Rude and lying employees. And after going through the wash 2 times my vehicle is still dirty. Beware do not use these car wash locations.

i recently cancelled my unlimited wash subscription purely based on very poor customer service and damage that had occurred to a new vehicle. Patrons beware if anything breaks on your vehicle you are at fault. below is the email i received in response to reporting an incident at this car wash. Auto spas response: Thanks for reaching out to us. We appreciate you stopping into our AutoSpa location! I am sorry to hear about your wash experience. We strive to provide a worry free customer experience for all our customers. I hear what you are saying but I'm afraid there isn't much that we can do on our end. Our wash did nothing wrong. It was not our machines fault for the damage that occurred to the spoiler. With it coming off in the blowers that could have occurred at any car wash in town or even on the freeway. Barely cleans the car. Leaves a soap residue on vehicle. They used to hand dry your car. Then they changed to giving you a drying cloth you used yourself. Now you get a paper towel which wouldn't dry a truck. Also only get about 30 seconds while going through the dryer and is there no timer for you to know when it will shut off. The 'drying area' has no garbage bins. The wash club is unlimited washes but only one car per day. So if you have a day off and want to wash both your vehicles... too bad. Have to pay for the second one. Place is going downhill fast. read more

Well I don't know for sure, I suspect it is a uniquely American thing to have places where you can have your car washed automatically. I don't say that in any sort of derogatory way either, because I love having a car that's clean enough that you can't write wash me on it in dirt. There are a number of these places around town, and all of them make it easy to pay between eight and $16 to get your car washed! Unlike the potentially awkward high school fundraiser car washes, there's very limited interaction with anything other than the machine that is washing your car. Here, they do have somebody who will soap down the front of the car facilitating the removal of the bug juice. They give you a moist towelette to clean off your dashboard if you like, and the large blue scrubby thing does a great job at removing dirt and grime from places your car didn't even know it had! Gets your car clean, the whole thing takes about 10 minutes and you're on your way - hard to beat it! read more

Great Customer Service and a great price. The birds had covered my car with there nastiness so I went to AutoSpa in Terrace Heights. It was the first nice day in a while so there were cars in front of me, so I waited. The nice man that was working was helping everyone. He would hand them a dash rag and a drying towel, wash with his brush the front and back of the car. Help them with putting in cash or card. While they were in washing he would be cleaning the self-service bays and vacuum area. I had to wait about 15 minutes as the cars in front of me went. He never lost his smile and was busy keeping everything going the whole time. I am a member of the monthly club, but most of the time I go when there are no employees (early and late). My car is always clean after and the dryers really blow off all the water. When I have stopped to wipe my car dry, the towel is barley damp when I'm done. I live on a dirt road and have a black car so I wash often. I love being a member because I feel like most of my washes are free. read more

It's a shame I have to drive over here to this location. This one had a attendant who came out of the office and helped me with how it works and upgrades you can get for an extra cost from the dealership wash certificates. She even offered to scrub the front of the car and a very durable moist towel which my car inside really needed it. What I do like about this car wash is there are no tracks you have to drive on. What I don't like about it is it's not touch-less and attendants can be a hit or miss. Snd there is no one to hive the car a quick hand towel dry. When it comes to drying the car. The blowers is stationary. You have 1 minute to drive extremely slow in one pass for the car to dry and make sure you do it in a minute. As far as vacuums I didn't use them. So not sure if free or not. read more

Super easy to use and very nice staff! I went through the automated car wash which was simple to use and had clear instructions. The very nice attendant also let me know how it worked, since it was my first time there. I'll definitely be going back. And it's a pretty good deal for a great wash too. read more

Always convenient! Every AutoSpa location is open 24/7, so this makes for getting a car wash at anytime easy. Especially since they have locations all around town. Their staff is always considerate and helpful. I would recommend this car wash any day. read more

I was out late in Yakima and wanted to get my truck washed but was to cold to do it manually, so I decided to check out the AutoSpa it was really nice and accepted all my wrinkled dollars on the first. My experience with the automatic drive through car wash was very excellent. I liked that I could drive in without being out on a track and keep my car stationary while it was being washed. I was worried about if the machines would get the crusted bird poop off my back windshield, but it came off great. I paid for the touchless deluxe wash for $14.00 and I would say it got a great clean. The drying process is a bit tricky as you have one minute to pass your car through the blowers. There wasn't a line and I got right in which was really nice, but might have been the time of day I went. Would've loved to have either a bit more time in the dryer or a quick towel wipe after the wash. read more

The Autospa has great service and a excellent wash system! I have been going to it for years and it never disappoints me!

This place has 2 sites in Yakima and 1 in Ellensburg that I've used. The Ellensburg site is good. The 2 Yakima sites are nothing special as far as washing yourself. When I wash myself in Yakima at either location, I like using the wax option however, in Yakima these are useless. If you select the wax option, nothing but straight water comes out. I've asked the employees about it and they say they'll tell/leave a note for the manager. Nothing has been done all summer (2016) since I've started using. I've tried calling and leaving a message on the phone number listed but all I get is No-Customer-Service. Also, I try getting a receipt at the Tieton Ave location and again, no working order, "I'll leave a note for the manager" (which the employee did try getting into the machine but didn't have the correct keys), and again I leave a message with no return call. The sites are nice and clean but not all features fully work and when using some feature that you think are working, you're wasting money. All I would like is some customer service from the management and to know the that the features are going to get fixed for use or don't show the option to use them at all. read more

Been here several times. Vacuums either don't work, or the heads are missing. Washing brush in stall was out of soap, so I ended up spraying my car with soap, and then trying to use the brush and just ended up brushing my dirty car with nothing, and smearing dirt all over it, so I ended up having to just rinse the soap off. Cost me 9$, way overpriced. Called the "corporate office" for a refund, 3 days ago because there was no attendant on duty, still haven't heard from them. I used to come here at least once a month, I'm finding a different car wash to go to. Thanks Auto Spa! read more

Auto Spa is your typical do-it-yourself car wash with both drive through and self-serve options. However, on Sunday's (and maybe other days?), there's a very nice young man who will make change and pre-scrub your windshield and front bumper, making the drive-through wash that much more effective. read more

Generally like this place, but yesterday I placed money to have my car washed in the auto wash and it stopped working after 1 minute! Had to reverse my car and go around and wash it manually. Tried calling to report this but no line is obvious to speak with a manager. read more

By far the best place in town to wash your car! With convenient locations, great staff and a clean place to wash your car, it's the only place I take my cars. Lot's of great options, from basic washes to almost a full detail, the machines work great and leave your car clean. Most importantly, they leave your car dry so you don't have to do it yourself. Soft touch got stuck on my rea corner attendant had to push it of reset it and it happened again. Broke tail light and damaged paint ower said that it could not have done the damage. read more

Both auto spas are terrible for service and break downs happen on a regular basis. Once I went through and it put so much solid was on my new car I had to pay to have it buffed out. I was told by management they got all the kinks worked out so I tried it again and I got stuck in the soak cycle. Again, I was in the soft touch and it stopped but the water kept running and since it was cold the door was closed. I had to get out and hit a button and finally it let me out. they were kind enough to give me a vac token. Today as the car was being soaped up it stopped and would not stop. After a couple of minutes I new something was wrong I pulled out and watched it for several more minutes and it was still dripping soap. No one was available today, so I went to auto spa on 72nd and no one was there either. I paid, again, and when it was done someone showed up. The two BOYS said it was their break time. This company is a mess and do not try to call the number on the window at either place. No one answers and when a message is left there is NEVER A RETURN CALL. read more
