The workers were really sweet and the ice cream was good. No issues at all. Tried the Sweet Honey Sea Salt flavor and it was delicious. You can definitely taste the pure honey in it. Love that there are so many flavors.

OMG this ice cream was absolutely delicious. They had so many unique flavors. The vibe was cute with outdoor games for the kids and the music was cool too. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic, quick, and friendly service. Yummy vegan and dairy options. Banana ice cream for the win.

Cutest little ice cream shop we stopped at on the way home from dinner. The service was friendly and efficient. The selection of homemade flavors was impeccable and the ones we chose- delicious! I chose the classic cookie dough and my husband had the chocolate crunch- both excellent! Plenty of outdoor seating for you, family, and friends to enjoy your ice cream!

I went in a fairly cold night and there was only a couple other people in line behind me. The wait was very long for a scoop of ice cream, being about 15 minutes, with no one else waiting. I liked that there were so many flavors to choose from and some more unique ones as well. I was not really blown away by my choice, it was ok but less creamy than I was expecting and on the lighter side. I like the walk up style ordering and the nightlights; I wish there were more places around the triangle that had more outside ambience like this. I really appreciate that!

Chocolate chip cookie dough - my fav & New York Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream . Every time we come to this spot the line is bananas but they're quick! Ice cream and milkshakes are so bomb & they're open late. They let you sample a flavor if you ask and they have lots of variations of their ice cream. Staff are always so nice & kind! Outside seating or you can park and eat in your car, but this is not an indoor spot just FYI!

This is ice cream heaven as I was calling on the Lord while eating it. Of course there is a line outside but it moves fast and there is a reason why! The team is pleasant and moves fast. With so many options what do you do? First go to their site to read the flavors and the contents. This will help you make a wise decision and save time. The two smallest cup are more than enough you can get three flavors, more than enough. On a waffle cone you can only choose 2 flavors but the scoops are HUGE! My choices Coconut Almond Crunch - Hawaiian Coconut Ice Cream, Almonds& Chocolate Crunch very very good, Kona Coffee - Caffeinated Coffee Ice Cream Yummy, Banana Pudding - Banana Ice Cream, Fresh Pureed Bananas With Vanilla Wafers ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!

This is a great place for some delicious, fresh and flavorful ice cream! Don't forget to ask for samples, I'm so glad I did. The key lime was so good and full of graham cracker. The banana pudding was really great. The Georgia peach was so good! Perfectly peachy no artificial flavoring My husbands Oreo shake was amazing too. The customer service was great and their pricing is reasonable.

Treat yourself!

Fresh is one of my favorite ice cream shops in Raleigh. The ice cream is so flavorful and the menu is pretty expansive with something to suit everyone's taste buds. I love that they have featured monthly flavors which are seasonal as well. Summer months can be pretty busy but the wait is never really long. There is very limited seating so I always end up eating my ice cream in my car but...I have no issue with that because it's so good.

Walking into the cocktail bar/dessert lounge it feels trendy, dim-lit, like something that belongs in a very large city (but glad to have it in Raleigh), and 21+ as I was asked for my ID at the door. Once you walk in, definitely have your ID ready and then you will be seated. A server will then come by your table to take your order. For drinks, I ordered the Fireside Old Fashioned (Maker's 46, cayenne, chili-pepper sugar, Crude smoke-salt bitters) and my partner ordered the Chai Espresso Martini (house-made chai tea, vodka, sweetened espresso). Both drinks were excellent and well made. The old fashioned had a nice full bourbon taste and a really nice spicy flavor at the end each sip. For deserts, we ordered the s'mores sundae (torched house-made marshmallow cream, Valrhona dark chocolate brownie, vanilla ice cream, toasted graham) and the Caramel Apple Cupcake. The Caramel Apple cupcake was good but was more like a muffin vs. a cupcake and was on the dry side. The s'mores sundae was excellent and had so much chocolate flavor. Overall, would highly recommend checking out Bittersweet if you are around the Downtown Raleigh area looking for a nightcap or dessert bar.

The ice cream shop is located in the smoky hollow area and is across the street from Madre. Walking into the shop it feels modern, social media friendly, and you can see the assembly line where your paleta can be customized. To order you'll walk up to the counter and place your order with the cashier. I went for the strawberry cheesecake paleta dipped in white chocolate, covered in graham cracker crumbs, and topped with caramel drizzle. The paleta was delicious and I'll definitely be back to try the other flavors.

I finally got the opportunity to try it recently and I brought my boyfriend and his brother along with me. When we arrived, The person working there was nowhere to be found and we stood there confused for a while. When he finally came out to the counter he seemed to have his mind completely elsewhere with headphones on his head, and he even told us to "ring the bell" when we were ready to order, and turned around and left into the back room. Finally, after making up our minds and placing our order, As he was preparing our cinnamon rolls he was grabbing them from the glass enclosure thing and literally throwing them into the to-go containers, the impact they made upon landing made an audible thud. The service we received made the experience Cinnaholic disappointing, but once we ate the cinnamon rolls that we bought they were very tasty. The "old skool" flavor was our favorite one as cinnamon rolls are very sweet so any added toppings just push it over the edge. I did feel like the rolls were lacking that ooey gooey cinnamony center, and I wished the frosting was a bit more evenly dispersed over the roll as large dry spots were exposed. But overall they were yummy!
