Said they put it in for a repair order. Never heard back from them, called to find out what was going on and they told me the hinges were on back order. Ok great I confirm that I'm still covered if the back order takes too long, they confirm it's from the day I submitted it. I call monthly for over a year to check on the status and it's to the point where my 5 years is up. I call up again one day and they say the order has expired and we need to resubmit the request I drive back down there and they take new photos and submit. A day or so later they call and say it's out of warranty and jeep won't fix it. I say are you kidding me I've waited over a year for this and you guys are the ones saying it's on back order and I would be covered. They give me the jeep cares customer service number because "there is nothing we can do because you're out of warranty". I call Jeep cares I argue with them for weeks about it but they say that the dealership never submitted the initial photos (like zero record, they were able to pull up a previous oil change for reference). I told them the people I've talked to for over a year on this and that they are witnesses to me taking it in. The service managers name was Rory, and I talked with Sergio each time. But because they never submitted the paperwork and photos I am on my own for Jeeps shitty quality and the dealership totally dropping the ball.

Do not recommend using the service department! We had a coupon and decided to try having the oil…read morechanged there. We booked an appointment for 10 am. They were great and let us drop off our vehicle the night before. Well 3pm rolls around and no word yet in the car being done. We called and the guy didn't know and says he will call back.... 45 mins later we call again and he still didn't know. Lucky he did find out it was done. Go in to get the car and give the coupon we had mentioned and they refused to take it! They do have a sign posted below where you stand to check out but the coupon does not say it won't be honored at some locations! Absolutely awful experience and now we are out more money than expected. Heck the coupon even says it's for Yakima but they won't take them!

Took many email and phone calls to finally figure out that they forget to send my paperwork to the DMV so I couldn't register it. Now I am out an extra $70 buying trip permits to legally drive the car. They didn't offer an apology or reimbursement. Not very professional so can't recommend. ***Response: My last response to Elton was via email a month ago letting him know I would be out an extra $70 as well as two extra trips to the DMV which is a real hassle for me as there is no DMV in my rural town. If you want to compensate me for this you have my address. Thank you. ***Response 2: I responded via text message to your cell phone. As of today the DMV has either not received the paperwork or hasn't processed it yet, they could not tell me which. So today, almost two months later I had to buy another trip permit to legally drive the car that isn't even registered in my name yet. I have missed 2 half days of work to stand in line at the DMV which I will have to do again before this trip permit expires to get it registered if they finally have the paperwork. I sent you picture copies of the DMV receipts as proof to your cell.

Used car dealer. Some are great, some not so much. The more experience you have with them, the…read moremore you know what to expect. Unfortunately, my college age son has never dealt with used car dealers before. I sent him to Bbl because they had a car on the lot that I felt was a good deal financially. They took it for a test drive, and afterwards spotted a different car and took that one for a test drive. They fell in love and decided that that was the car they wanted. Of course it cost more than my budget, but they loved it, so I told them to request a Carfax and if everything looked good I would purchase it for them. They asked about the Carfax, and the dealer told them that he had a copy and made it seem like it was no big deal. Of course, my son didn't realize that he should have looked at it in person. I pulled up the Blue Book Value based upon the information I had. The car had abnormally low mileage and for this reason, the dealership wanted to charge extra. I felt that was reasonable. Once they had purchased the car and had driven back home, I pulled a Carfax on it just to keep in my file. I could have kicked myself! Not only was the title not clean, but there was odometer fraud listed right there in big red letters. The dealer of course, had no problem selling this car to my young son who was completely clueless about the entire process. I called Nissan to see if they could find out the actual mileage from within the computer system, but the car is too old. If I lived closer to this dealer (I'm 8 hours away) I would have taken this car back in a heartbeat! Ask to see the Carfax!!

I called Robert and talked to him about the car, and he assured me what was posted on their site about the car was legitimate and that the car had been completely gone through by his mechanics. He had run a title search on the car and verified a single owner. He also assured me if there was major engine or transition issues, for example, that he would take care of them. Sight unseen, I put down a deposit as earnest money and planned to fly to Yakima the next weekend. Robert told he that he'd have someone pick me up at the airport, but that I should call that morning with my arrival information. I was met at the airport by Robert, Jr. with the car we were interested in, so I got my test drive on the way back to the lot. I later told my wife that the entire purchase process was very positive. Robert, his son, and their staff were courteous, polite, and I could tell from all of my conversations that Robert's word stands. I completely got the sense from my interactions that this is a family-run business success story (confirmed by others that I talked to in Yakima). BBL has a lot of used cars, a nice facility, and quite a few people busy working there. They buy cars from all over the west coast, and they do sell them (and ship them) to buyers out of state. The sales transaction was painless, and I was well taken care of. There was never any pressure or "slick" talk. I would recommend working with these folks. The drive home in the new car, by the way, was terrific. We got the right car from the right people.
