Gerardo walked me through the entire process and explained all my different options. I had 3 problems to solve, energy, privacy and glare and he was able to solve all 3. He customized each area of my home to solve the individual issues There were 16 windows, each custom fit. The installation team was courteous, respectful and fun. The spent an entire day in my home, left it spotless and did not rush through the job. I am a single widow on my own and felt that they really cared that I understood the process and did not feel taken advantage of as so many try to do. It was worth every cent. 100% recommend and will recommend them every chance I get.

If you care about quality, if you have…read morebeen researching Internet for that best 3M Ceramic tint and want that film and nothing else, and want the absolutely perfect job with no bubbles even around the windshield black dots, if you want a straight and not curved line at the top of your windshield, this is the place to go. They have plotter. You are paying good money anyways, and want it to last for years, this is hopefully an one time thing for you anyways so I'd say it is worth driving there even if you live a few hours away. As someone who had tinting done in Bellevue area and also paid top dollar for tinting there, the difference is night and day. I guess some businesses just don't have the skill and talent even if they try and seem to be nice otherwise. Well, at this place you get 100% of what you pay for - a perfect tint that you do once and the problem is taken care of. And this is small family business and Jake does all the work himself, and from the reviews I can see that they have been around for at least 6 years now, and I can tell from speaking to Jake that he is enthusiastic about the work as if this is the first year that they opened. He is a professional who likes what he does and can be proud of his work. I love that! I will be bringing all my future cars here, even if I would need to do some driving. By the way, check out their IR blocking transparent (no tint) film for the untinted areas. It works surprisingly well!!!

Marco is a good salesman. The bad. First....i was sold one speaker set up. When I went to pick up my vehicle they told me the original speakers I bought didn't fit and they put different ones in without calling me or asking me. They didn't hook up all the wires for the radio so the illumination didn't work right. they've had to replace the back up camera twice in less than 3 weeks because it glitched and was unusable (not their fault. It was the brand of camera) And they've cut a hole in my license plate. Damaging it which now I'm going to have to replace. When I expressed concerns about the speakers they installed without asking me. They told me if I didn't like them they could up-sell me a subwoofer. I'll return to them for warranty work. But I'm uncertain if I'll have them preform new installs.
