I had my eyes on this place for their version of shaved ice. I didn't have room for it, but I ended up stopping in anyway to acquire some mochi donuts. Despite lousy weather and an early week day, the place was bustling. The flavor variety of donuts was excellent, and while I shared them I did get a nice matcha-flavored creation myself. Their drinks offer special milk options and the donuts are rice-based, but the shaved ice is milk-based and I think the options for special diets would be a bit limited.
Refreshing and a welcomed treat during this heat wave. Can't wait to come back and experience some of the other cafe items, everything looks amazing.
Saw this place on TikTok and had to come try it out while in town for work. If you like pistachio (and not just the Dubai chocolate bars) then the Dubai chocolate latte is a must try. It was very pistachio forward which I liked and crunching the chocolate into the cup was cool. I also tried the biscoff cookie latte which was good but felt sweeter than the Dubai latte. The cafe itself is very cute, could maybe sit 20-25 people comfortably. They have a (free) sticker bowl by the condiments bar which I thought was a cute touch. Service was good - I can totally see this being a long wait on the weekend. I only had a couple people in front of me and waited nearly ten minutes for my coffees. Overall, if you want to support a local business, I'd give this place a try!
Stopped by for a quick bite and really enjoyed it! I tried the mochi donuts in black sesame and injeolmi flavors, both soft and chewy with a great texture. I also got the K hot dog that was half beef and half mozzarella. Staff were very thoughtful and pointed out how to hold it so the toppings wouldn't fall off. The interior is cozy with cute decor, and it feels like a spot you could sit and work in for a bit while snacking. Overall, really good food, solid service, and a comfortable space. Definitely worth coming back for more mochi donuts and k hot dogs!
Such a cute little Korean café in Cary, NC! They have such a fun mix on the menu -- coffee, mochi donuts, sandwiches, Korean hot dogs, shaved ice, and even the viral Dubai chocolate drink. I tried their mochi donuts and soul coffee on a rainy day, and it was the perfect combo. The donuts were soft, fluffy, and had just the right touch of sweetness, while the coffee was cozy and comforting. Definitely hit the spot! Can't wait to go back and try their shaved ice next Highly recommend if you're looking for a cozy and unique café spot!

Everyone genuinely look like they enjoy their job. The drinks and the donuts were amazing. This Biscoff doughnut was absolutely surprising so much so I went back for a second one. You absolutely must try this café!

My family wanted to try Dubai Chocolate and the Dubai Coffee. I saw, a few weeks ago someone's review of their Chocolate Bar. I called before we left and asked if they had the Dubai Chocolate. They said yes and we drove over a hour only to get there and find out they only sale the Dubai Chocolate coffee, not the bar, and that'sbwhat they thought I was asking about. I looked for the review and it's gone now so someone must have accidentally posted a review for someplace else on the wrong cafe. I grabbed the coffee and it was good! Very milky, with a slight Chocolate flavor and a lot of pistachio peices that got stuck in my teeth with every sip. We enjoyed our coffee, but probably won't drive that far again just for that. If we are in the area however...
Cute experience for the foodie's and social media influencers, but not really for large family gatherings due to the small space with limited seating. I went with 3 other people. The shaved ice was delicious, not pictured here! I will definitely go back for that experience again! This place is on the other side of far far Cary near RDU airport, so quite the hike (wish it was closer in town)! For the most part, I enjoyed it, but my husband did not. I get the hype, and fairly priced on the affordable side My scoring from a scale of 0-10, 10 being highest yum: Dubai Chocolate: 5 Corn dog: 6 Bischoff latte: 8 Shaved Ice: 10+ (not pictured) Taro latte: 7 (not pictured) Also, they provide free iced water, and herbal tea near the napkin counter. Also big mirror awaits you for selfies while you wait for your order! One thing I do wish was other guests be considerate of the usage of space, for example if you're done eating/chatting give others opportunity to enjoy the vibes too, don't just linger around with an empty tabletop with no other purchases! Just my 2 cents noone asked for...xoxo
A really cool spot to come in, have some dessert, and hang out with friends. The inside has a very quiet and sort of "library" vibe to it. Not too much seating, but also not usually super busy so you should be able to find a spot to sit down. They had a wide selection of drinks and food. I ordered a biscoff donut that was suggested by the cashier. Really enjoyed it! The texture difference worked great here in contrast to the chewy mochi donut. Will be back again to try other items.
The mochi donuts are delicious, I recommend the Dubai chocolate donut. The barista promptly greeted me when I entered and provided a delicious recommendations. The interior is inviting with games and books for patrons to use.
My friend and I went here to hang out and study and it was the perfect spot on a weekday morning! Not too crowded at that time but still lively. The items we got were also great, the earl grey mochi donut was my favorite.

