Lets talk about IN and OUT service. Clean waiting room I like it, with free beverages and also a TV to make the time fly by. They were almost there with the five star and realized my washer fluid was NOT topped off. My Renton Jiffy Lube tops of all my fluids, so this was why the 5 start didn't happen. I will return, but next time I will make sure I ask, didn't know I needed to, my fault in the end. Don't go here. Went in for an oil change and ended up with a toast motor because one of their employees didn't do their job correctly. I still don't have my vehicle up and running because of the sheer negligence shown by this company and it's staff. Wouldn't recommend them ever. read more

Nothing Jiffy Lube is getting worse and worse. The techs are lazy. They'll tell you they have an hr wait just so they can stand around. It takes all the techs to work on one vehicle while making another wait. I waited for over an hr for an oil change. I don't have all day to sit here and wait for 3-4 techs plus 1 in training to get things done. And the manager just stands around. Not one bit professional. Not worth the money. I brought my 2014 Chevy Silverado in for a full service oil change. This was my first experience with Jiffy-Lube. I spoke to an employee about pricing prior to service and He suggested the $80 service with full synthetic oil. I asked is that really necessary? I would prefer the synthetic blend since its almost $20 less ($61.99. He said "We can do that." I left my truck there for my wife to pick up later since I had to go to work. Wife calls after picking it up and told me they charged $98. I was ticked. With tax it should have been under $70 but they had to add 3 extra quarts due to my engine size and the basic service comes with 5. They charged $7.50 per quart plus added on little fees. A dollar here and there for disposal and "general services fee". This was not explained during my initial discussion with the employee so in short...WE WON'T BE BACK. read more

*****UPDATE******* So I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. They checked me in and the guy walked me through the usual stuff, telling me what services they offered, telling me what he recommended I get done. I agreed that I needed a my headlights cleaned. The quoted me a price after tax and told me it would be twenty minutes. Twenty minutes later he comes to tell me it's gonna be another twenty five minites because my headlights are not dry. 'The headlights still need to cook the paint on' he told me. WWhich sounded weird but I have no idea about how headlights are cleaned. Twenty five minutes pass and I go to pay and the price is forty dollars higher than the original quote! I politely asked to see my itemized receipt, and asked why it was so much higher than the quote. Silence. Not even any answer at all. Just stared trying to Ender in coupon codes to bring the price down. Never did tell me where that forty dollar extra charge came from and I ended up paying twenty more than the quote . That was not my biggest issue though. I turn on my car and the attendant tells me o check to make sure non of my check engine lights were on, which seemed weird to me. I looked and my battery light was on. I said so and the guy already was coming with the battery tester. He hooked it up and told me my alternator was shot, completely. I said i would get a second opinion (my car had no issues bbefore I pulled into their bay!) The guy said 'be my guest. Go ahead. Just ty and start her up' My car was entirely dead. They kindly offered yo replace my alternator for me - but informed me that alternators were pricey. I was livid. I called my dad for a tow, and he told me that they had tried the same thing on them last time he got his oil checked. He told me to get a jump and drive to his place. The attendant kept telling me that it was pointless and I wouldn't make it 20 feet. They helped another vehicle entirely before helping me with the jump. Then it started just fine. No battery light. I stalled my car blocking the entrance to their lot just to make sure it wouldn't die. I drove no problem to my dads where he tested the batter and it was fine. Not only did they try to scam me but they were incredibly pushy and rude while doing it! They intentionally ran my battery down and I believe they used a battery tester made to read something specific. They had told me my alternator was sucking power from the battery . So far my battery and alternator is fine. I'm also going to complain to corporate, write the BBB, and spread the word as much as I can I have since emailed the manager who responded to this review asking him to review the camera footage, because my windshield wipers were not changed and something is missing from my vehicle. I have emailed twice with no response. I'm beginning to think that even he is part of their scam operation. What a lousy business. Terrible service.
