Gluten free options are always a lighter and a less heavy option, in my option. This is one of the perks. I tried the La Tica (chicken) and the La Surena (bbq). I enjoyed the chicken. Very flavorful. I wasn't a fan of the bbq - a bit on the dry side for me. The chicken was delicious but the cheese could've been melted and I would've preferred my food on the warmer side. Giving Grace with 4*, perhaps I tried this too late in the evening. Maybe these are intended to be served that way I received them. I do recommend Arepa Culture NC but I'd recommend go at opening or before lunch time for freshness. The rice and beans were good. The peach juice was okay.

Food: 4 Service: 3…read moreAmbiance: 3 Date/Time: 9/28/2025 12:30pm Crowd: full bar, 1/4 full dining room Order: Turkey BLT, Philly sandwich This place is located just behind the gas station on the corner of Lynn and Creedmoor in a little strip mall. The business used to be a food truck only and they moved into this location and used the relatively small place to turn into a sports bar, keeping the "kitchen" parked outside in the food truck since the suite is an end unit. If you're a big sports fan, this place is probably perfect for you. It is set up with the bar to the far left as you enter, with a divider in the middle and then the dining area on the right of the divider....and TVs everywhere you look with signs indicating which game of interest each is tuned to. And, like most sports bars, the noise is set to loud. From the dining area, you can exit out the side to the mostly covered outdoor dining area which is where the food truck is parked, and where you go to place your order (not give it to your server who only brings your drinks) and pay for it. Also where all your condiments and napkins are located. For those of you who are not sports fans, all is not lost as the food is pretty good. Granted it's sports bar oriented but it's really pretty tasty. The turkey BLT is between large slices of toasted and buttered bread with a slightly light serving of turkey. The Philly is on a small hoagie and has some kick to it with all the jalapeños. Standard sandwich orders come with chips but fries are available for an upcharge. Service is, well, again it's a basic sports bar so don't expect sit down restaurant service but the folks are mostly friendly. Bottom line is if you love to sit at a bar, or eat grill food, and watch your favorite team on tv with friends, this place should satisfy you. For those who just want some good grill food, order out or if it's a nice day, sit outside where it's not as noisy.

Wow. Just wow. I…read moredidn't intend to buy anything from the Humble Pig when I hit the food truck round-up at Perimeter Park yesterday. The friend I was with just wanted to take a peek at their menu so I walked over with her. She mentioned that she didn't like brisket and I briefly questioned our friendship. What kind of person doesn't like brisket? The guy at the window apparently agreed and offered her a sample. I tried it too and immediately ordered a plate of brisket to take home for dinner. This is the best brisket I have had since I've moved to NC. Possibly the best brisket that I've had ever if I'm telling the truth. I'm a huge brisket snob and this was so good it's got me still fantasizing about it. It was served with a side of coleslaw, which sort of tasted like cabbage with a bit of vinegar. I didn't love the coleslaw, but who cares about coleslaw when you have brisket like that? I'm going to be on the hunt to find that truck again. I need that brisket in my life.

The fries do not taste homemade, they taste like store bought bagged fries, however, the oil they use supplements for that taste, it's very fresh oil. The fry is still crisp yet not super soggy. It's a perfectly cooked fry. Fry needs a dip, don't you DARE use ketchup, it will throw the whole fry off. USE TZATZIKI sauce. Thank me later. Next up, I had the Zorba's favorite burrito situation. I would give it a 9/10. Think lamb gyro with a tortilla instead of a pita. I would add a little bit of Kalamata olives for seasoning, maybe kick it up with some of the greek seasoning from the fries. I would also add tzatziki sauce to dip. Met Pots or Pahtz, along with the chef and staff in the truck, mannnnnnn these guys have the greatest customer service!!! Big energy!

The tacos are better than at any Latin or Mexican restaurant I've been to. I have no explanation for why more people are not leaving reviews. Get up, stand up, post a review! The best, fresh tortillas I've ever had are to be had here. They wrap carefully cooked meats. You can get tacos in sirloin (Angus), pork adobado, chicken adobado, compechano (pork and beef), and chicken fajita. Tacos come with chopped onion, tomato and cilantro, with a wedge of lime. And a bag of chips and really good salsa. Fresher than Baja Fresh and cheaper than McDonald's "healthy" alternatives they change an arm and leg for. I would like to say the food is restaurant quality, but it's so much better and more authentic than any Mexican restaurant.
