When I arrived, I was told they didn't actually have the tire I needed. Instead, I was pushed toward buying a new tire for $100, which I felt pressured into since I didn't want to keep driving on a spare. A couple of weeks later, my other tires are now losing air, despite never having any issues prior to this visit. That raises serious concerns for me about the quality of their work or honesty in general. I kept my composure while I was there, but I left feeling misled and taken advantage of. I've dealt with many other tire shops and have never had an experience like this. This place felt dishonest and unprofessional. Reading the past two reviews made me a bit leary of buying tires and having these put on my 2006 Mustang GT; however, they did a great job of ordering acceptable tires and putting them on my Mustang. Austin and Bill are the two names that I remember and a lady helped me order the tires. The was affordable for me and she told me that these were a good tire for over the mountain driving (to go to Seattle, etc.), better than the higher performance tires. This is the third experience I have had with ordering and placing tires on my vehicles. I appreciate their service and will be coming back to Joel's Tire if I have more tire needs. I think it helps to know what your expectations are and relay to them. Of course, having a Mustang GT helps because they admire Mustangs and I am certain they want to give a good impression for the Mustang. Me too!

Our Audis have always been tended by our local dealer and when they abandoned our town, we have had to go to Tri-Cities. It did not take long to get scheduled and they accepted the car early since we were depending on a tow for transport. Communication was outstanding. On the day of Crystal's appointment, we learned right away what the problem was and given the good news that the part and labor wouldn't break the bank. Based on the reviews of AutoMetrics, it seemed that it might be a good fit. A good fit is an understatement! I took our car in this morning for an oil change as well as asking them to check out a possible suspension issue in the front end. Terry and Valentine were both personable and knowledgeable, both taking the time to discuss the suspension issue. Everyone in the shop was friendly and very professional. The shop was one of the cleanest and well organized I've ever seen. Our previous shop in Portland was the exact opposite. Erik went for a test ride with me to assess the suspension issue and immediately had some ideas on what the problem might be. Voila! The oil got changed and the suspension issue turned out to be nothing. Prices were incredibly reasonable and I left with a feeling of confidence knowing our car had been expertly tended to. And to top things off, when I went out to get in my car, I discovered they had washed it! We will definitely go back! Amazing!

Held my car for two weeks and did nothing…read more After two calls, they call me back and say I need a new engine. For a diagnosis, they just repeated back when I had told them and tried to charge me $179 for that. The car needed a relatively easy 2 hour repair but they clearly didn't want to do it by suggesting a new engine. Even though I wanted a pro to repair this, I repaired it myself in my driveway in a few hours for under $100 including a special tool.
