Location: Inside a strip mall, so plenty of parking Food: food was incredibly good. favorites were the dal and paneer khazana. also got the channa, samosas, pani puri, and chicken tikka. all were incredibly flavorful Service: super nice and super attentive. Ambiance: has a fine dining dim lighting style. they have a small party room that could be rented out. plenty of seating especially for larger paries. well maintained and clean.

Stopped by for a quick lunch without a reservation and had a pleasant experience. The service was relatively quick and we were always tended to. The restaurant is clean and modern inside with cultural tones. I ordered the butter chicken and it was pretty good with the naan. Not the best I've ever had, but filling and creamy. My friend got the chicken curry and thought it tasted too much like plain tomato sauce, but also enjoyed the naan and soup of the day which was a yummy tomato, coconut soup. It was $30 for 2 people which is very reasonable given the solid portion sizes. Overall: an affordable spot for decent Indian food which I would recommend if you're in the area, but wouldn't drive out of my way for

My daughter got the Kerala chicken curry and my husband and I shared the butter chicken. We shared both generous dishes as a table and had some leftovers. The Kerala is "hot" so the chef made it a little milder at the waitresses' suggestion. I am telling you: this food is so flavorful. My daughter and I both got a mojito and it was made with a lot of fresh mint. It was Christmas Day so we had to have a drink!!! The interior is beautiful and belies the shopping center vibe. It is next door to the H Mart Chinese grocery store.

Stopped in on a Thursday at around 12:30. My BIL said he has been craving Indian food and was raving about Nazara's lunch buffet. Unfortunately, it must have been a pre-Covid thing because they didn't have this available when we went (Dec 2022). Luckily, they did have some lunch specials. The four of us shared two orders of samosas (1 order comes with 2 pcs) and three lunch specials and it was more than enough food. The samosas were a good size and came with this really flavorful and addictive green chutney ($)/sauce. For entrees, we shared the chicken tikka masala, palak paneer, and malai kofta. All specials are served with rice, naan, dal, raita, salad, and dessert. I didn't love the veggie dumplings in the malai kofta (probably a texture thing), but the sauce was good. The other two dishes were great - can't go wrong with a tikka masala. I also tried dal for the first time, which I really enjoyed, to my surprise - since I don't usually eat lentils and definitely not peas. Dessert was a rice pudding, which was okay but I was also very stuffed by then. Each couple also shared a mango lassi because you it's a must when eating Indian food. I would have loved to try the buffet so I can expand my palette for Indian food - but I'm still happy with what we ordered.

Lunch trays! I got the Chicken tikka masala. It's my go to when I try new places to get a baseline. The lunch trays come with naan, basmati rice, chicken pea dish, daal curry, and rice pudding, and a tahini sauce to balance out of you food is too spicy for you. Excellent service and excellent food! I would definitely recommend them!

Food : absolutely amazing taste , if you are craving for North Indian food. Service: Good service can be improved. They refunded me for the soup which was salty was not looking for a refund, but I told the server that please take it back. It is salty even after ordering twice. Ambience: good ambience nicely, bright colored upholstery , good bar section. Overall, had a nice experience by Food.

Nazara Indian Bistro has a beautiful tradition interior and is the perfect place for authentic Indian cuisine in the Triangle area. We got two appetizers and an entree to try along with their garlic naan. The tandoori chicken was flavorful and by far my favorite dish, especially with the green chutney! We also had good service and got recommended an item not on the menu (see picture) that was delicious as well. The paneer masala was a bit sweet for my liking which is why I took a star off.