I'm so glad I stumbled upon Cafe Soul Cups in Cary! This quaint Korean dessert café is definitely worth a visit. The mochi donuts were delicious--we tried the chocolate one topped with M&M's, and it was so yummy! They also offer a variety of coffee drinks and Korean corn dogs, so there's something for everyone. There's plenty of free parking and comfortable indoor seating. Just keep in mind that the kitchen closes 30 minutes before the café itself. I can't wait to come back and try more! read more

The baristas were amazing & so patient with my friend and I while we tried to figure out what to order - my first experience with a K-Dog as well and it was so delicious, not sure how it compares to the real deal but I loved it. Coffee was on the sweeter side but the barista warned me as such so I was able to modify it beforehand and it was perfect! Love that this spot closes later too so we were able to come after work and enjoy it without feeling rushed. My only issue was that they sell out of doughnuts early in the day so by the end they're not left with many options but otherwise, lovely spot! read more

i've been dying to come try croffles here! i only heard about how good they are and finally being able to visit and try it myself, i can't agree more! we came by a little after 2p and it was already so packed, for good reason! they have loads of coffee choices, mochi donuts, bingsoo, corn dogs, and croffles! we went with the biscoff croffle and cookies n cream croffle to share! they each came with two pieces so it was perfect sharing with someone else if you're torn between two flavors. they had utensils to the right of the pick up along with the cutest stickers! they also have free wifi and about 4-5 tables to sit at so it's not the place to accommodate large parties but definitely for meeting up with friends to catch up or study alone! i definitely want to try their other items and their coffee next time! read more
Came here because my friends wanted to try the viral Dubai chocolate drink. This place is so cute. We came on a Saturday morning around 11 am. Parking very easy. There was a line out the door but it moved quickly. The inside is cute but not a lot of seating. It was very busy inside. I ordered the chocolate Croffle and I loved it! It was so flakey and crispy at the same time. Yum! I tried my friends Dubai chocolate drink and I really liked the flavor! Croffle was ~$10. So yummy! We were very happy after! read more
Came to North Carolina for baseball tournament and stopped in. Ordered a cold brew on ice with a pistachio croissant waffle.. the dessert was warm, flaky, and crunchy! It is a tad pricey for NC, but tasty. Super cool inside especially on a day that feels like 100+ degrees. Server was good. read more
I got a mango iced matcha to drink there and a half dozen donuts to go. It was very crowded and not much room to sit. I did have a seat but had to climb over people to get out. Tried to study there but too crowded. The food and drink were great but not the best environment when I went. If you're looking for delicious donuts and drinks to go, this is a great place read more

This cafe has been popping up on all my socials all thanks to their Dubai Chocolate Latte. I don't drink coffee but that's no problem since they have a great menu of food and drinks. I came to try their specialty "blue and green matcha" on their spring menu. It is a blue butterfly pea tea on top of a matcha latte. It was really delicious and light tasting. I also got a classic Korean style corn dog which is not pictured because I ate it immediately! It was very delicious, but the dough was just slightly undercooked. But it was a very busy day. Overall the cafe has good vibes all around. The decor is cute and cozy. There is some seating, but as you can see it gets very crowded! The employees are very welcoming and did a great job with such a demanding/busy shift. This cafe has an extensive menu of food and drinks. I look forward to coming back for their other matcha drinks and bingsoo! read more

