Above and Beyond - Truly Exceptional Service…read more A couple of days ago, my truck's clutch gave out while I was driving from Seattle to Boise for an urgent family matter. I was stranded on the highway and really in a pickle -- but calling Ruggles Auto Repair turned everything around. From the very first call, they treated me like family. They offered to drive me after hours to a nearby town just so I could rent a car and make it to where I needed to be. The next day, they worked tirelessly--well past closing time--to replace the clutch and get me safely back on the road. They even brought me lunch while I was waiting in the lobby. Who does that anymore? Their kindness, honesty, and dedication are something you just don't see often these days. If you ever need car repairs and want to be treated with genuine care and respect, Ruggles Auto Repair is the place to go. They turned a stressful breakdown into a reminder that there are still great people and great businesses out there.

So thankful for everyone at Ruggles Auto Repair! Today they arranged a tow from my home and…read morecompleted the repair while I was at work--something that would've been a major headache anywhere else. One of the biggest frustrations I've had with car maintenance is finding service that works around a full-time schedule. Ruggles consistently finds ways to make things easier, and that flexibility is a game-changer. Now, I know this might sound like a biased review--my mom, Deana, is the warm, welcoming face you'll see at the front desk. But hear me out: I've watched time and time again as everyday customers receive the same care and attention I do. Whether it's Victor going the extra mile or the team doing what they can to accommodate real-life schedules, they treat people with genuine care. That's not family favoritism--it's just who they are. If you happen to wait for your service, you'll find comfy chairs (dangerously good for an accidental nap) and a welcoming, down-to-earth shop atmosphere. My whole family and I happily recommend Ruggles Auto Repair. Thanks again, you guys. You really make a stressful process feel easy.

AutoMetrics saved my husband's beloved Crystal from becoming a charitable donation. When our 2000…read moreAudi A6 would not start and the diagnostic app didn't give a clue, we took the advice of a friend and turned to the AutoMetrics guys and they nailed it. Our Audis have always been tended by our local dealer and when they abandoned our town, we have had to go to Tri-Cities. We are now sold on staying local again and both our Audis will be trusted to AutoMetrics. Why? It did not take long to get scheduled and they accepted the car early since we were depending on a tow for transport. Communication was outstanding. On the day of Crystal's appointment, we learned right away what the problem was and given the good news that the part and labor wouldn't break the bank. The next day the call came that the repair was complete and the car ready for pick up. Tow-off to pick up was 3 days. This business was easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, organized, well equipped, and well staffed.

Based on the reviews of AutoMetrics, it seemed that it might be a good fit. A good fit is an understatement! I took our car in this morning for an oil change as well as asking them to check out a possible suspension issue in the front end. Terry and Valentine were both personable and knowledgeable, both taking the time to discuss the suspension issue. Everyone in the shop was friendly and very professional. The shop was one of the cleanest and well organized I've ever seen. Our previous shop in Portland was the exact opposite. Erik went for a test ride with me to assess the suspension issue and immediately had some ideas on what the problem might be. Voila! The oil got changed and the suspension issue turned out to be nothing. Prices were incredibly reasonable and I left with a feeling of confidence knowing our car had been expertly tended to. And to top things off, when I went out to get in my car, I discovered they had washed it! We will definitely go back! Amazing!
