I thought maybe they stripped the threads on my oil plug. I had a different mechanic look at it and the Valvoline Instant Oil Change place had put on the WRONG oil filter. The base where it screws onto the engine was smaller and oil was blowing out on my starter and exhaust. It should have been obvious to the guy in the pit that he didn't have the right filter. Not acceptable. It could have ruined my engine or burned my car down! Never again will I use ANY of their locations. I should have known I guess "If you want it done right, do it yourself"

They are very efficient as it didn't take long for them to take care of us. They were very friendly and professional. The guys seemed more like a pit crew and interesting to watch them. Each technician communicated with each other and knew exactly how to get all the many different systems checked and serviced with efficiency. Hours after they said the vehicle would be ready, we can finally head out. Two hours later one of the BRAND NEW TIRES blew leaving us stranded on the side of the road. So after spending over $700 for the tires, we also got to pay $450 to tow the vehicle the rest of the way home. Dealing with the store we bought the service from sucked. Dealing with the area manager was BARELY more helpful. Even if it's Sunday, I'd wait it out until Monday to go ANYWHERE else. I now feel stuck with these tires and I don't feel safe on the road, but i can't afford to purchase another set since I already bought these out of desperation.
