    Lavender White Mocha

When in Fenton I typically spend a few hours so coffee break is a must. Second time here and I continue to enjoy a nice ice coffee. If you like a floral taste try the Lavender White Mocha. You taste it all the mocha and the lavender. It's soft but has the expresso you want to keep going on with your day! Service is good. Always see a friendly face at the window. Speak up/loud (don't scream) when ordering because the AC is loud in the truck. Cute truck. Giving me a timeless look. Check it out. Besides coffee they have treats from La Farm, Lotus Energy, Lemonade, and Tea.

This mobile coffee truck popped up on my Instagram feed at some point and, since it's not too far from work, I visited during lunch. Fenton is still a ghost town since not a ton of people know about it and not all the shops are open. I parked in the very back and walked over to the truck which is parked near the movie theater. The woman working was very friendly and also made drinks quickly. My butter beer latte seemed a little pricey ($6), but was good and not sickly sweet.

While walking through Fenton needing some caffeine I noticed the Carriage House coffee truck. I walked around to the back to see if they were open and they were. The interaction started out rough before I saw the sign that their A/C is loud so they have trouble hearing. I repeated myself and spoke louder. Communication improved and I ordered an iced London fog with oat milk. It was delicious! I am a fan of Harney & Sons tea, which they use here. The drinks are pricy (like everything else in Fenton) so not something I would get often. It was prepared accurately and quickly. Overall, I had a good experience here and liked the convenience.

First time here, Ashley was super cool and helpful to figure out which drink I wanted to try. Ended up going with the Butter Beer Latte (cold). It was an excellent choice. This is such a cool little coffee joint. I really like it, I'd come back. Can't wait to try the hot coffee to get a good feel for how their brews are. Will come back

I noticed this adorable truck parked in the circle at North Hills the other day and knew I had to give them a try. I looked them up this morning and you can order right online to have your order ready when you arrive. It's super easy to park here in the morning, plenty of ten minute spots. They are located right outside of the Starbucks that closed here. They let me know they are trying to be there every weekday through January. I'm the type of person who likes sweet coffee. I'm not a crazy coffee connoisseur by any means, but let me tell you their coffee was delicious! I went with the Christmas cookie flavor and it was awesome, my husband got an iced cookie butter latte and he loved it as well. They have a few baked good options as well like muffins and scones. They were a nice little compliment to the coffee. My coffee was even served with a chocolate covered coffee bean on top which I thought was cute. Highly recommend giving this adorable truck a try at North Hills!

We tried Carriage House Coffee at HollyFest in Holly Springs. It was a lavender lemonade for me and a mocha for my husband, both selections were good. If you want to check this mobile coffee shop out, head to Fenton in Cary for now.

Adorable coffee carriage place with plenty of different options such as flavors and milks. They serve more than just coffee as well such as teas and pastries. Vanilla Orchid 10/10. Very quick as well.

For several weeks I have seen on the StreetFinder App that Carriage House is in North Hills in front of the old Starbucks location. I'm only 1 exit away, so I finally left my house and went and grabbed the most delicious COOKIE BUTTER OAT MILK LATTE. Was this one of the best coffees I have had in a long time? YES! It was absolutely delicious and I couldn't get over how good and genius the flavoring was. Let's just say, Carriage House is worth leaving the house for. Run, don't walk and visit them in North Hills or in Holly Springs!

    Butter Beer Latte!

This is by far the best coffee place in the Raleigh area! The coffee is freshly made and they have a great selection of flavors. The staff is also incredibly nice!

We had to wait around 15min but the food was pretty good. We wish there was a little more seasoning to add flavor but overall it was good food and worth the price. Ever since trying some amazing ones in California and Florida, we've been on the lookout for something that hits that same note--and we may have found a solid contender. Out of the many food trucks selling empanadas, The Rican Lab stood out. Their empanadas didn't disappoint. The crust was just right--crispy, not greasy, and not overly doughy. I didn't get any of that lingering cooking oil taste, which is a huge plus. I went with the beef empanada, while my husband tried the buffalo chicken. The beef had good flavor, but it could have used a binding agent--maybe cheese or sauce--to hold everything together. It felt a bit loose, so I imagine the beef and cheese version would have had better structure. I also think using shredded or chunked beef might work better than ground beef for a more satisfying texture. The buffalo chicken empanada was the real winner--well-seasoned with just the right kick. Neither empanada was dry or overly saucy, but both could benefit from a solid dipping sauce to round them out. We also grabbed a cherry lemonade, which was wonderfully refreshing. It hit a perfect balance--not too sour, not too sweet, and just tart enough. Bonus points for the generous serving size--it definitely felt worth the price. Beyond the food, the event itself was an amazing experience. There were food trucks representing a variety of cultures--Laotian, Filipino, Greek, and more. The diversity of choices was exciting. On top of that, local performers added to the festive atmosphere with live music and dancing. All in all, the Raleigh' Annual International Food Truck Festival is a must-visit. If you're on the hunt for good eats and good vibes, this is the place to be. We're already looking forward to our next visit--and the next round of empanadas.
