seating and fans. The drinks were refreshing, the food was solid, and the shrimp kebab was easily my favorite dish of the night. Definitely a great spot for drinks, dinner, or a nice rooftop vibe.

I had been skeptical about this place. I just wasn't sure its vibe fit the neighborhood. I've heard about their bottle service with sparklers at night. We went for brunch during tomato fest. We were lucky to get a table by walking in. The service was so so, I believe they were overwhelmed by the crowd from tomato fest. I got the Bloody Mary. It was very weird, they add a lot of lemon to it. It has almost no tomato flavor to it. I had a few sips before deciding I couldn't drink it. We started with the pesto hummus, it was good but a strange combo my brain struggled with. Then the whipped feta which was great. Both were served with pita. The whole group agrees it was the best pita we have had in Nashville. It was still warm when given to us. We then had the shakshuka. The eggs were basically hard boiled. Also the tomato sauce had no spice to it which this dish normally does. I don't like spice so I liked the lack of spice but it's not what's expected of the dish. I don't know if they just messed up the eggs this time or if it's a normal issue they have. We then shared the beef kabob which for brunch comes with breakfast potatoes. The potatoes were spicy, I calmed them down by dipping them in the whipped feta. The beef kabob was very good. A good portion for the money, perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Plus had a nice dipping sure with it. I now feel bad for being so hesitant about his place. I still don't want to go when it turns club at night but I would go back for the food.

Sirocco has such a lovely interior that's instagrammable and so cuuute! Great interior decorating and furniture. A lot of newer restaurants have smaller table tops and for a party of 3, there was plenty of room. Overall, we enjoyed our brunch experience. The food was just "okay." Nothing was terrible, but the skin came on the salmon on top a salad which didn't impact taste, but made it difficult to eat. The Caesar salad was underwhelming, but the eggplant croutons was a fun spin. The burger and steak and eggs were again, decent, but don't change our lives. I hope to try their patio for drinks once weather allows! The cocktails were yummy and we enjoyed them!

While I would have loved to give this cute restaurant a 5-star review, the service brings it down to a 3. Food was great with excellent taste. Service seemed a little lost & maybe new to the game? We waited quite some time with our table of 12 & had to ask the waiters if we could order food. Plates weren't cleared after appetizers so when dinner came it was a bit crowded. Good restaurant, but review will suffer because of the service.

A restaurant mixed with a club vibe, not a fine dining experience. It was 7p and the music was so loud, had a table of four and was difficult to have a conversation. Bottle service girls with sparklers every 15 minutes. Food was nothing special had the scallops and hummus. Presentation didn't match the taste. Had a gin cocktail that was overly sweet. If you're looking to party and have IG pics of your food and drink then check it out.

Feta fries as an app, would give this 7/10.

Loved the vibe and the decor, very feminine and great for a brunch with your girls. I would order something different next time. I got the French toast and they didn't have syrup in-house, only honey. They also don't have creamer, so I couldn't order coffee. I think they need to re-think some things for their brunch.

It's a fairly big place with a bar, couches, fireplace with a HUGE beautiful fire, cocktail tables, and cozy booths. Dark, candlelight, this place has a vibe! 5 stars for atmosphere for sure! The service was not great, unfortunately. It was just so slow, every step took FOREVER. We would have gotten dessert but the waitress never came back. I finally stood up, put my jacket on, and stood next to our table, as a hint that we were ready for the check. 3/5 stars for service. Now the food. Do you see those fries?? They are some of the most unique fries I've ever had. Crispy AND chewy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. Served with bernaise, these alone are worth coming back for! The burger fell flat IMO. My husband liked it better than I did, but it didn't have much flavor. Some might say it needed ketchup, but for me it was more than that. It was a case where it seemed to have all the right ingredients but didn't "pop". It comes out wrapped in paper which is a fun touch, but didn't seem that hot and also was a little soggy, which made me wonder how long it sat before they brought it. We wanted ketchup for the fries too, BTW, but the server never came back to check on us. My husband's NY sour was a little strange. We love different "takes" on classic cocktails, but this one just didn't work. The waitress seemed unsure as to whether they could make this drink, and maybe she was correct. 3.5 stars for cocktails/food. We will definitely come back. My hope is that the burger was just a one-time miss and that next time it will be perfect. We also want to try the smoked fish dip. Such a cool neighborhood spot!

Nashville's lounge revolution continues. We've gotten Nashville's take on Brooklyn, LA and Vegas…read more the back corner is very Miami Beach. When I walked in I, immediately, thought of Haven (RIP https://www.yelp.com/biz/haven-miami-beach-2). From the LED wall to the music to the drinks to the vibe... I didn't feel like I was in Nashville anymore. the back corner stands out and gives Middle Tennesseans something that's not readily available in this area. If you're in the mood for a little coastal cosmopolitanness (is that word? It's not a word), the back corner is about to be your new favorite place. The neighborhood gets things moving in the right direction. For as much as Germantown has (scenic streets, fancy high rises, coffee, good eats) it didn't have a nightlife destination. Putting one here makes a lot of sense. Building off the 5th & Taylor imprint, the back corner starts off fancy (but not pretentious) and builds to memorable. Upon entry, the first thing you notice is the LED wall and stage. With a changing display of electronic intoxication, you're drawn into a world far away from Lower Broad. If you can break your gaze away from the stage, you'll notice the upper and lower lounge seating. Intimate, cozy and a bit mysterious, the seating at the back corner lets you decide whether you want to be front & center or if you're rather sit back and take it all in. You can be as public or private as you'd like. If indoor seating isn't your thing, make your way outside to enjoy the fire pit and Germantown night sky. Just do us all a favor and refrain from smoking. Seeing cigarette butts along the patio or by (in??) the fire pit is not sexy and very off-brand. All the above said and noted, the back corner is not a huge space -- which is a plus and minus. It's a plus because it never becomes the cavernous mess of bass and desperation. The minus is crowds gonna crowd and with a lot of people, the space will be tight. I don't know how to fix that. I suppose a velvet rope and waitlist will keep crowds at bay but neither feels very Nashville. Hmm... Another minus (relating to the size) is that there's only one bar. One bar in a space this cool is a bit tight. I know the space behind the bar isn't huge but I would staff it with 3 bartenders at a time so as to keep up with the crowd. Because you're going to want to drink. A lot. The cocktail program at the back corner is a bit unusual for Nashville -- and very Miami. Expect rum, colors and a boozy punch. Actually, the menu could use a punch. Get on that, tbc. Re drink progression... start with the gimlet. It's pretty to look at and refreshing to drink. All the mixers, juices, etc. are made in house so you're getting quality fare. From there, hit the No. 4 and, then, the No. 2. If you're still upright, drink some water. Water? Who am I kidding? Cocktails! You're in Miami, [redacted]! Well, sorta. If you need some noshes, 5th & Taylor is serving up bites. Don't come here for dinner. Who eats food? Let the music and booze nourish your body. As perfect as the back corner is for DJ sets, live music (this *is* Nashville, after all) works as well. the back corner isn't the Downtown dance club people have wanted for a (looooong) while. But it is a welcome addition to the city's nightlife scene and, very possibly, you're new favorite place to go. Bienvenidos a Nashville.