Everything that touched the table was flavorful and well-seasoned! The only downside was the wait :/. I came on a Friday night just before 8. There was a very large party there and maybe two other small parties. My group was included 5 people. We were seated very quickly, but it took the better part of 25 mins to get water. Once we ordered, the wait time was much more reasonable. White rice comes as a side dish, and we were given two large bowls for the table of five; it was plenty of rice!! They rice was also really good and served hot! I ordered the Kerala Chicken Curry, and it's very tasty! It's slightly spicy (maybe a two out of five?) very tender, and has a nice, thick sauce. I highly recommend this dish! Side note: the bowls are very cute and has a cute slant. Stylish! The naan was beautiful! It was very hot and fresh, and just glistening! They are served in large triangles, which is perfect so that you don't have to break off a piece in put it back in the bread basket. I only sampled the dessert and it was quite good! It's not overly sweet and it tasted vegan (?). Either way, add it to your bill and enjoy.

Came here for lunch and had a delicious spicy chicken curry. Love how they serve the meals on the tray, something I haven't had since the very first Indian restaurant I tried more than 20 years ago. The Raita was some of the best I have ever had. The restaurant is huge and I imagine is more packed in the evenings.

We came on Saturday night, so it was busy around 6:30pm. So we sat down at the bar- kind of fun experience. I'll focus on what's good: - Ambience is nice and upscale so does the price - we really really liked the assorted breads- slightly crispy and still moist inside - lamb vindaloo is spicy. The kind of spice will grow the more you eat. But we like that. - Mango ice cream does taste like homemade with strong mango puree, not like those mango artificial flavor from store-bought ice cream. We ordered this much of food and the bill with tip is around $140 for 2 people.

We went for a girls night (midweek).. Ordered the crispy okra, tava chicken & gobi Manchurian all of which was reaaaallyy good (will go back to have that again for sure) We also ordered chilli shrimp & chicken biryani both of which were okay, wouldn't order again.. We also got some cocktails, but they were really weak and I didn't even get a buzz (1 beer usually gives me a buzz, here I had 2 cocktails and nothing) Overall the service was really good, very friendly and prompt staff.. I think on weekdays they shut at 10 but started rushing us and clearing our table when we weren't ready by 9.15-9.30.

Really good food and ambience. The staff was friendly. Walked in for dinner without a reservation on a weekday and got seated without waiting. The menu has decent amount of options to choose from. We got an old fashioned and mango lassi and they were both delicious! For appetizers, we went for a paneer pineapple tikka and laal masala murgh which were both good. Appetizer portions were small. Entree - the chicken mirchi malai, chicken tikka masala and malai kofta all of which were great. The masala chai wasn't the best but overall we enjoyed the food!

The chicken was prepared fresh (not dry and stringy) with succulent portions. We have experienced in other restaurants where they will fry the already cooked tandoori chicken, which warms it but makes it stringy, oily and disgusting. With myriads of dishes being cooked, the air circulating in the restaurant is great and there is no smell of strong Indian foods that will make you feel suffocated. The volume of music in the restaurant is soft comfortable for carrying out conversation. Nukkad cooks make every item fresh. The process from raw material, kitchen to customers table is streamlined. The cooks, servers and not the least, owners are sincere to this food industry. They are very pleasant. Even the prices have not skyrocketed. Keep up the good work. We will visit you again.

The only thing I'll probably note is that sometimes the tables aren't restocked with napkins and both times I've gone, the self serve area doesn't have any napkins either. I wish there were also smaller Togo containers than the one size and some Togo ramekins for their yummy sauces!! I'll definitely be back though because I enjoyed the food and service. I grabbed take-out from here recently and I was a little disappointed by the quality of the butter chicken. It wasn't terrible but the competition is really fierce because there are so many great restaurants serving this cuisine in the area. I will say that we ordered it mild (so that my preschooler would enjoy it) and it was definitely mild, unlike some of the other restaurants in the area :) The sauce just didn't have the depth of flavor that I've experienced at other places. The rice was slightly overcooked, and the naan were not bad but were a little overly chewy. I will say that my wife loved her lamb saag and my mother-in-law really enjoyed her saag paneer, so there's that. Overall, since my family liked it so much, I'd order from here again, but I'd get something different from the butter chicken next time.
