I have been waiting for 10 days for a refund of my money and I still have not received them and now…read morethey tell me that I have to wait 5 to 10 more days. Apart from the fact that they gave me the headlights of my car for my Nissan pathfinder 2014 on the same right side, not to mention that the person who sold me the parts over the phone promised me everything for one price and when I arrived at AR1 for the parts, the fog lights were not there because he did not have them. It was included but in order to sell me the other parts he told me that they were included, to my surprise when I arrived at AR1 the employee did not work with them and I told them that that was not my problem, in the end I had to buy the fog lights separately. And now I've been waiting 10 days for my money back and it turns out that now I have to wait another 10 days, I called my bank and they don't have anything pending regarding any deposit regarding this company either. Which I do not recommend you go to. And if you go, be very careful and verify the parts well and it is better to go in person because paying by phone has been a horrible experience for me. Although one of the employees did try to help me a little. I am not satisfied with this parts center. Thank you.

Was between giving 2 stars or 3 stars…read more The good is that the customer service is good. They had no problems getting me in for warranty work. And They stand behind their product. Marco is a good salesman. The bad. First....i was sold one speaker set up. When I went to pick up my vehicle they told me the original speakers I bought didn't fit and they put different ones in without calling me or asking me. They didn't hook up all the wires for the radio so the illumination didn't work right. they've had to replace the back up camera twice in less than 3 weeks because it glitched and was unusable (not their fault. It was the brand of camera) And they've cut a hole in my license plate. Damaging it which now I'm going to have to replace. When I expressed concerns about the speakers they installed without asking me. They told me if I didn't like them they could up-sell me a subwoofer. I'll return to them for warranty work. But I'm uncertain if I'll have them preform new installs.

These guys know their stuff and they were able to throw a new head unit and mini amp in for me when…read moreI told them my factory GM stereo wasn't outputting sound (common issue is factory Amp behind glovebox), and they understood I did all the troubleshooting I could do. Very knowledgeable, and while it might take a bit of time for them to do installations, most shops are like this and they warn you upfront. Appreciate them helping me get my rig up and running w/ sound for my road trip!
