I took my car in because my sunroof wouldn't close. Thinking it was a motor, they ordered the part and scheduled my service. It turned out that I didn't need the motor replaced and they did not charge me. They are honest and have great customer service. I had a run in with a rock that was kicked up by a semi truck. I called around asking for a mobile repair, all others told me no and hung up. Johnsons was the only one who stated that you don't need an appt. .... you can walk in and get it repaired in a few minutes. I did just that and they fixed my chip in 20 minutes and were going to replace my windshield wipers but unfortunately they didn't have the right size for my car. I was going through a car wash and I suddenly heard a loud snapping/clunky on what seemed like the surface between the top of my front windshield and roof. When I got out and checked it out, it appeared the molding on the top of my windshield came out. I had just recently (about 3 weeks prior) had my windshield replaced but over on the west side of the mountains. I called Johnson's and told them what happened. Today Jerry made my day!!!! The back window in my SUV was broken out last night right outside my home. I called Johnson's Auto Glass and Jerry answered the phone, quickly and kindly helped me. Jerry proceeded to check to see how long it would take to get the window I needed replaced. He said " I will come pick up your car and keep it overnight so it's protected, the window will be here in the morning, we will install it and I will return your car to you by tomorrow afternoon. Jerry did not know how much I needed such a simple act of kindness. I was overwhelmed by the financial & physical inconvenience of not having my vehicle as my son has a doctor appointment in Seattle on Wednesday and I just knew there was no way my car would be ready. Jerry did not know about any of these circumstances but today my overwhelming frustration from a crappy situation turned into overwhelming gratitude!!! We recently had a broken windshield on our 2018 Toyota 4Runner. After getting quotes from a couple places we decided to go with Johnson's Auto Glass. We contacted Desiree over there and scheduled appointment. We were treated great by everyone we came in contact with there. When we picked up our car the new windshield was so clear and clean. On the drive home we were struck by another rock that put a chip in our new windshield!!! We called Desiree and she said that chip repairs were not covered by our policy but to bring it in at our convenience and they repaired it for free while we waited (about 15 minutes). My family and I were on our first day of vacation over the Labor Day weekend and we had an incident that resulted in a broken back window of our truck. Our insurance deductable is $500. We didn't want to pay that much unless it was absolutly necessary. I started making calls all over the area and some places even a 2 hr drive away. I called Johnson Auto Glass and from the very beginning it was a great experience! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. And the cost of the window replacement was well over $100 less then everyone else. They ordered the window Thursday after 3:30 had it at their shop the next day Friday before 7:30 am and my husband left their shop by about 11:00 that day. Had windshield replaced in my foreign car, which was fine, however when I picked up my car the airbag light was on and stayed on. I called Johnson's and the receptionist didn't know what I was referring to and she would call me back. Which she did and informed me that I would have to take my care to a mechanic and have my safety system recalibrated and just have them bill my insurance. What upsets me is when I picked up my car they didn't have me sign anything and failed to tell me that the airbag light was on and I would have to pay out of my pocket $500 plus dollars to do this and wait for insurance to reimburse me because the shop wouldn't do it unless paid up front or they would hold my car until paid. Bad communication. According to the insurance company Johnson's should jobbed it out and included it in my windshield replacement claim. This cost me extra time and money, Bad business practice- I thought a company that has been in business this long would have exceptional service, lesson learned. read more
