Went to the AutoSpa at the Orchards shopping center by Rosauers, expecting to get dirt and bird poo off my car. I was also hoping that some hard water stains would magically disappear. This was the worst car wash experience ever. I wasn't surprised that the hard water spots weren't completely gone as those are difficult. But for $18 I totally expected the bird grime and bug spots to no longer be there. Not the case! That's the last time I waste almost $20 on this place. read more

I love our car wash membership, it saves lots of money (we have three cars and live on a dirt road) so we just subscribe through the muddy season. and there are great kids working here! Hard working and on the ball and usually seem very grateful for tips. read more

Brought my Lexus for the first time here, it had tar from construction on the road. The guy up front was very friendly, helpful, and recommended to go back and rewash again to completely remove all the tar. He offered a rag to help the second time and my car is no free from tar. Love the tunnel wash and monthly plan for unlimited washes. Wish the app didn't talk to you when you open it up. I often have music or audio books I listen to and when the app opens it turns off my music and welcomes me to the Auto spa. read more

Just lost a customer, I have been a loyal customer since they opened, but today when I went to wash my car I was told they did away with the punch cards. I will be taking my business where they appreciate their loyal customers. Before I left home to go wash my husband offered me his punch card for a different car wash and I declined because I really liked AutoSpa. Sorry I have to go elsewhere now read more

In July 2019, I was cleaning my windshield after purchasing gas. The attendant from Auto Spa (72nd Ave) said something to the gentleman he was assisting at the pump. They both looked my way and the customer basically told me he wanted to use the space I was in. He was not polite about it, and I wondered what the attendant had said to him. When I called to talk to Nick Crider (supervisor?) he was really hard to get a hold of or to return messages. I was not surprised after reading the reviews and seeing reviews on Facebook. Wasn't expecting much... So Nick basically told me I was taking too long to clean my windshield! I asked him if the awkward situation could have been avoided if his attendant had handled it differently. He didn't think so and told me the young man with dark, bushy hair was a lead there! What difference did that make? Nick could have cared less about the situation and only defended his employee. The awkward situation was all my fault because I was taking too long to wash my windshield, and what this man needed was much more important than anything I would be doing. Nick had no clue he should apologize for the situation (regardless) or handle it professionally. Again, I'm not surprised after reading reviews on Facebook. If you choose to do business with this place, make sure your complaint goes in writing on the Internet so they may respond rather than give crappy, incompetent customer service over the phone. Hmmm, the average right now for them is one star. Giving zero is not an option, even though it's more appropriate. read more

I went to the auto spa this morning to wash my dogs before I took them to their. Eat appt . The attendant had poor customer service skills. He could not tell me if the machine took quarters or tokens. He had an attitude. I only washed one dog because of the doggie wash was absolutely filthy. I got $20 in quarters, only to find out the machine was jammed and did not take any quarters for the dog wash. I was so Disgusted, I asked my vet's staff If they knew of a self service pet wash I could take my dogs to next time. They gave me the name of the Pet Pantry which offers self-service dog baths. I shared with him how filthy the 72nd Avenue pet wash as well as my experience with someone who had no customer service or had no knowledge about anything there at the site. They assured me the Pet Pantry was much nicer and definitely much cleaner. I asked this person at the car wash to give me the phone so I can contact someone that I could speak to. He told me he could get the office number but there was no one there. I imagine he has a key to the office and most likely went in and deleted my phone message left there for the owner. If there was an option to give -0- stars I would have. read more

Used my debit card to get change at their change machine, it informed me that it could not give change at this time so it did not give me any money. When I looked at my checking account it deducted the money anyways. I called the auto spa and left messages but no one has returned my calls. I emailed their help web page and still no one has returned my email. This is not a good company to deal with if you have ANY issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! read more