You know this is a popular cafe when there are folks spending time playing board games, shooting breeze and just plain chilling. Staff is very friendly and helpful in telling you all about their Korean hotdog selections, suggesting what flavor of Mochi donut is good, and their various selections of non-coffee beverages such as taro milk tea, etc. (note they don't have boba) Went back next day to try their bing soo! Shaved milk ice topped with fresh fruits, super tasty and light and refreshing! Second note: they don't have hot beverages, all Iced! read more
I love this place - no matter what time of day I've gone there, they've been busy so it's nice to see how well received this cafe is. The espresso maker is very impressive - the coffee drinks we've had are very yummy too. We've tried several mochi donuts as well as the new custard filled fish pastries. I went here for the viral Dubai crackle cup latte. So was it Hype or Hallelujah? Definitely hype. Let's get into it. I was Friday around noon and yes there was a line. I waited about 35 minutes from car to counter. The service was good. The baristas seemed overwhelmed but were working as hard as they could to get the orders filled. It's a small shop with about 6 tables, a couch and some board games and coloring to pass the time. Now for the famous drink. First, lower your expectations. . It is definitely more pistachio nut forward than chocolate. Not too sweet. Tastes like a pistachio latte with the chocolate shell that we used to get on ice cream cones. If you're expecting the chocolate to melt - don't. it won't melt into the drink. You have to eat it if you want chocolate taste. it also had a few too many pistachios as they kept getting stuck in the straw making it difficult to drink. I would have loved to try some of the other menu items but they were sold out of every donut. (it was around 12:30 p). Note to shop owner: You have a viral drink happening - STOCK up! Most people were disappointed that they didn't have any donuts. They did have the crusted hotdogs and cheese sticks, but I don't eat either. I may return when the hype dies down to try the biscoff latte and the donuts. I heard both were good so i'll keep you posted. read more

Went here for the first time and the owner was working the checkout and she was so nice to every customer! The donuts had incredible flavor and texture. There is not a ton of room on the inside for a lot of people to work and sit but it is super clean. The coffee I ordered was cookies and cream and it tasted exactly like I was eating as many Oreos and possible. Now it was a little sweet for me but I can't complain because it tasted exactly as described and I appreciate that. Overall, it is a wonderful little cafe! read more
My friend and I ordered a half dozen of mochi donuts (Earl Grey Milk Tea, Pumpkin Spice, Churros, and Reese's), a sweet potato latte, and an iced dalgona crunch latte. The mochi donuts were good as well as the drinks. They also do punch cards which is always a plus. It looks like the provide complimentary water and brewed tea as well. There is a decent amount of parking although the spaces right in front are limited. The inside was cute with board games available. Seating was decent. It overall was a cool place that I wouldn't mind visiting again. Note that dish returns are in the back right area! read more
Cafe Soul did not disappoint. I tried their house coffee and their special donut. The coffee was good. The donut did not taste like your typical donut (in a good way, try it and form your own opinion). I tried their mango croffle too. It was a delicious dessert. There are plenty of tables to sit at. You can also lounge on the couch and browse their bookshelf. I spent a half day there to crank out some work. Great atmosphere. read more

Cafe Soul Cups has the most kind owner. I visited here a few months ago during the week when I didn't have class, and had a lengthy conversation with the owner about what to order. As an individual who is often indecisive about what to get, I really appreciate that the owner took the time to introduce the menu to me. I ended up with a matcha mochi donut and a sweetened iced latte. I did some project work here and it was the perfect environment (and had charging outlets). I'll be back to Cafe Soul Cups! read more

Highlights of this place are the surprising variety of Korean desserts available, and that it's so darn cute! I don't know how they're able to offer so much. I plan to come back to try more from their menu. I came for a little birthday celebration with a couple of friends. The cafe offers coffee, mochi donuts, Korean hotdogs, bingsoo, croffle, and more! My favorite was the bingsoo. The shave ice is fluffy and MILKY, perfect combo with red bean and soft mochi. Sometimes mochi gets hard with iced desserts -- not here! Both the patbingsoo and misutgaru & almond bingsoo were amazing. Small cafe with round tables and a comfy couch. Bookcase decor looks organized by an interior designer! Service is lovely and professional. No complaints! Give this place a try. read more
Stopped in with friends and it was super cute. They have games and a couch area. They had a ton of doughnut options but they go quickly my this everything doughnut was sweet and salty. The macaroons were also delicious. Definitely enjoyed the vibe and we played guess who while we enjoyed our drinks and sweets.the staff was nice. read more
