For 6 inches, it's not a ton of food but it's a fair amount. There was a good amount of beef and lamb which was cooked really tender, and I liked the combination of sauce and vegetables they used. The taste wasn't overwhelming and I don't think it needed anything additional. They even have Sriracha sauce on the side which I used and it added a nice flavor kick. This is a kind of fast casual restaurant. You order at the kitchen in the back. There are plenty of booths for dining. I ordered the 12" beef plate which was a big lunch. It came with a lot of fries which were seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The beef wrap was sliced and was very flavorful. It came with tahini sauce. I ate the wrap with a fork. My luncheon companion ordered the 6" chicken wrap with a side of fries. His fries came with a creamy white dip which he said was very good. I'd seen Sincerely Syria across the street from the parking lot on the corner of Fair Oaks and Green, and wanted to try it. I ordered the 12" beef plate which came with cut pieces of beef shawarma wrap, French fries, pickles and tahini. The French fries were very hot and crispy with a nice color and very good potato flavor. The beef wrap was pretty good but pretty oily. In fact the oil was dripping out of the wrap to the point where it was a bit unappetizing for me. Others might find it to be "juicy" but to me it was just oily. The beef tasted a little gamey, but not in an unpleasant way like the oiliness. Perhaps, I'd do much better with a chicken wrap the next time I'm there. However, Father Nature Lavash wraps is just a block away and they have excellent chicken shawarma wraps. That is why I opted to try the beef at Sincerely Syria. read more

Not totally surprising since it was in between the lunch and dinner rush. Walked to the back of the restaurant where you will find only 1 man taking orders and making the food. We ordered the beef-lamb wrap and a chicken plate. The beef-lamb wrap was pretty good and didn't have a strong gamey smell. Did enjoy the crispy pita like wrap but was disappointed the beef was cold. I did notice the man trying to ignite the döner so perhaps the beef isn't a popular item? The chicken wrap was good and the fries were well seasoned. Service was very poor, overcharged me and when asked about extra amount the owner tired to say its because of sales tax even though there was a separate charge for Sales tax. menu and everything stated one amount but I was charged another. Note, there is no parking in front of the store, it's just past Colorado in old town so very busy area.
