It was early on Sunday the 8th of June 2025. Despite the day and time the store already had a few customers ahead of us. These guys are great! They are very efficient as it didn't take long for them to take care of us. They were very friendly and professional. The guys seemed more like a pit crew and interesting to watch them. Each technician communicated with each other and knew exactly how to get all the many different systems checked and serviced with efficiency. If I lived in that area I would be a regular and get all my vehicles serviced with them. I wish we would have remembered their names to thank them again. Anyway an outstanding experience!

I thought maybe they stripped the threads on my oil plug. I had a different mechanic look at it and the Valvoline Instant Oil Change place had put on the WRONG oil filter. The base where it screws onto the engine was smaller and oil was blowing out on my starter and exhaust. It should have been obvious to the guy in the pit that he didn't have the right filter. Not acceptable. It could have ruined my engine or burned my car down! Never again will I use ANY of their locations. I should have known I guess "If you want it done right, do it yourself"

I had a good feeling about them and took my vehicle in for oil change and an AC check up. They did a great job on servicing and check everything. I needed to change my battery. They were almost there with the five star and realized my washer fluid was NOT topped off. My Renton Jiffy Lube tops of all my fluids, so this was why the 5 start didn't happen. They told me that while they didn't have any slots available, there were walk-in hours available. This is one of the first times we've seen this available and we like it! Starting at 7:30 in the morning, you're able to come to the service entrance and get in line for Quick Service of your car. I ended up 5th in line as I arrived at about 7:45, and while it was about a two-hour wait before things were done, they have a complimentary shuttle that takes you anywhere within 15 minutes of the dealership. I waited inside for a bit where they had free coffee. The only thing that would bring this up a notch is if they matched the folks in Iowa City where they had Donuts each morning! After the oil has been changed, I got a call from the service manager informing me that the car was ready. The whole experience was around $50 for the oil change with the oil and filter. This was as good of an experience as we've had with a car dealerships service center. The guys were super friendly, they made it easy to get in and get out, and they were very accommodating. Had some snacks for people that are waiting inside and you've got yourself an A+!

First off he looked at the truck and diagnosed without charging me... maybe he saw a very pregnant woman and felt pity or maybe he really just is a great and honest mechanic. (I think it's the latter) It was near the holidays when I went and needed repairs, and the mechanic worked a way of keeping the truck when we would be out of town. We had only one vehicle at the time so had not many options for leaving the truck. We haven't had any more mechanic needs since but would highly recommend this place.

20 hours ago New Got…read morea flat and had to buy 4 new tires to make it home to Spokane. Firestone was unfortunately the only option since it was a Sunday. Hours after they said the vehicle would be ready, we can finally head out. Two hours later one of the BRAND NEW TIRES blew leaving us stranded on the side of the road. So after spending over $700 for the tires, we also got to pay $450 to tow the vehicle the rest of the way home. Dealing with the store we bought the service from sucked. Dealing with the area manager was BARELY more helpful. Even if it's Sunday, I'd wait it out until Monday to go ANYWHERE else. I now feel stuck with these tires and I don't feel safe on the road, but i can't afford to purchase another set since I already bought these out of desperation.
