The bowl is built on a base of white sticky rice with avocado, carrots, cabbage, edamame, mango and crushed tataki chips. It is drizzled with a sweet soy sauce glaze and spicy Mayo, which complemented each other nicely. Again the tuna was really fresh and it was seared perfectly. I also got an order of the tempura shrimp cups which were awesome. You can get these as an appetizer or have them for a light lunch. The bango sauce (not sure what's in it) went with the cups nicely.
