I get my car washed pretty frequently and I've noticed that none of the automatic car washes are…read moreparticularly good at getting vehicles clean. I actually wonder why the technology hasn't improved over the years. Seems simple enough that if something doesn't work well, you tweak it and make it better. At least most industries do. Not the automatic car wash industry evidently because we'll just keep coming by spending our money for an almost clean ride. Splash Express is by far the worst automatic car wash that I've used in several years though. The staff is friendly enough but the actual wash tunnel does not even begin to come close to cleaning your car. There were at least 3 or 4 of the brushes that didn't even touch my car on the right side. I'm used to a little dirt left over on my side mirrors and maybe a little dead center on the back of the car but this was terrible. I had leftover dirt on almost every panel and I say almost because I think that the roof was actually clean. I even ponied up the $20 for their best offered wash and this is what I get for my money? No thank you! They do offer free vacuums after your wash but they might want to stop that because it gives the customer time to see how dirty their car still is. I can't even say that if I had gone through multiple times that it would get any better. Do yourself a favor and wash your car at home. The investment is much lower and the job should get done right.

Please avoid taking your car here…read more I had visited a couple of times before with no issues--the wash seemed to work well. But on my third visit, while my car was going through the scrubbers, I suddenly heard a loud noise. The scrubber completely ripped off my rear windshield wiper--not just the blade, but the entire assembly. My car is a brand new Subaru, so there's no reason this should have happened. I had my toddler with me and was in shock. As soon as the wash finished, I ran to speak with an employee named Nate. I was visibly shaken and explained what had happened. Nate told me to leave my contact information and said he'd pass it along to the manager. I even told him to check the wash tunnel, where all the broken parts were left behind, and I took photos of the damage. Unfortunately, I've never heard back from the owner or anyone else. If you value your vehicle, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
