I will never again return to this shop. I purchased, balanced and aligned tires for my truck here…read more I was told to return if it bounced or shook at all. It did, so we returned to have them checked and rebalanced today. I was told today that they were balanced as best as possible and that my rims were bent. We leave and the truck is shaking worse than ever and can't even get it up to freeway speed without the WHOLE truck shaking. Long story short, stopped in at Les Schwab on the way home who told me Point S overloaded the weight on my tires and my rims weren't even slightly bent. Thanks for your laziness and/or incompetency Point S. 2 stars only because I'm still irritated, but we called Point S and spoke to the manager who was upset and disappointed by our complaint and said he'd take care of straightening out his employees and was willing to reimburse me for the fix at Schwab's.

Now this happened on a Sunday, universally understood as the worst day to get a flat as nobody is open to help and even our insurance wanted to tow the car somewhere for it to be fixed the next day. Since they are new, run-flat, and that towing option seemed like a hassle, she just extended her stay in Sunnyside for a day and resolved to pump some air into the tire, run it down to the nearest place that could repair/replace it, then come home. Thank GOD Commercial Tire was the closest place. Despite being behind a large municipal construction project which block direct street access, the folks at Commercial Tire were in good spirits and everyone greeted her, and was solicitous of her situation. They took the car back and took a look at the tire. Turns out it was a big screw. We were prepared to replace at least two of the tires but the people at Commercial Tire repaired the tire, brought the car around, and then wished my wife a happy day. No charge. It is rare enough these days to have a business so completely committed to excellent customer service, but to have the grace to just lend a hand to someone having a bad day, that's a great business and worthy of your consideration.

They quoted me a reasonable price to remove them. And switch the tires. The locking nut turned out to be a major issue. They had to order a special tool to get it off. Anyway after some headaches they successfully finished the job. True to there word the price was very reasonable. I have always had great service. Thank you Commerical Tire. Marked the oil filter on my car so I knew if it had been change got it home crawled under and lo and behold same filter as when I left the house they did not change it and oil still looked dirty. Before this incident I had prior to this I took my truck in (Ram 3500). They said it was too big to do oil change in. My previous vehicle was a Ram 2500 had oil change at Walmart plenty of times. So the minds that be said 2500 is ok but 3500 is too big. The only number that represents is the weight that the suspension can hold. It's literally the same engine oil filter and oil exactly the same. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE.

We should have called the police! He had her property and wouldn't give it back. He literally made her buy the tire instead order to get her wheel back. And he "didn't have" the old tire. For all we know, it could have been a simply repair. This is such a shady place, you need to stay away !!!
