Me and my friend drove by this food truck at 9PM on a Monday night and decided to take a quick stop. It was relatively crowded on a Monday night and had a lively vibe. By this time they had run out of quite a few menu items and chai, so we ordered Madurai Malli dosa which was yummy especially the chutneys. Even though the queues looked long, the wait time was very less. There are no seats and parking for around 12-15 cars. As the truck is open till 10PM , I would recommend the place especially for late, quick, unplanned and casual meals.

Their offerings are truly unique compared to other ice cream and dessert spots around here. Everything is consistently high quality, and you can really taste the authenticity in their desserts. The flavors remind me of true Indian faloodas, chuski, and golas, and the hygiene and cleanliness are unmatched. The whole setup is very well managed, from the efficient ordering process to the pager system. We've had a great experience every single time. Today we tried the kulfi falooda, and it was hands down the best item yet. The rose kulfi falooda is also a must-try. Even the mango kulfi on its own was excellent, especially with the added toppings that elevate the flavor. Really glad to have them as part of our community. Hope they continue to thrive and keep up the consistency. Highly recommend!

Gola -- that classic Indian crushed ice treat -- is served here with a fun twist. We tried the Nutty Treat, which leaned more towards the classic crushed ice style, and Royal Rajwadi, which felt more like smooth, shaved ice. Both were flavorful in their own way. The best part? You can tweak the flavors as per your taste -- more sweet, tangy, or even spicy! Perfect for a post-dinner chill or to beat the heat with some desi vibes. Clean setup, quick service, and full-on nostalgia in every bite.

They offer a great variety of options at very fair prices, and the owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. The food itself is outstanding. I ordered the chicken platter, and it really hit the spot. The yellow rice was perfectly cooked with a soft, ideal texture--and in my book, if you can nail the rice, you know the rest of the food is going to be good. The chicken was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

The only slight qualm I had this time was the wait times. In my opinion food trucks are supposed to be fairly quick, especially when there appears to be not much of a rush. Took them almost half an hour to prepare my gyro, after they said it would take 10-15 minutes. I think they were prioritizing pickup orders from DoorDash which I guess I understand, but was a tad frustrating given it was night, cold outside, and there was otherwise no apparent rush.

The chai and maska bun were fun, but way too sweet unless you have a severe sweet tooth. It was reminscent of childhood though. The dosa came with exactly three microscopic droplets of cold sambar, which I can only assume were applied with an eyedropper for "aesthetic purposes." Flavor? Nonexistent. The muska bun was basically Wonder Bread that had a 10-second speed date with a microwave and then got ghosted by real butter. And the noodles, despite my request for mild, were so spicy they could've powered a rocket to Mars. My family had one bite, wept silently, and then performed a ceremonial dumping of the entire dish into the trash. The wait time was its own special form of punishment. By the time our food was ready, I felt like I had aged a decade. Honestly, if I had hopped a plane to Chennai, ordered the same items, and flown back, I might have beaten their "fast" service. And let's not forget the ambiance: standing roadside, balancing sad food on paper plates, fighting off mosquitoes like I was in a wildlife documentary, all while paying almost restaurant prices. Truly, a luxury experience. For a couple dollars more, I'd happily choose an actual restaurant where chairs, roofs, and hot edible food are part of the package deal. This was my first and last visit, not just to this truck, but to any Indian food truck in the area. I came hungry, I left hungrier, and I now have trust issues.

These things are otherworldly -- melt-in-your-mouth tender with that crisp, caramelized, candy-coated exterior that should honestly be illegal. I happily make the 90-minute drive from Moore County because this BBQ is that good. The chicken? Juicy. The brisket? Fantastic. But the burnt ends? Those are the reason I'm blocking off my schedule and grabbing my keys like I've got somewhere holy to be. The fries were perfectly cooked (crispy but not trying too hard), and their spin on potato salad was surprisingly delicious -- they smoke the potatoes, and somehow that makes the whole thing taste like comfort food's cooler, more interesting cousin. If you're thinking about going... go. Just don't expect me to share my burnt ends. I meant what I said.

The only real downside was they were already out of pork BBQ, which I'm guessing is their main item and they just ran out for the day. The burnt ends were incredible though, literally fell apart in your mouth. Service was good and they have really nice indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommend the potato salad and the fried brussel sprouts, the sprouts had this perfect mix of sriracha and honey that was so good. It is a bit pricey for lunch but that's kind of expected with BBQ these days. Definitely will be back.
