Mill, SC where Pelicans had a food truck and have had them in several different locations all over North Carolina. The staff is always friendly and helpful in answering questions and offering suggestions. The shops are always clean and organized. And overall they make a great attempt to have a fun and relaxing place to bring the entire family. I've tried so many different flavor combinations over the years but the Pumpkin Spice with Vanilla Snow Cream was probably my favorite.
