I am a frequent customer at Sipcha and honestly, SipCha deserves an award. I've gotten their Thai tea and taro milk tea's but unfortunately I can only recommend the Thai tea. The Thai tea is just tea and milk mixed together but it tastes SO much better than it sounds. I have tried the Thai tea with tapioca pearls, and crushed Oreo and both taste amazing! I have tried their macaroons as well, and I can recommend that. The best one I've tried is the birthday cake macaroon. I've never had better boba and macaroons before. The staff are friendly. The vibes are good. There are paintings and quotes on the wall and there is music playing. I would highly recommend! read more

3.5 stars. There are so many bubble tea spots nowadays, and this spot wasn't anything special beyond what any other bubble tea cafe has to offer. The seats in here were actually pretty unfortunate- there was one long bench (enough room for two) facing a wall, with a table pushed against the wall. There were maybe two or three other tables along that wall with room for more seats, but it was a tight fit. Also, it may have been the night that I went, but it was filled with loud highschoolers, and the workers were all too busy hanging out, unconcerned with providing good customer service. read more

This shop is so refreshing and lovely. The staff is very friendly. They are a new shop and were still training some employees when we first visited, but they were all very pleasant and very obviously worked hard to make a good product and happy customers. They even have some board games, making a very nice, laid back atmosphere. Unlike in other establishments we have visited with our kids for rolled ice cream, no music was playing that would be inappropriate for small children to hear. So very family-friendly, especially with Uno to occupy the kids while they waited for the treats! The rolled ice cream was fantastic, and the milk tea had a lot of flavor. The only suggestion I would offer for improvement is maybe making a list of toppings available for the ice cream and displaying at the register, even if it's just a piece of paper displayed. I've been to this location twice-- the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The second time, they said the drink I wanted to order was "unavailable" and they ran out of boba. Alrighty, needed a milk cap fix and of course I had to turn to Yelp to find me the closest restaurant. First time here and after being a loyal Milk Lab fan I will say SipCha comes really close. They both have their own twist to their teas and recipes as a whole. After speaking with Kyle, we both agree you'll always have a hater in this industry. I for one am definitely not one of them. The "All About The Sunshine" isn't too sweet and the boba was cooked just right. The Purple Rain, taro flavored milk, is light but still satisfying. So far, every boba place that I've visited will always have this flavor, so I use this as a base to comment and form my opinion. Both drinks were delicious and their customer service is on point. They've welcomed each guest and each one left smiling, seemingly satisfied with their order. Keep it up, I'll definitely revisit! Love this drinks place. Their menu is a tiny bit confusing but the owners/staff are very happy to explain, answer questions and recommend. Personally I enjoy the boba, red beans, herbal jelly and pudding add-ins. The rose, marigold, taro, and brown sugar are my fav flavors. My husband gets the "fruity" tea EVERY. TIME. My go-to spot has always been KF Tea, but wow, after trying this place today, my mind has been blown. Cashier was super nice and conversational. My husband and I love this shop. The closest boba tea shop to us before was KFT but now Sipcha is only 6 minutes away and so yummy! The environment is relaxed but playful. I love the decor and it's open pretty late compared to other shops in beaver creek. I've never had chrysanthemum tea until Sipcha and it is SO GOOD. I'm sensitive to caffeine so this tea was perfect. I went to this boba place to try it since we only have like one in nc, I was pretty disappointed though. When we ordered our drinks they said they were out of boba, but the people in front got boba perfectly fine. This made me mad because they said they had none left. And then we had to wait for such a long time on top of it. When I tasted my matcha the drink was very grainy and the toppings were very rubbery. After a few sips there was something in my drink that I couldn't chew as I took it out of my mouth there was a piece of wood from the matcha mixer tool. If you're wondering what a milk cap is, it's essentially a whipped topping (basically whipped cream) with most places adding a little salt to it. Cheaper than Milk Lab, and the flavor was pretty good, but the wait was extremely longggggg. It took about 25 minutes to get a milk cap tea. The flavor was decent, although I like my milk cap a little bigger. I was hoping they'd beat out on flavor because they are about half the price. I'd be willing to try them again when there is another server who isn't as slow. They are very friendly and helpful - just too slow. I've come here multiple times and it gets better each time! Every employee I've ever interacted with has been very pleasant and friendly. While there appear to be several Boba shops popping up recently, what I like about this one is that it has some drinks that you won't necessarily find other places. The options were fresh and tasty! First off, being a Southern California native, boba or bubble tea as it's called here, is one of my favorite desserts after a long meal. After being stationed in North Carolina for the Army, I thought that the days of tasting this amazing concoction were over. Little did I know, SipCha has renewed my hope in this entire state by brining together not only a delicious drink but also a warm and inviting environment to relax and rewind. Even from the exterior, SipCha has such a bright and joyful atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I was surprised as everything in the store looks like a perfectly decorated movie set. Even though I don't have much of a social media presence, this place is perfect for Instagram or Snapchat stories and the lighting is well lit to capture the beautiful drinks to perfection. In addition, the environment itself is one of a warm family gathering. There are multiple games such as connect four and uno to enjoy your time there. Most places back in Southern California don't even have a feeling like this which is why I was caught off by having such a unique experience in North Carolina. The drink that I got was a mango slush with mango poppings. The workers at SipCha we're very welcoming, and prepared my order much faster than I expected, especially because I came when there were so many customers. While there was at most a 7 minute wait from order to completion quality was not sacrificed at all. SipCha uses fresh fruits which is evident in its taste. The feeling of flavor from a bag or any sort of artificial taste was nonexistent in my drink and I thoroughly enjoyed it as I finished it in its entirety moments after receiving the drink. We order the brown sugar bubble tea. Matcha milk tea, and the classic milk tea. Was not impressed by the brown sugar or classic milk tea. Classic was too water down with no tea taste. The brown sugar tasted water down too and the tapioca balls was overcooked and too soft.
