Great Customer Service and a great price…read more The birds had covered my car with there nastiness so I went to AutoSpa in Terrace Heights. It was the first nice day in a while so there were cars in front of me, so I waited. The nice man that was working was helping everyone. He would hand them a dash rag and a drying towel, wash with his brush the front and back of the car. Help them with putting in cash or card. While they were in washing he would be cleaning the self-service bays and vacuum area. I had to wait about 15 minutes as the cars in front of me went. He never lost his smile and was busy keeping everything going the whole time. I am a member of the monthly club, but most of the time I go when there are no employees (early and late). My car is always clean after and the dryers really blow off all the water. When I have stopped to wipe my car dry, the towel is barley damp when I'm done. I live on a dirt road and have a black car so I wash often. I love being a member because I feel like most of my washes are free.

I could not find anything on Yelp, Trip Advisor or Google when I looked after the fact. He did a good enough job although I can't claim the price was a value at $325.00, like his other reviews mention. But I honestly have not compared it with other dealers. My gripe is that initially he indicates that he would prefer to be paid in cash. When it comes down to actually paying the bill, it turns out that he won't accept debit or credit cards at all and essentially holds your vehicle hostage until you have the amount in cash. There is no work order, no invoice, no receipt or paper work of any kind. No paper trail. Of interest is that when I left a review similar to this one on his web site, it was gone within 24 hours. Dishonest much? We won't be going back.

This COSTCO also has great snacks if you wander thru! This is a drive thru car wash where you stay in your car as it gets pulled along by a track that includes a good heated dry. They do have vacuums if you need them. Pull up to the payment stand and ignore the request for a coupon and just touch your selected wash. Pricing today was $9 $11 $14 $18. I chose the $11 because not knowing how good the wash will be, I didn't want wax applied over left behind road grime. There is a pre-pre wash applied personally by the attendant who gets you lined up. Remember to remove your foot from the brakes Depending on what wash you choose, lots of pretty colors of soap are sprayed and lots of brushes attack you from various directions. It seems quite effective and thankfully removed the hard water spots we picked up, having parked next to sprinklers watering an alfalfa field with obviously hard water. THAT was the primary reason we were washing the car! If we'd been certain this brush and rag wash would have removed those spots, we'd have upgraded to add some wax but the $11 wash did a great job even without wax. I get my car washed pretty frequently and I've noticed that none of the automatic car washes are…read moreparticularly good at getting vehicles clean. I actually wonder why the technology hasn't improved over the years. Seems simple enough that if something doesn't work well, you tweak it and make it better. At least most industries do. Not the automatic car wash industry evidently because we'll just keep coming by spending our money for an almost clean ride. Splash Express is by far the worst automatic car wash that I've used in several years though. The staff is friendly enough but the actual wash tunnel does not even begin to come close to cleaning your car. There were at least 3 or 4 of the brushes that didn't even touch my car on the right side. I'm used to a little dirt left over on my side mirrors and maybe a little dead center on the back of the car but this was terrible. I had leftover dirt on almost every panel and I say almost because I think that the roof was actually clean. I even ponied up the $20 for their best offered wash and this is what I get for my money? No thank you! They do offer free vacuums after your wash but they might want to stop that because it gives the customer time to see how dirty their car still is. I can't even say that if I had gone through multiple times that it would get any better. Do yourself a favor and wash your car at home. The investment is much lower and the job should get done right.

Our Audis have always been tended by our local dealer and when they abandoned our town, we have had to go to Tri-Cities. We are now sold on staying local again and both our Audis will be trusted to AutoMetrics. Why? It did not take long to get scheduled and they accepted the car early since we were depending on a tow for transport. Communication was outstanding. On the day of Crystal's appointment, we learned right away what the problem was and given the good news that the part and labor wouldn't break the bank. The next day the call came that the repair was complete and the car ready for pick up. Tow-off to pick up was 3 days. This business was easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, organized, well equipped, and well staffed.

Based on the reviews of AutoMetrics, it seemed that it might be a good fit. A good fit is an understatement! I took our car in this morning for an oil change as well as asking them to check out a possible suspension issue in the front end. Terry and Valentine were both personable and knowledgeable, both taking the time to discuss the suspension issue. Everyone in the shop was friendly and very professional. The shop was one of the cleanest and well organized I've ever seen. Our previous shop in Portland was the exact opposite. Erik went for a test ride with me to assess the suspension issue and immediately had some ideas on what the problem might be. Voila! The oil got changed and the suspension issue turned out to be nothing. Prices were incredibly reasonable and I left with a feeling of confidence knowing our car had been expertly tended to. And to top things off, when I went out to get in my car, I discovered they had washed it! We will definitely go back! Amazing!
