Well, at this place you get 100% of what you pay for - a perfect tint that you do once and the problem is taken care of. And this is small family business and Jake does all the work himself, and from the reviews I can see that they have been around for at least 6 years now, and I can tell from speaking to Jake that he is enthusiastic about the work as if this is the first year that they opened. He is a professional who likes what he does and can be proud of his work. I love that! I will be bringing all my future cars here, even if I would need to do some driving. Marco is a good salesman. The bad. First....i was sold one speaker set up. When I went to pick up my vehicle they told me the original speakers I bought didn't fit and they put different ones in without calling me or asking me. They didn't hook up all the wires for the radio so the illumination didn't work right. they've had to replace the back up camera twice in less than 3 weeks because it glitched and was unusable (not their fault. It was the brand of camera) And they've cut a hole in my license plate. Damaging it which now I'm going to have to replace. When I expressed concerns about the speakers they installed without asking me. They told me if I didn't like them they could up-sell me a subwoofer. I'll return to them for warranty work. But I'm uncertain if I'll have them preform new installs.

I've asked questions about the cost of their oil change, a sensor that needed to be turned off, a burned out brake light, etc. EVERY SINGLE TIME, I was told to come in and they would "take care of me". And they have! Chris, the service manager is amazing! He works me into the schedule promptly and always treats me with the BEST customer service! Recently, I was told my rear brake light was out. I called Chris, he told me to come in the next morning, which I did and within 10-15 minutes a new brake light was replaced. NO CHARGE. Chris said again, "since you bought the car from us, we're going to take care of you". I've never felt as confident in a car dealership, as I do with Bill Harris. I give them my highest recommendation and when the time comes for another car - they are the first and only dealership I will visit!
